Get the app its worth it I promise! I generally dont like adding more apps to my phone but theirs will save you a good amount. We all know these stores are in rural areas & costs more BUT you CAN shop close to home & still pay walmart prices if you get the app & utilize all their coupons. Plus using those coupons on Saturdays along with the $5 off $25 coupon you can walk away with FREEBIES!!

Getting better in the customer service field with more employees they have on staff but still need help with organization

Easy in and out.. I guess some companies are still having trouble with either manufacturing or delivery... as some of the shelves are still empty or near to it.

Walked in, picked up a product, they rang it each around $4 more than marked up, brought the label to them off the shelf and said there was nothing they could do. I still bought it and took the pictures in just in case, pretty sure it’s very illegal to do this.

Just got major creeper alert from a cashier. This is my DG to go, but not if Im gunna get a cheesy pick up line from the clerk. Usually theyre all pretty nice, maybe this time he felt comfortable, but it was a bit unnerving for me. Maybe someone else would like that, but I felt weird. I may not return after that.

Im so thankful for this new store. The other Dollar Store in this area is extremely dirty. This new one is always clean and the customer service is ALWAYS warm friendly and so professional. The workers here always look so neat and clean too.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had a Dollar General. Walked in to get one thing and it took me 15 minutes waiting in line because we had one cashier who wanted to help people out. And then we had another one who was off doing her own thing in the aisles not helping the other girl out at all. The girls line got so backed up that there were probably about 20 to 25 people waiting in line to be helped. The cashier that was helping everybody was so sweet and so kind and so apologetic. She called out for the other girl to come 3 times and help and she never came. Finally me and a couple other customers started getting so frustrated that we said that we were going to go get her ourselves. After that the girl miraculously came up there and said oh do you need my help after she looks at the long line of people going past the door past the aisle. Then comes up there and says that she never heard the other girl yell for her. Then she had a attitude the whole entire time that she was checking it out like everybody was bothering her for being there. The girl that helped us again was so nice and this review has absolutely nothing to do with her but the girl with the curly hair I think she was redheaded was very rude and very unprofessional.

Actually extremely well organized for a dollar general, and has every basic thing you might need!

Nice store. Close to home. They have the majority of things we need throughout the week.. So I dont have to spend time driving to the regular grocery store or Walmart.

I like the store I just need them to start opening at 6 or 7 am

Busy store. Close by. Saves going to grocery store and heavy traffic. Only one cashier. Had to wait in line for about 7 minutes. Friendly & polite cashier

The staff here are lovely and clean.

Everything was ok until i got to the Register and NEICA (white Girl short black hair with glasses) checked me out.. how rude was it to ask me if I wanted my receipt and then get a nasty attitude with me for asking for it. While on her cell phone!! She acted as if I was bothering her. I loved this location but I will NOT tolerate that my next visits.
