Best Employees. Yes it costs a but more but they pay their employees more and they are so friendly and helpful its uncomfortable at times. You almost have to make up something for them to help you with they want to help so badly!

We have always loved Publix. This particular one is super convenient for us and almost always has the things we can’t find anywhere else. I really wanted to brag on the bakery, though. My daughter had a very specific request for her birthday cake and cupcakes and the bakery knocked it out of the park. We added our own star sprinkles and the results were just perfect! Can’t wait to show these to the birthday girl!

This Publix is always clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and checkout is fast! Although there is no salad bar at this location, pre-packaged salads are available. The hot bar has great quick meal options and made-to-order sandwiches are available. They also have a great bakery with cakes, cookies, breads available daily. Highly recommend!

Publix is great. The employees seem more cheerful than those of other grocery chains Ive visited.

Shelves very put in order, clean, and staff is wonderful! Never having a problem looking for what I need. Although they more variety in Green teas/matcha(powders, Organic Ice creams) & Manuka honeys.

I called and the young girl that was in produce or floral this morning made me a bouquet balloons exactly what I needed it so I could just grab them and run cause I was in a hurry. I should have gotten her name but she was wonderful thank you.

This is an AMAZING store! When I shop here, it’s like going in to your local mom and pop grocery stores! I want to give a shout out to Isabel in the meat dept. She took the time to educate me on the different cuts of meat and how to find a perfect steak. What a consummate professional she is. Way to go Isabel!!!!

Not one of the larger stores, but super clean and have very helpful people working there.

Pharmacy is always fast un like Walgreens and Walmart where you wait forever also stay open later than Walmart

Store has a great layout. Pretty similar to their location on Madison Street. They could use more self-checkout with a limited number of items to get customers out faster.

I have always had great experiences here! There staff are always smiling and willing to help. I even got a personal recipe once from a woman working at the fish counter! I greatly appreciate the help getting to my car and getting it all loaded in. I have 4 children and getting them in and loaded takes awhile if Im by myself let alone the groceries.

I cannot thank the bakery enough for being extremely thoughtful and helpful!! I order two mini smash cakes on which one I had the wrong name iced on. I didn’t notice until the day of pickup in which I showed up, asked if it could be wiped off and the correct name put on. Without ANY fuss, Lizzy fixed my mistake and made my day! I feel as this is exceptional service and couldn’t imagine this happening anywhere else!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I didnt grow up shopping Publix so I only recently experienced the magic inside. I have days where I crave Publix for dinner and Im not ashamed of that. Obviously sushi is a great high note. Dont forget your chopstick, but skip out on the side cups of spicy mayo for purchase. Theyre way over priced at like 2.50+ for a 3 oz plastic cup and for some reason is 450 calories. There is oriental aisle right behind you if you turn around. You can buy a bottle for that price. Anyway.. if its not sush, I really enjoy walking by the deli area and figuring it out from there. Theres so many options. You can have a sub made, and theyre so much better than a lot of chain sandwich shops. By a mile. And then behind the subs counter. Theres a variety of soups they keep in rotation its amazing. And if you extend farther youll see the packaged dinner meals they prepare as a take-and-bake situation. Lets not forget the full salad bar in the middle with an olive bar opposite side. Lastly, and easy to miss some how, theres a soda fountain in the center. Its a great time go try it.

I love this store!! If they dont have it, theyll order it for you. Everyone is super friendly. The cakes are awesome!!! (The frosting isnt so sweet that it locks your jaw.) And the curbside service is fantastic!

So clean and organized. As someone with mild ocd it was beautiful. All labels were facing outwards making it easy to read and find what I needed.

Great customer service, clean store and very accessible

While I enjoy the fine selections of fresh meat and produce; I do NOT enjoy rubbing elbows with fellow shoppers— meaning, expand the store or have fewer options. The store is virtually bursting at the seams. It almost gave me a panic attack; granted, it was a Saturday morning (super busy) and I did have a number of small items to purchase (total transaction amounted to less than $100), but it should not cause me to almost be apoplectic. If not for these, I’d have rated the store a 5.

Better wine selection than most liquor stores.Also really love the hot food, easy supper.

I would rather rate it a 3.5 stars. The Publix on Madison Street is far superior. I do like the deli setup at Publix Sango as there are more choices and for some reason the employees are nicer and quicker for service than Publix Madison Street.Other than the deli, that is it. The store is smaller making everything seem cramped like floral, pharmacy and checkout. In addition, the staff and employees are not as friendly as other Publix stores.Although this Publix may be convenient, I personally would rather go to the Publix at Madison Street to get the experience you should get when shopping at a Publix.

The customer service from all employees is top notch! Don’t know where something is? Anyone can tell you! Out of stock? They’ll look in the back! Prices are higher than I’m used to back in Texas, but I think that’s just because it’s Tennessee... at least they always have good deals! Plus, the store is always clean!

If youre ever in a bad mood go to Publix. ALL of the employees go out of their way to say hello and ask if you need anything. Kuddos to them. And EVERYTHING in their bakery is delicious. If you need a yummy tasting Birthday Cake Publix is the way to go.

Its a Publix and offers the same Publix experience as any other Publix. Cant beat them around these parts as a middle ground between Kroger and Whole Foods.

Lots of choices, always sparkling clean, and employees are very friendly. Produce prices are high compared to other groceries around us, but its worth it.

Very clean with a very helpful staff. The only problem was some items I wanted were not stocked due to shipments not arriving, but that was not the stores fault.

Better than Wal-Mart, they still have cashiers who take care of you. Meats are good here but can be pricey, wait for a sale.

The Bakery was absolutely wonderful. They had an awesome cup cake wedding dress that was the hit of my Bridal shower. Thanks to the staff from the bakery.

IHOP across the street had over an hour wait. Ended up walking into Publix and grabbing a loaf of cinnamon bread, eggs, and bacon. Had breakfast made 20 minutes later and saved a ton compared to going out to eat.

A friend of mine bought fried chicken from this location recently and found maggots in her food. She was so scared. This is gross and I’m not eating food from this location from now on. Ew.

Great deals and friendly associates.

We ordered a number 2 cupcake cake for my nieces birthday party. When my mom got home with the cake I could not stop laughing. It is better than anything I could ever do. Cake decorating is a real challenge. The cupcakes tasted delicious.

If you havent been you are missing it. Get a sub..just do it. And any baked good really. Dont sleep on the premade cuban sandwiches, add mayo and mustard and enjoy.

Great new Publix location in the Sango/Exit 11 area! Every employee here is super nice and helpful. Everyone you come in contact with smiles and greets you! Large deli area with a salad bar, beverage area, and hot and delicious food! The store has a great selection of produce and other grocery items. My new favorite place to shop!

I ordered a Raspberry Elegance cake to surprise my husband when I returned to Dallas, TX as we don’t have a Publix near us. I carried this cake on my flight, placed it at my feet to ensure no damage on my trip. We had a rough flight and when we landed, I picked up the cake and the entire cake had shifted! Bless my husband for understanding my efforts, but upon cutting it, it was obvious who ever iced/decorated the cake, failed to secure the cake to the board with icing to prevent shifting.The most heartbreaking part is I told them I’d be heading straight to the airport after picking up the cake and to package it accordingly as it would be going to Dallas.Definitely will not be relying on the Sango, Publix for our cakes. I will go to Donelson or Mt. Juliet next time I’m home.

Monika and I went into Publix last night and we needed to get some bread from the bakery. Little did we know that we would meet one of the nicest employees we’ve ever met there. Out from behind the counter was April, you could see her smile through her mask and she was the happiest person in the store. It was amazing to meet such a wonderful woman who made you wanna come buy bread whether you need it or not. We all know the prices are higher at Publix but I’ll gladly pay more if I have the opportunity to deal with employees like April! Cheers to her for treating us so awesome, see you soon😁

Chocolate cake and Vinila ice cream what could go wrong.

Needed some meat sliced to make Philly cheesesteaks at home and rhe butcher was very helpful. Cake people were very nice too.

Decided to go here as a change of pace since I frequent the Tiny Town most of the time.I used to work at the Gallatin location until I was separated from the Company earlier this year.

Today (11-21) is my better half’s birthday. We required numerous balloons to be inflated. Well they were able to fill some but not all. They gave us a discount on the account some of the balloons were of low quality and they popped when being filled with helium. They even assisted in getting the remaining 3 balloons delivered in time because we could not fit them in our Jeep Thank you again for helping with our situation.

If there was ever a better publix I’d know. And it’s still brand new so the employees are very kind. I go during lunch at least 2-3 times a week for grab n go, or the bakery. Everything is always fresh and tasteful and reasonably priced. Im never disappointed in publix but, im so glad I work near this one.
