Best service manager and parts people and great CAT products

Stetson and Brandon were both great throughout the entire process. Stetson really knows his products and wont just drop you like hot cakes after the sale. Brandon has just about every attachment you would need to rent and can easily answer all of your questions. We walked into this not knowing anything about track loaders. We just told Stetson what kind of work we do, what we need it to do, etc. He recommended a machine and surprisingly enough, it wasnt the most expensive one either. What a refreshing experience to have a salesman who actually knows everything you could want to know about a skid and doesnt shove things you dont need down your throat. Since my purchase, my machine tossed a minor code, I texted Stetson, and he replied within 30 seconds explaining exactly what it meant (which turned out to be no big deal). I cant say enough good things about my experience at Thompson and CAT Financial. Everything I have experienced has been top notch so far and I highly recommend them.
