Great Over the Counter Sale ExperienceCame in for only a few pieces for butcher block top style cutting boards. Bought some White Oak, Walnut, and Cherry to make some end grain cutting boards. Price was right, service was great and will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you Hardwoods Inc.

Great selection and fair prices. If they don’t have enough boards of the type you would like to choose, let them know and they will bring out a pallet of boards to choose from.These boards are smooth on two sides. The edges are rough.

Extremely slow loading and unloading dry lumber trucks. I have been waiting close to 3 hours before they started to load.

Was looking for a place that sold species of wood not found in chain lumber stores and was referred to this place. Walked in, introduced myself, explained that this was my first visit and just wanted to familiarize myself with their products in stock. Instead of being acknowledged and left to wonder on my own, an employee who looked like hed been working very hard stopped what he was doing to show me around and help answer any questions I had. I was impressed with the knowledge the employees had on the different species of wood as well as their ability to aid in the different densities of wood I was looking for. He helped me rummage through a loose stack of hardwood for a board I needed and when I wasnt satisfied with exactly the board I was looking for he offered to bring me a new stack with the forklift without hesitation. I usually dont go over the top with my ratings and add a bunch of fluff to make it sound like I received something for a good review but this company, at least when I went, left a lasting impression on me and I will return anytime I need that perfect piece of wood. When I remember the name of the gentleman that helped me I will update this review.
