This exhaust shop is by far the most friendliest, courteous, respectful business that Ive taken my vehicles to. They go above and beyond every single visit. Not only do they do great work but they absolutely make sure that the customer is without a doubt extremely happy with the work, exhaust sound and they honor their work. I came back in weeks later to have them check in a small fluttering sound that I noticed and they found out exactly what it was right away. Did the fix which was at no fault on their part. Very pleased and highly recommend them.

Scheduled an appointment yesterday and was squeezed in this morning. Truck is getting shipped in the morning to Mississippi so I stressed that. Everyone was respectful, but they could not make it happen until Monday... which completely misses the point I made. Had to last minute find another shop and it lead me on a goose chase. Not a bad shop, just bad timing.

The team over here was excellent.I have a 2009 Dodge Ram that had a leak in the manifold and they were able to say exactly what was wrong just by me explaining it before turning my truck on.Very honest and great price for the hard work they did. If you have any exhaust issues and you’re in the Clarksville area. Don’t look any further.

After a year or so of getting the run around from different ppl and places this place that employees one heck of a guy fixed my issue. Sadly His name escapes me but he was way more knowledgeable than anyone Ive spoke to.

The employees here are very nice and they have very reasonable prices. They bent over backwards to get my car in for an exhaust problem. Got my car fixed up correctly ( Meineke had done the exhaust wrong previously) and got me going down the road again in no time!

Clayton was incredibly helpful and got me back on the road for almost a tenth of another shops quoted price! These guys rock and wil be my shop of choice going forward for all my exhaust work.

They made a mistake on my exhaust that now rattles and leaks. Which okay that can happen to anyone. The rest of the work looks great. However they have been to “busy” to fix their mistake the last 6 times I have brought the car in. I paid 600 dollars for an exhaust that I now have to pay another shop to fix.

The guys were very helpful, they showed and explained my car issues with me. They also are really reasonsbly priced. Fast and friendly. Guaranteed work.

Fixed my exhaust, only cost 85 bucks! Went from sounding like a lawn mower, to back to stock sound! Great place!

These guys were honest and very humble! Show up at 0800 any day of the week and they will get your right in. I had multiple exhaust leaks on a bolt on system that was a difficult job, yet they blew it out of the water my truck was running brand new again! Will definitely be coming back.

What a joke. Had appointment for first thing in the morn.got there before 8am.was then told have to wait till the owner comes in,at 9am. At 9 then told cant do it till maybe later this afternoon or maybe tommorow or maybe next week! Maybe Ill go somewhere else !!

I went to a shop in Dover and they did a hack job on my exhaust. I called and talked to Terry they are fixing what was half done and finishing my exhaust out the back. Terry himself (the owner) is under my truck helping his employee out he is bending the pipes.

Walked in off the street to get a new muffler put on and right off the bat, they were very friendly. They got me worked in with minimal wait time. All the while updating me to let me know how close they were to getting my car in. Super professional and courteous! Thanks for the good work!

Great place that has always done a great quality job keeping my vehicles quiet and welding my projects from fixing my mower muffler to custom welding on my rally truck. If its broke and needs welding these guys are my go to and very reasonable!

Southern hospitality at its best they know and understand their tools is maybe compared somewhat to a Harbor freight by some but these folks have way more letkbigger variety of brands many of which brands are here are known name brands example of such as are Irwin

Brought my 02 Monte Carlo Project car here and I gave them a call and disclosed with them the car was rusty and they were appreciative with the honesty and did an awesome job rebuilding the exhaust the kid ruined with a hacksaw with all new fresh tubing and they were above and beyond with their service the car is much better to drive now and no more worrying about a fix it ticket thanks Kraft street muffler!

These guys were able to get my car fixed the same day I had it towed to them after the dealership tried to rip me off. They got it done at a fair and honest price without making excuses, in a timely manner.

Found this shop on Google. It had great reviews, so I thought Id give them a shot at the hole and crack in my exhaust. They did not disappoint! Replaced the section with the hole/crack and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Reasonably priced as well!

I recently towed a rolling chassis, for a vehicle I’m restoring, to their shop to have a custom exhaust pipe fabricated for it. Terry and his technicians bent the pipe, welded the necessary flanges and a hanger bracket onto the pipe and had everything installed on the chassis within about 90 minutes of my arrival.I’m very happy with the work Terry and his team did and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

These guys do awesome work. They were very nice and patient over the phone. I knew what I wanted and he was able to do it. He was able to get the exhaust I wanted also. They were able to bend the pipes perfectly the way I wanted them to look on my 2015 tundra. The look great and sound freaking awesome.

After speaking with the owner in person about having an exhaust system ran I was told to bring the car early on Wednesday morning, so I came back and was told to bring it back the following morning because they were too busy. Keep in mind this car doesn’t currently run and I’m trailering it each time. I bring it back today and started to unload the car and was told they won’t do the exhaust if the car doesn’t run. They knew it didn’t run from the first, second and third trip to this place. This place is an unprofessionally joke.

My buddy had a custom y pipe made up here after installing headers on his 92 Firebird. Fantastic quality work. Smartly priced, and done same day. Queen city muffler gave the run around and didnt want to mess with it. Highly recommended Kraft street muffler.

Took my 91 Firebird to get a new exhaust system. Now I have owned this car for 30 years almost and she is my second wife, so she is important. Asked Terry what we would recommend because I thought the whole system needed redone because its been a long time and it was still stock. Instead of hustling me and telling me I needed things I didnt, Terry himself checked out the ole bird and only replaced what was needed instead of being a liar like most. He took care of my needs, kept promises of time, and was very professional. Dont waste your money at other shops, Kraft Street is where you need to go.

Nothing, read reviews before I went there, thought was best shop in clarksville. set up appt for the next day 8 am dropped vehicle off at 7:30 am, all the way till 4 10 pm no communication, go to shop vehicle still sitting outside where left it but another walk in customers vehicle was on the rack when I got there, . He and I talked waiting for shop to open Terry says I was about to call you I guess so busy could not get my exhaust work done before they closed at 5 pm or call me to .let me know the situation very disappointing, Alot more I could post, but wont waste the time like mine was . Advice pandemic or not there is a way to conduct buisness especially to a paying customer . Use at own risk !!!!!!

Without a doubt a 100% professional that takes great pride in what he does. I was in a bind and had limited time to get back to work and he was able to accomplish the work in under two hours. He custom made the pipes, welded everything together and secured it all of the equipment. No rattling and the truck sounds great! Took my 2004 f150 in to have some flomasters put on and he said he could have it done in 2 hours. He did just that, stainless steel tips not only look good, but sound awesome. Great work.

Traveling from Missouri to North Carolina. Had a muffler blow out. I called ahead and requested late service. They got me in and back out on the road. They also noticed and fixed a brace that had come loose and was missing a bolt at no charge. Very friendly.

Waste of Time! They say that first come first serve, but in my experience that wasnt the case. Plus they are kinda rude. I showed up to the shop and wasnt acknowledged at all. Hot head welders. Will not return.

Great welding fast service I’ve had a turbo welded to an exhaust manifold came out perfect, had a motorcycle rear fender brake light cut out patched also came out good all complete same day at a fair price.
