I took a pair of my favorite boots and they were my favorite because I got such a great deal on them and they’re almost perfect as far as the Caiman “Gator” Boot goes. (Lucchese Black Caiman) see pics...Anyway, I was worried that they might not be taken care of but the boots needs new soles. I have spine issues from my service on the USA over 20+ Infantry and 5th SFG(A) so my boots must “ Ride Right” on my feet....it is critical to a pain free day- even ride.Not everybody does work the same way. Some people are professionals and some people are performers. I dropped my boots off on a Monday to be re soled. They were ready by Friday. He did an amazing job repairing and he shined them up for me too. Very friendly and great quality for a low price! I would definitely recommend this business for any shoe repair. Ill be going back to give him my business!

Would never recommend. Took my shoes in to get cleaned because they got dirt on them. Got charged $20 and the shoes came back looking almost the same. I asked for a discount he said no. I was still able to get dirt off with my thumb. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Great service. Took my cowboy boot in because it needed to be restitched, mainly for a quote and time. He did it right then and there for me and at a great price. Didnt have to go without my favorite pair of boots.

I drove up later in the evening while most businesses were closed, and was seen without question. Great to see small businesses still in the community. Would reccomend a million times over.

Went to get leather stitch repaired, owner was extremely rude. I asked him a question about pick up time and he said I make the rules around here honey. I nicely asked him what the problem was and he said you! Ive never written a bad review about anything but I would never want someone to experience this. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life and would never recommend him to anyone.

Excellent, high quality work. I had some Dan Post ostrich leg western boots resoled and re-heeled here recently and they did an excellent job. The boots look brand new. I was almost afraid to leave them anywhere as they are my favorite boots, but the soles and heels were worn and they really needed some work. Now I just cant stop looking at them, Im so impressed with how they look. I will certainly be having my other boots and dress shoes worked on here as well.

The owner is not only excellent at his work, hes a great guy! He has a superior customer-service orientation that is rare these days. I plan on taking all of my shoes there for repair/re-soles.

Excellent work. Dont be put off if he seems gruff on the phone. This gentleman is in the business of shoe craftsmanship, not gabbing. I had an unusual problem involving repair to a leather telemark ski boot. He solved it most beautifully, before scheduled time, for less than other quotes I had obtained.

I cant enough good things about this man and his business! He does excellent work and he is very personable and eager to please! He will be doing all of my shoe repair work!

Took my heals in to have some straps shortened and he was incredibly rude. He wouldnt let me even explain what I was hoping could be done, just kept telling me to shut up. He basically had the magic shoe maker attitude of bring me the shoe and Ill change what I want without telling you or asking what you want and it will be perfect. Then right after he says hes going to fix it, and Im hesitant at this point because he acting like hes just going to destroy the shoe and hasnt let me say a word of what I even want done, he says he has an idea but if I dont like it we can stop. The problem was he hadnt even told me the idea, so I ask okay what are you planning to do so I know if I want to do it and he freaks out and says you need to leave, Im not helping you. It was the worst service I have received from a store and will never go back. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Tried to get shoes fixed here a while back. Guy was too drunk and belligerent to deal with. Go elsewhere.
