Excellent service. Secure location with ample monitoring. Exceptionally clean facility that when I left, not a single bug in sight. My belongings were just as perfect as when they went in. And, you know a place is good when the bathrooms are well maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. My Philadelphia Pike location, in Delaware, was great!

This is a very clean storage facility. The indoor area air quality seems good, and the humidity level feels right. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not many fees like the Public Storage franchises, and much more professional. The staff makes you feel like family. Carts are available at the entrance to make the moving process convenient.

This storage space was rented for storing commercial property for my business. It was my first time using any storage service. Needless to say, I had a thousand questions and they were fast, friendly, and accommodating! Mr. Grimes personally walked me around the facility to help me determine what size would best fit my needs and even determine which was closest to the loading docks. 2 thumbs...way up.

WELL taken care of facility. GREAT price, with heat, and AC depending on the temperature out side. Has elevators that can easily fit 2 carts. Lots of parking, with easy of controlled access into the building. When I move again, I’m differently renting here again!! Renting units are based on a month to month, agreement. The biggest secret is that if your moving out in the middle of the month, they can prorate that months cost, and its easy if you change your mind and end up saying the whole month. To use this feature you have to left the employee know before the next months rent is due/paid.They also, over on-line payment option. Extremely friendly with great services. They have packing materials to protect your valuables; on sight, and in stock.

Moving is never fun. Getting kicked out of your house after 5 years is even worse.However thanks to David and Tim of Extra Space Storage they made it a little easier.At first, I underestimated the amount of stuff I had. So they helped me pick the right size unit. They made sure I had the size that would best fit everything and allow me to get to things I would still need. But what was nice was they wanted to make sure I got the best unit for the money.It is nice to see that people still care. They did not try to oversell me.I have been there the last few days and each time they say hello and remember my name which makes me feel better.So I would like to say THANK YOU DAVE AND TIM.As for the units themselves. Everything is very clean. Even the carts are always put back in place, right by the door where you need them.Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Renting here couldnt have been easier! The property manager, David, was super efficient and easy to work with. After renting a unit, the next day I realized I needed a larger size unit and David got it done in less than 5 minutes. Also, place is less than than 2 years old so everything is clean and new. Highly recommend!

Kinda expensive, but its climate controlled and Austin and Dave are great. The price went up on us before we committed and Dave fixed that for us. Also the elevator is finicky, dont hold the door or it will break. Lol

Not bad. The facility is clean and secure. Setting up a new account was a breeze and the process took maybe 10 minutes. My only complaint is the lighting in there is pretty lousy. The ceilings of the units are a fence like wire grid. Lighting goes down the corridors but is pretty inadequate in the individual units, or at least mine. The lack of any power outlet means you cant plug in a lamp.

Dave was patient and professional. He made many courtesy calls and helped me as I moved my moving date several times. The prices are brilliant and I love that its climate controlled and half of what I was paying in Pennsylvania with no climate control. Bill was terrific as well.

I have been storing with them approximately 2 years and just got another unit emergency unit. Dave and Vince are awesome and work with me all the time! I also appreciate the courtesy reminders before the late fee! Thanks Guys!

The storage location is new and very clean. I like the bays in the back that you can pull up to and off-load your things. They have trolleys theyre available for moving things between your car and your space. Dave, the manager at Claymont, was very helpful in getting my unit set up. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future, should the need arise.

David and Austin treated me with such professionalism and respect. This move is painful for me and they made everything go so smoothly.
