Caliber did a excellent job on our vehicle not once but twice. Yes! They are part of our family now. The employees are very professional. When entering the front door the repair technician are greeting the customer alone with the receptionist, willingly to answers any questions . They emailed and called us every step of the way informing us on the progress of the vehicle, how long we keep the rental car, and cost alone with the insurance company. I had a repair a while back when they were Abra on a different vehicle. Top notch performance back then. Now with a new brand, my expectations remained high. They did not disappoint. Wife ran over a tire and really beat up the front end. Not only did they knock 7 years from the life of my car with the absolutely perfect repair, Kelcey (my service manager) provided me with daily updates on the status of the repair and its progress along with discovering other non-visible damages to the oil pan and ensuring a proper Dobbs alignment to boot. They even found a nail in my tire and repaired that as well. My car was returned to me 7 years younger and they even filled in a lot of the front end paint rock chips (we have some war zone roads around Saint Louis). The staff was incredibly easy to work with, friendly throughout and ensured I remained fully aware of the repair. Absolutely my easiest and best experience with a repair.

The 1st time I used this company, I was very satisfied. They were very organized, and coordinated with my insurance company and my rental car company to get me in and out of their shop efficiently. That didnt change for my 2nd time. What did change was attitudes.This time I was lectured about what people (meaning me) did & didnt know about damages to their vehicle, in response to a simple question about whether a part had been repaired or replaced. I could tell it had been repaired, but I thought that I read in the service report that it had been replaced, so I was simply asking for confirmation. I had to state that several times before the lecture stopped.Worse, a certain employee was not wearing a mask, and despite being told that I am at high risk & needed to take extra precautions, they failed to observe social distancing and did not mask in my presence, potentially putting my life at risk.I get that you dont like masks. I dont either. But wearing one for 5 minutes while you help a sick customer isnt going to kill you. NOT wearing one while you help a sick customer could kill them.Have some basic respect for others.

My vehicle had damage to the front fender and side mirror. I brought my vehicle in on Wednesday November 11th and the fender had been replaced, car painted, aligned, and cleaned by Monday later afternoon on the 17th. My experience with the insurance company of the individual that hit me was horrible, but my experience with Caliber was amazing and very seamless. Kelsey was super helpful and he kept me updated every step of the way. I kept calling to get updates on an ETA and each time he was professional and helpful. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to this particular location for service.

Based on my husband’s positive experience, I went in for an estimate to fix some surface scratches on my car. Kelcey Chears cleaned the area up to get a better look, which completely fixed the issue. Auto body repair after a accident is never fun. Caliber Collision made this process easy - never once did I have to follow-up on status of my vehicle - thus reminders on a continuous basis. Customer Service was stellar...especially working with Kelcey as his level of professional definitely exceed my expectations. My vehicle was complete before the initial date (at least a week or more). Caliber Collision has renewed my faith in the customer service experience from beginning to end....they really do care about their customers!

Caliber Collision did a FANTASTIC JOB on our 2019 Nissan Armada. The entire passenger side was banged up, I scrapped a telephone pole so you can imagine the damage it had. Drew, did a superb job on representing Caliber Collision. He communicated everything with me on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If I couldn’t answer he left a voicemail with detailed information and to call back if we had any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend getting auto body work done here. I’m not sure what other services they provide but whatever it is I would go there if needed. Great job to all the staff, from the time I walked in on day one til the last day, very professional with everything. Highly recommended!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had a bumper replacement and went through my insurance companys recommendation. I was told this was an expedited service (by the company) and I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday and was called on Monday with the estimate and that they anticipated the car to be ready in 12 days. That is not acceptable expedited service and I had to accrue rental vehicle charges. Following that phone call, I alerted my insurance company and the next day my vehicle was ready. Mysteriously! When picking up my car, a piece was missing that they overlooked ordering at the beginning. My repair was not 100% complete yet I refuse to go back.

For anyone wanting to take their vehicle to Abra Auto Body in Clayton, MO, for repairs, please read this first. Earlier this year, I took my 2005 Volvo S60R to have some minor accident damage involving the left front fender and wheel repaired. Abra was the designated shop for my (former) insurance carrier, Liberty Mutual. What bothered me initially was that the entrance to their facility was on a fairly steep incline for a vehicle with a low-profile OEM body kit like mine. When I went in for the estimate, I had to come in on an angle, creeping slowly to avoid damaging my front end. When I warned their estimator about this, she sloughed it off and told me that they get cars that sit lower than mine in every day without an issue, and that I would have nothing to worry about. So a few nights later, I dropped off my beautiful S60R in otherwise perfect condition for this minor repair. Just over 24 hours later, I received a call from their shop telling me my car was already finished and that one of their employees would be dropping it off at my residence as I live nearby. When I got home from work that night and inspected my car, I noticed that the body kit moldings on the front bumper had been damaged, and to make matters worse, my previously-perfect right front wheel had been rubbed up against a curb, damaging it. The next day, I immediately contacted their shop and told the manager what happened. They apologized and told me to bring the car back so they could repair the damage. After a few days, they told me it was ready. As I was in a rush when I came to pick it up as I was late for an appointment with a client, I only had time to give the car a two-second glance to make sure there was nothing they forgot to fix. As I was driving down the highway at 70 MPH, I heard a loud crunch, so I pulled off at the nearest exit and discovered that one of the moldings they had just repaired had flown off the car. I called Abra back and spoke to their manager. She denied her firms responsibility and told me I couldnt prove otherwise. Upset, I took my car to another auto body shop known as Hunter Autobody in South St. Louis to investigate what was going on. Jack Hunter, the owner, first hooked up his paint depth meter to the fender Abra refinished and noticed the numbers were way off when compared to the rest of the car that had no previous damage. He then told me there were major issues with Abras paint work; specifically, the repainted fender was loaded with visible dirt and debris - a sign that the body part was painted at Abra in a contaminated area; the amount of paint used was grossly inadequate; the amount of clear coat used was grossly inadequate and in fact was already starting to fade/fail; the wheel that Abra damaged and refinished was a poor match with the rest of the others, and to make matters worse, the wheel paint was already starting to bubble and flake off in areas; and finally, the one remaining front spoiler winglet molding that Abra damaged and then repaired was already starting to fall off the car. In fact, Mr. Hunter said he was rather shocked it actually remained on the car as long as it did. He showed me where Abra used generic phillips head type screws without washers to secure the winglets instead of using the proper ones from the factory, and that very little to no new glue was used. He told me normally in situations like this, he would appear as my expert witness in court as a lawsuit would be appropriate in this situation, but because of the simplicity of the repair, he agreed to re-do Abras work at a reduced cost which saved me the headache of filing a lawsuit, missing work to go to court, etc. For the aforementioned reasons, I cannot recommend this company.*** UPDATE *** Per Abras response to this review below, I spoke with their regional manager and basically re-stated everything. He said I would definitely receive a call back from someone within 48 hours, but that never happened.

My jeep had acquired a few missing and broken parts over the past few years and they were able to order and supply me with the parts quickly and easily. By just providing my VIN and the description of the part, I was able to get them within one day and at a great value. To top it off, Kelly, the store manager personally delivered the parts to me! Now thats great customer service! Will definitely be a returning customer!!

My experience with ABRA Auto Body & Glass was very refreshing. The customer service is friendly, honest and reliable. They would constantly update me on the progress of my vehicle on a daily basis. The work they did on my Jeep was great. It was a quality job that they accomplished quickly, less than 10 days which is something that I really appreciated. If you want great service in all realms this is the place to go.

Our car sustained major rear end damage while parked outside of our apartment. Can you tell? Nope. All body damage was restored properly and all parts were replaced. The paint looks like a perfect match. Please note, paint matching is incredibly difficult. If you go to any old shop that charges you a price thats too good to be true for paint... Its probably just that. The color match is seamless to the naked eye. No swirls at all. No waves at all. This paint job is so smooth, it would never have to pay for drinks in any bar.

Original experience with Abra at this location was wonderful. Recent experience with Caliber phone agent at this location was abrupt and rude, and I would not take a chance on anyone else at this location being equally unpleasant.

Our car was broken into while visiting St. Louis. The drivers side window had been smashed. Unfortunately, we needed to drive to Oklahoma that morning and no repair shop had the glass in stock. My insurance company reached out to Abra and they offered to wrap the window so we could drive home. When I arrived the staff was extremely friendly and quickly helped me get back on the road without charging anything. How many shops these days would offer to do a quick repair at no benefit to them? Fantastic service and shows the true character of the business.

Customer service was above and beyond! Making sure I always knew what was going on and when it would happen. Very understanding and helpful. Didn’t let me leave with the finished product until I was satisfied. Very professional. The two ladies in the office went above and beyond.

Dennis was so helpful! This was the smoothest car repair experience I have ever had. My car was rear-ended and had a significant amount of damage. What could have been an additional stressful situation was mitigated by great communication and excellent repair work. I would bring my car here again if need be and would highly recommend this repair shop.

Good service but dont leave without it completed

Took my 99 Saturn Wagon in after a hit-and-run driver tore half my front bumper away from the car causing crumpling, huge impact, tears, and other related damage. Insurance agent, based on photos, stated he was fairly certain the car would be considered totaled. As the Saturn only has 85K I wanted to keep it on the road, and I was prepared (and expecting) to pay approx $1500 for the repair work. Phil and his crew, in addition to being courteous and timely, got the repairs made to almost pre-collision appearance for $120. These guys are the best!!!

Customer service is not polite and courteous. I had called the shop twice and phone calls would go unanswered with no response for even simple things. The women I spoke to would demonstrate unprofessional conduct such as raising her voice and acting as if my phone call to speak to the manager is the most inconvenience to her. The common excuse is that we are busy with alot of orders or the manager is with a customer and will get back with you. Such excuses after two phones calls is ridiculous. I blame this on the management practices. Place yourself in your customers position. This encounter was not a rude customer addressing the employee. It was the customer trying to inquire about a warranty issue.

Someone hit my car during rush hour. Luckily, it was covered under insurance. I took my car into Abra and they walked me though each step of the way to make sure I was on page. They called every other day to keep me updated as well. The facility is clean and the workers there were very friendly. My GTI was restored to its former glory, and even then some. I was back on the road and it felt like I was driving a brand new car despite mine being 10 years old. Cant thank these guys enough. 5 stars, nothing less.

Poor customer service, I wish I could give 0 stars. I was scheduled for a noon appointment on a Tuesday 1/29/19 and was called at 11:10am to tell me that I was scheduled in error and cannot be rescheduled until Tuesday of the next week. I already had used vacation for this appointment and basically was told sorry and that was it. I would think if there was an error on your end some type of arrangement could be made.

Car came back with fried battery, within the month the bumper wasnt lining up, keeps popping out even further as time goes by.
