I was looking to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and came to this location today. The woman that was working today made me feel as if I was a bother to her by coming in wanting more information. She took a call on her personal phone while I was in the middle of asking her a question. Won’t be returning.

Just got excellent customer service in the Clayton store. The young man was able to quickly reset my frozen phone, and told me about the new phone options that I was eligible for. No hard sell, just lots of helpful info. So appreciated his thoughtfulness!

This place is great. Staff is really nice, fun, and very help. I went in for a bill pay and walked out with a Free Tablet for my kids. Its under new staff and management, but they are great.

Doesnt deserve 1 star. Signal is spotty at best. On Rt70 you will see 4 bars of LTE and get NO INTERNET CONNECTION message if trying to use your phone. Many areas we get 3G. 3G does not work. At the house we get 1x. Dont even know what that means. In addition, their Buy one get one offer is a scam. You dont get a free phone out of the deal. Once you pay off the buy one phone, you still have to pay off the get one or free phone. Maybe thats on me for not reading the fine print, but they do not tell you this when you sign up.

Only one employee working today, right before Christmas, trying to assist waiting customers as well as answer the phones! Crazy, but he kept things moving and did a good job. This kid needs a gold star!

The staff is courteous and helpful, downside is its a sprint corporate store. So a lot of the time, the associates want to help, but Sprint will not allow them.

From 5 stars to 1. The old team is gone. All the new people there are terrible. Place is always dead half the time but still takes forever to get stuff done. Unfortunately the other locations are not any better. Hopefully they can get things fixed ASAP.

Just went there today after doing an upgrade process online to upgrade from HTC Evo 4g to a LG optimus g. When i got there couple hours later Karen was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with! And everyone else was of help as well. Got my new phone setup with hard case added on in no time.

This place friggin sucks. I went to have my phone looked at, and somehow we eneded up talking about my price plan. The guy (whos name I wont mention but whos initials are R.G.) was talking about saving me some money so I let him go on. Took me from two Simply Everything plans to a Shared 3000 Everything Data Plan, with an IBM employee discount on top. Nice, right? Not if I specifically told him to start the new plan on the next billing cycle so I dont get prorated. He starts it right then and on top of that, only puts one number on the new plan. Strike number one. Then I explain the issues that I have with my phone (the entire reason for me going to the store in the first place) and he takes a look and messes up my trackwheel. Strike two. Then, it all comes down to ordering the replacement phone, which the idiot claims to do, stating that it should arrive within 3-5 business days. This is all on July 2, so my family and I go on vacation, arriving back in town on July 13, with no call about my new phone. So we show up at the store, and guess what? No phone, and magically, he cant order a new one for 30 days (which was total BS because he didnt even remember what phone I had which was a Moto Q9c, a phone that Sprint no longer sells and would be easily memorable in a sea of Palm Pres and Touch Pros) Basically, the guy was friendly and courteous, but completely idiotic. You dont have a star rating low enough.

Manager is incompetent. She lacks customer service skills and lacks knowledge of promotions. Train her or fire her, its dissapointing. This store was bad under sprint but it may be worse under T-Mobile.

Its 90 degrees outside and in the store, no AC? Theres also one employee working the floor on a Saturday with another one sitting in the back as we wait, sweating, for someone to help us. Once we finally asked someone from the back to help us they let u know they couldnt change the Sim card in the phone and we would have to go to another store. Why cant a cell phone store change a Sim card??

They treat their customers and employees with zero respect or care. Avoid this company at all cost. I had the waste of being the district manager and resigned because of how terrible this company was. I also had the waste of being a customer and both experiences were terrible. If you do not want to be scammed or lied to, than I would drive the extra miles to avoid at all costs.
