My experience was very smooth. I was called back to be seen in less than five minutes. The exam process was very calm and orderly. The Dr. and staff were pleasant and welcoming. I did pick out new frames for glasses and I thought they had a very nice selection. Overall nothing bad, all good.

I havent been to an eye doctor for at least 20 years. Front desk staff was very professional. I cant remember the young ladys name that took me back for initial screening, very informative and professional. Dr. Wilkins took the time to talk to me and explain everything. Rhonda was very knowledgeable, helped me choose frames and made me feel at ease. Overall a great experience.

Dr. Sherry Briggs was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. She went above and beyond to understand my issues and to provide the best solution. Mrs. Donna Evans assisted in finding frames to compliment my face and helped to select the best options for my needs. She was not pushy and did not try to sell me unnecessary services. The ladies at the front desk were all so friendly and helpful. It’s been quiet some time since I have dealt with an office like this. The ability to balance professional and treating patients as individuals is unmatched. Thank you all for the one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had dealing with my eye care.

Very efficient office, very thorough exam and explanation of why eye checks are so important…even if you don’t need glasses. Turns out that I only needed readers and they recommended a simple over the counter solution. They accepted our insurance - no hassles. I recommend!!

I took my 10 year daughter here last week, its been a couple years since her last eye exam. She was nervous and anxious but she knew she needed to get to her eyes checked. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. They revamped the inside since the last time we were there, very clean and open we liked the new look. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and patient with her. They have a great frame selection, she didnt feel rushed choosing a new frame. She found the perfect pair. I liked the staff and Drs so much I decided to switch eye doctors and made an appointment for myself. As always Dr. Wilkins is the nicest Eye Doctor. He is very nice and thorough. When I get a good report that my eyes havent changed since last year he is as happy about it as I am. I like that because that means he isnt saying I need new glasses when I dont. That means alot to me. His staff is nice and great. Office is very clean. My only suggestion is the chairs in waiting room are a little low for older people to get out of. I had hip surgery and if the chairs were little taller and had arm rest would be so much easier to get up out of chair. Other than that Dr. Wilkins is the best eye doctor I have ever been to.

I recently had an appointment with Eyecare Concepts on Clayton. They are friendly, professional, and concerned with the overall good care of the patients. Everything is neat, clean and well organized. Tests are done quickly and painlessly. The staff really listens to your concerns, answers questions, and assists in your choices of eyewear. The doctors go over your eye conditions and make sure there are no serious issues. Definitely a fine eye care office!

I initially thought this was a great place to switch to and I was encouraged because of the great ratings but after a month of waiting for my contacts, that I paid for, I find out they were never ordered. This was the third mistake that was made and the front receptionist did not seem apologetic when I voiced my concern that it would take another 2 or 3 weeks and I didnt have anymore contacts. The doctor was nice but not sure I will go back. Update: I received a call after writing this review and the gentleman that reached out to me offered me a temporary pair of contacts until mine came in. It took a few weeks for my contacts to come in and when I picked up my contacts I had a six month supply instead if the years supply I originally requested. I called back to inquire about this change, (I went home to look at my receipt to make sure I wasnt mistaken) and I again was not impressed with the demeanor of the receptionist. I told her I would come in the next day with my receipt. However, (This is the bright spot ). I received a call the next day with an explanation of the problem and a solution to the problem as an apology for all the trouble I have experienced. In the end, this vision center showed a commitment to customer service that deserves to be commended. I still think the rude receptionist needs some training or something but, whoever is in charge obviously understands good customer service.

Exam was quick yet through. Prices for glasses were prohibitive though. I can get essentially the very glasses offered with the same features for $400 less than the price quoted via an online provider.
