I have never had shaved ice. I really was surprised. I was like how good can ice with some sugar on it be? I was wrong. I ate it until I was full. Thinking about adding some vodka to the next one. They need some better staffing during peak hours. besides that, I was happy.
This Pelicans location is unique compared to the others. It is in this small retail location in a strip mall, versus the others that have outdoor play areas or mini putt. They try their best to entertain with big chess boards and checker boards, but it doesnt have the same feel to it really. Of course the snow cones are delicious as ever!
The young lady is sitting on a back counter every time I have entered and she has been there. Two days ago I was the only customer in the place and she spoke a total of two words to me. four dollars. Comparing this location to others I have visited frequently, the vanilla sno cream is either watered down or whatever they do to dilute it. They also do not add as much of it. I was charged 50 cents extra when a man was working because he said I ordered a cream. No where does the sign say it costs more than the regular ones. I will stick to the store near Cleveland area. Worth the extra drive. I do not recognize the name above this review. It is not my name.
Always go here for excellent shaved ice. It is actual shaved ice too, not the lame crushed ice. Great flavors, hundreds of choices!
First time at a pelicans and I am in love!!! Such great service and flavors!
Seriously. Its shaved ice and sugar. Why are we paying so much for sugar water. The place was clean but this is the weirdest boring fad ever.
Its a great spot for a wonderful frozen treat.
Its ice with alot of sweetener applied
Awesome depending on which employee is working
It often smells like a sour mop
