Always had a good experience with them. We were the regular customer to them for more than a year until we moved to the west of the city. Prices are feasible and large variety of Asian food products along with the deals if you buy in bulk. We also reimbursed our 400 points which gave us $20 of discount on $100 of purchase. Kesar mangoes which we bought on our last purchase are delicious. We loved it!Highly recommend it!

Dont be get shocked because im not first one who complaining about selling expired items in this shop, you may find many complaints like mine in comment box. I will never go there.

They are selling expired snacks which are overdue 3 or more months the expiry date. I have experienced this several times and I know I am not the only one. Will not buy from here again. 👎

Why there is partiality between local public and citizens? is there any reason for that? are they give you any benefits? because wherever i visit i think local public give them profits. There is no sense for different prices.

They are showing one price in the display and system is charging another price which is more than displayed prices. It misleads the customers. The customer service representative in the billing counter has apologized for the mistake and has agreed to reimburse the difference next time when we do the shopping. I dont think its a right way to do business and very disappointed. We have to be careful.

Please teach your customer service assistant how to communicate with the customer. There are plenty of Indian groceries in Melbourne, stop behaving like you guys are the only shop in entire Melbourne. Charged us for a mask when the shop staff wasn’t wearing one himself. Make rules which you yourself follow. Not complaining about charging for the mask but learn how to speak to customers.Cheers. 🍻

Very good indian grocery shop in clayton. They have different type of products such as spices, frozen and more. They have variety and cheap compare to another shops near in clayton and SPRINGVALE. They have own reward system such as citizenship member but it’s expensive and 5% to 10% discount in all products. It’s worth if your shopping list to large and personally I can’t prefer that reward system. Very good staff and they always helpful.

Hard to get parking in front of the shop but the guys and girls in the shop do allow to carry the green trolleys to coles parking on returnable basis. Great place to shop Indian/pakistani stuff. They have huge range of basmati rice and wheat flour as collection.

The staff of this store is more welcoming compared to other Indian groceries we visit. With valid reasons there should be an easy exchange or refund policy. Every business should be responsible of the goods they sell. So far I’m happy... especially Divya you light up the shopping experience 😊

Almost every Indian grocery products available here. Price a little high, but you wont have to look anywhere else for anything else. Plus the staff is really helpfull and well behaved.

Truly bad experience with this store. Every time We bought groceries from here but now onwards we decide never go here. We bought Kissan pineapple jam it’s on clearance but when I asked to that South Indian girl about expire date she told that if it’s is clearance than don’t asked about expired date but when we checke it’s already expired so whose laws that’s expire things are on clearance. I put this feed back so that all are read and be alert when they buy from Sarwan.

Had good experience until recently... Bought coconut from the store which specifically says *Fresh Fruits and Vegetables* I got back home and found that the coconut was stale. Went back to store showed them... They didnt entertain my request didnt give me a new one or return my money.*I will not recommend them*

Amazing Indian grocery shop. Good staff and a little stuffy isles but overall good prices and great selection of Indian stuff that one can purchase. Good discounted prices on larger quantities and membership opportunities too.

They are usually good but a few staff (on weekends) have to learn to be polite to customers and greet them. Felt like they were doing a favour serving me and other customers at the checkout counter.

The best store I saw for having the most variety of Indian ingredients and food spices though prices are still more expensive than if you look for the certain few INDIAN stuff at Coles.

I go there just for khan basmati rice. They billed me twice for a single product and I realised it after I went home. Also found expired products relabeled with new date.
