Just installed my Polar Air 2 stage compressor with silent air from Eaton Compressor. Really nice Compressor. Builds air quickly and quietly. Very pleased.

Great company, family owned. Very nice facility. I called on a Friday morning to see if they had something in stock, they did, and picked it up same day. I purchased a 10HP single phase screw fixed speed. Put it on my floor, read the manual online to install, and was making air again. very quiet unit, makes a lot of air really fast. Megan was very helpful over the phone and knowledgeable. Very nice building and a good honest reputable company to do business with!

I am very pleased with my purchase, everyone I talked with at Eaton was professional and helpful. I got the compressor hooked up and it is working as expected. I would have liked for it to have an hour meter installed since all maintenance is based on that. The shipping took longer than I had expected, it shipped on 10/6 and I received it on 10/15.

We installed a three piston horizontal compressor for our new semi-truck shop. All that were present for start up were amazed at the impressive volume of the pumps keeping up with the purging of our 1 hard lines no fittings. It created its own dust storm. Recovery when air supply was shut off was immediate I dont believe we will be able to out work this pump.Perk,

The 7.5 hp compressor with quiet option is working well and providing more than adequate air for my needs. The only concern I have at this point is the fact that several factory wiring connections were loose out of the box with one wire completely disconnected.

I’d have to say, after owning a few IR compressors and now one from Eaton, I can say I’m highly satisfied. Customer service is on point, prices are great, and shipping is fast! A hose was damaged during shipping and the owner himself called me and requested pictures and within a few days I received the hose and other small products damaged by the shipping company. Compressor is super quiet and produces enough air for my business needs! As myBusiness picks up I’ll eventually need a bigger one and I’ll definitely go with Eaton again!

I was looking for a bigger air compressor and didnt want to buy an IR unit from TSC due to parts and service cost. After many failed trips to TSC I remembered from word of mouth that there was a compressor company near where I live. I done a google search and made a trip out to Polar Air the next day. I walked in the front show room and WOW, at least 40 80g-120g units. After walking around a bit one compressor caught my eye. I knew I was going to be a new owner of this beast. Todd came out to the showroom and was very knowledge answering all my questions. He then asked me if I wanted him to hook it up so I could see it run in person. I told him no worries but Ill take it. He walked me back to Nicole where I paid and setup a time to comeback with a trailer to pick it up. All in all a great experience and one heck of a warranty. Great Job Todd and Nicole!!!

Purchased a 10HP V4 Vertical Air Compressor and Dryer after our existing Ingersoll was about to give up on us after continuous use for 7+ years. We had some technical issues during the installation process but that had nothing to do with the equipment. It was related to how our electricity was set up. We purchased a 20hp VSD Rotary Screw swingarm unit to run our CNC manufacturing shop. This unit has run like a top, and never let us down! We just had their factory service tech come out and go through everything for preventative maintenance and he was great! He cleaned every inch of our compressor and changed everything out that could potentially be a problem. What a great company they build great machines and also employ great service staff! We recommend them to anyone needing a compressor! Keep up the great work Eaton Compressor!

Very competent and professional service. We ran into a few challenges repairing my older unit, but the service tech was willing and able to address them. He was fully equipped to adapt anything!

I have just purchased a 10 year old model, standing at one place for years, it’s 15hp, silent rotary screw air compressor with dual voltage, though had some errors but now, it’s work Great and very quite, had some electrical codes, called Eaton and had face time with owner Matt to troubleshoot, got 10 years old manual on email as soon as I requested. Dustin there tech is awesome and I was surprised even for 10 years old model their customer service is amazing, having owner to have a FaceTime shows his passion of air compressor. I am on sky because of his customer service...

I will say it took a lot of thought to put up the money for a 10HP rotary screw compressor, but I am happy that I did. As far as I am concerned there is not a better value out there. Eaton did a great job with this one whisper quiet and power for days.

I bought a bare 18cfm pump to replace my Air American 5hp pump in 2007. The company spoke with me to be sure I got the right replacement pump. After 8 years it is still perfect. The 3 cylinder design runs quiet and cool. The old one got hot and was painfully noisy.I installed an hour meter and stick to the oil change recommendations, clean the air filters and that is it.Good people and excellent quality products.

We have a 10hp screw compressor that I purchased 5-7yrs ago. At first we didnt use it much as I was building our the business and working out of my garage at the time. When we moved into our shop and really had to put this compressor to use we had a couple hiccups with it as an oil filter fitting blew apart and I called the emergency line and Bert was able to help me not only diagnose the problem but assured me they would take care of the issue since the had a run of bad filter parts around the time mine was built. I had the new part on Monday as this blew apart on Friday night. Put the new fitting in and I was good to go with that. After that happened I started to have a leak by the pump seal and the compressor seemed to be different after the filter housing blew apart. Once again I called Bert and this time he sent a mechanic from Ohio to my shop in IL for him to look at it and fix what needed to be fixed. They did an amazing job and all of this they covered under warranty since not only my hours were so low. I was and still am impressed with Eaton and have nothing but good things to say about them! I hope to purchase another bigger compressor from them soon!!!

Eaton was very responsive to my needs once my airflow needs were carefully communicated and understood. There were a few hiccups (many self inflicted) along the road but Matt, the owner stepped up and made it all right.

I recently purchased the EMAX Silent Air Series 5hp 19 CFM Single Phase Air Compressor - SKU: ESP05V080I1 Through the Home Depot. This compressor is awesome! It has a much lower decibel rating due to low Rpm. Inside my garage I can actually have a conversation while its running without yelling. So far the compressor has been running perfectly with no issues. Came packaged very well from Eaton. The compressor fills up fast and offers me the much needed CFM increase for Automotive HVLP painting and DA sanding from my old 60 gal 3hp Craftsman unit. Looking forward to using this compressor for many years to come! Thanks Eaton - EMAX!!!
