Have only occasional print jobs done, but they often require some special treatment. Price adjustment when I print only a few lines and a title per page for my DVD inserts, want to bring my own large paper, have to test print while in the store, or send a file per email and they immediately check when I call the store to tell them about it. I am very happy with this store because both manager and assistants are always so very accommodating.

I went today to get a receipt for a previous transaction on 8/23/21, which was needed for a business expense report. Morgan was extremely helpful and fulfilled my request promptly. She was most gracious as I called back to apologize- I had found the receipt hidden in my wallet.

Great customer service ! I use them to send care packages to my son in the military. I come in there with several full bags of items— they provide the box, and even pack it all neatly and safely for me ! ( for a small fee more )The ladies here are quick and friendly. This location is always busy but they keep the line flowing nicely.You must try this UPS in Clayton

Rude AF. I understand they are busy because of Amazon returns but isnt that a good thing. The associate behind the counter just yells NEXT while holding her scanner...aa if shes herding cows. Ill take my packages elsewhere.

Called to get a price check over the phone and got help from Myles J. who was extremely helpful, friendly and answered all my questions without rushing, great customer service!After shopping around I realized UPS had the best price/delivery time so I went to the store, I was lucky enough to get Myles in the register as soon as I walked in, in person he is even more helpful, so was his manager whos name I did not catch. Is nice to see there are still nice people working with a smile out there. I will be happy to come back and ship more packages from this location.Highly recommend.No wait time, fair prices, friendly employees.

I have gone to this location a few times and have yet to have a negative experience. They are absolutely wonderful with their customer service. The website was having issues for a print job I needed and I was able to send over an email with what I needed and pick up within the same day. Ill definitely come back to this location for any shipping or printing services I need in the future.

We stopped in here to get our passport photos taken and it was such an easy process!! The only disappointed was that I had been told on the phone it would be $15.99 for two passport photos and it wasn’t.

Every time I have come to this particular location, the staff is always extremely kind and helpful! I would like to shout out one staff member inparticular though, Morgan. She made me feel at ease with a very important package and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I paid for a certified mail service, and I did not receive it. The tracking number did not work, and when I call they told me it was not their fault and to call the actual post office. So, I call the post office, and they told me UPS had not scanned or conducted the transaction correctly.I requested a refund because I did not receive my certified mail service for two VERY important legal documents. I did not receive that refund, and that to me is fraud because I did not receive my service. The whole entire point of certified mail is to have a tracking number and documentation that the mail was delivered. I am very unhappy with this store, and I will not stop until I get my money back.

No concept of customer service or safety. Clerk went from having her mask pulled down from her face to not wearing it at all and just letting people come in without masks as well. She never greeted me or said shed be right me. There was only one person ahead of me so she wasnt busy. It only takes a second to say hello be right with you. Meanwhile she saw I had a large heavy box and it only required a drop off. Already packed with provided box and label.

I’ve been mailing out of this location for my business now for 6 years and it was great until Tory left. Every time I go in I’m greeted with stone faces and long sighs as if I’m putting them out to want to shipSomething. The red haired guy with the beard is the worst! No one seems to really know what their doing and really take their time doing it. I’m going to find somewhere else to go. I thought it would get better but the vibe in there just total misery.

There are large signs at the door asking customers to wear masks and social distance, yet inside the UPS employee is not wearing a mask. We are expected to keep her safe, but she seems to have no desire to keep the customer safe. What’s with that?

I can now say that Ive actually lost track of how many items have been misplaced through this location. Never seem to have any issue shipping things anywhere else. Staff isnt the friendliest either. Disappointing.

I do a lot of shopping online, and on occasion I have several things to return back to where they came from. Everyone at this location is so nice and friendly. Ive never had a problem here. Convenient location here in Clayton and easy to get to.

This place has really Gone downhill. I have used them for five years and the difference recently is startling. The middle aged blonde lady is just rude. She is very snotty and acts as if you are inconveniencing her with your presence. Furthermore, why limit the number of people in the store for Corona when your employees don’t even wear masks?**UPDATED Since the owner, mr. Barker, has apparently plenty of time to go online and respond with very lengthy messages to people who take the time to review his business, I would like to say that this is the fourth negative incident I have had occur at this location before I sat down to write a review. As anyone who looks at my Google guide profile can tell I am normally a very positive reviewer and very rarely leave a negative review. I do not take it lightly when I leave negative comments. The snarkiness and overall attitude of the response displays exactly the problem that is currently going on inside of his store. I do not know if this person is a new Owner or if they have merely made a terrible mistake with who they have chosen to run their store, but that was unprofessional in the extreme. I also cannot help but notice you did not respond to the man who left a negative review two months ago- just the woman who did. Why is that?? As a matter of fact, it appears you ONLY confront women reviewers, period. (With the exception of two and I’m not even sure it was you who replied)If your business is indeed booming,likely it is in direct thanks to Amazon, and if enough customers complain about the terrible treatment they are receiving from your store to Amazon then they will simply remove you from their list of suggested return providers. Kohl’s is available and there is another UPS location 7 miles away on Timber Drive that I have started to go to (since I originally left this review ) that is amazing. Their employees smile, they offer me a receipt without asking, and they don’t act like I am inconveniencing them for being there. I thank you so much for taking all of that time to respond to me Mr. Barker, and be a snarky as you were - you just dropped my review from two stars to one.second update- the overall tone and verbiage of the original response from Mr Baker has been completely altered to sound much kinder than what he originally wrote. He still only seems to attack and respond to female reviewers. We still use the Timber Drive location for our small business and are much happier overall.

Came here to get a few pages printed. Was charged an extra $2.00 for “computer use/hour” even though I never used a computer I emailed my documents. Keep my $2 I will take my business elsewhere. It’s not the money I’m upset about. Came here to get business cards printed and the guy (Chris) behind the counter didn’t seem to want to do his job and help me. Rudely told me to go home and do it figure it out myself and then come back later. If you hate your job that’s fine but at least treat your customers with respect. I was treated unfairly and overcharged. This is my first and last visit here. I’ll find someone local for printing needs or make the drive to OfficeDepot.

It’s very important that all UPS customers realize the UPS Store is considered a 3rd party vendor to UPS corp. What this means is if you have insurance claim with UPS Corp underwriter (Crawford) they only pay max $1000. I run small business & ship small expensive items regularly. The insurance underwriter only pays full claim over $1000 if you ship from UPS Corp location or driver, not UPS store. For example, Raleigh NC only has one location that meets this criteria. The UPS Store has no authority, you may as well be shipping from Granny’s shipping center. UPS Store should be required to inform customers shipping insured packages that they are third party vendor & not accept insured packages over $1000.

The young man that helped me was very kind with good customer service and understanding of the job he had to do. I believe his name was Brendan or Brandon, but he was able to help me fax as well as help another man make copies. One worker was at the computer where it looked like she was doing personal stuff and not helping customers. Mostly it was very easy for me to handle what I needed to which is always great!

Amazing customer service. I came here because I needed to return some packages but my printer broke so I didnt have a return label for 1 of the packages. Danielle gave me their wifi and told me to email them and she would print it out for me. I wasnt able to access the website (some chinese website) through my phone, I needed my laptop at home, so she let me keep the package there, charged me, and told me to email them when I got home, and she would take care of the rest. A+ for customer service, Danielle, you rock.

The owner is so rude. I came in with my package and she was so exasperated that she had to help me rearrange it so it would close, (total of 2 minutes to rearrange) she ended up charging me for the inconvenience. The owner told me this shouldve been done before coming in, even though I was in the day prior and the young team members who were working had no problem helping me and never charged me. A older man came in while I was there as well just wanting a printed receipt to track his return package, the owner was so exasperated by him asking for a receipt that she told him to go online... I wanted to support Clayton local business, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

[UPDATE] After several visits, I noticed how rude the people running this place are.... They also charge a fortune for printing 1xpage from a HD using their computer.Very nice people... They went out of their way to help me send a bunch of documents needed for court!!!

The owner I guess ? His name is Chris very rude I sented a package back had free return label he just cut you short every time you ask him anything charged me $2.27 to print the lable but never explained to me that there would be a cost the lady that work there with him gave him a look as to why he acts the way he do he definitely dont need to be involved with the customers I didnt mind paying but would like for you to explain to me what Im paying for will never have to worry with me ever again!!!!

This store had a package shipped back to it, and lost it. Owner was very rude - claimed to have called me, which is impossible. She obviously made a mistake and wouldnt own it. She went to check her sent messages but had conveniently just deleted them. Ill never be back in this store. Very poor representation of the UPS brand.
