This is a very nice place very family centered. Great place to visit, not such a great place to live. It does have a park, however it happens to be the home of several bees. It has a swimming pool, however is only open 3 months a year sometimes. You are not allowed to put anything up in your yard that is not pre-approved. And God forbid you put anything on your porch you will get written up for that and fined. Management at this facility changes hands about once every three to four months and along with that comes new rules every 3 to 4 months. And lot rent is the highest in the state.

Ok methany. Its a trailer park not a place of any genuine luxury no one needs to be told a list of yardwork with such specifications that would make kim jong un smile.

I have a sister who lives in this area in this particular mobile home park and as mobile home parks go I believe it is well kept up, the only thing that I didnt like is there are way too many speed bumps the kind that can hurt the bottom of your vehicle if youre not paying attention and going about 2 to 3 miles an hour LOL I understand the reason for Speed bumps but these particular ones are a little overdone and way too many other than that it seems like a nice neighborhood friendly people and as I said seems to be kept up

Some trailers look great. But most of them, have so much trash all over. Missing siding this park has gone down hill, the last few years

This company comes from h***! $690 for lot rent!! not even including water sewer trash, or the house plus other utilities. I feel bad for The poor people stuck in the community because they can’t sell or move there homes.

Ive lived here for two yrs now and didnt take long to realize I made a mistake. They cant keep a manager. Charge ridiculous lot rent and then you cant do anything in your own yard, unless they approve. Cant have trampolines or pools in your tiny little yard. People drive through this place like bats out of hell, with little kids playing out and about! I could go on and on, but, wed be here for awhile.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This community is a joke. They cant keep a manager, their lot rent is ridiculous. I have lived there for 3 years and its horrible. They say you cant do anything with the yard unless its approved because its their lot. But my lot is full of sticker weeds that my kids cant play in it but I get charged extra because I have a bigger yard that I dont use. And you know its their lot and they wont take care of the problem. You cant put up a fence either and when its wendy I get everyones garbage in my lot. If you have option to rent here DONT there are more cons then pros and the cops are always in the community and management does nothing about the issues.

Pretty impossible to get maintenance to come repair a leaking water main and when finally tried after 8 months they only slowed it and called it good since its before the meter.

Chessa is amazing with first time buyers, she helped us understand the process and gave us more information than any other places .

Too many speed bumps, roads to no-where, trailers too close together, predator towing, too many old run down over priced trailers and stratuspher high over priced lot rent. But most of the residents are nice.

If you want to live in a dictatorship. Live there.

The upkeep is very poor. Favoritism is a H.U.G.E thing here for management and they are rarely at the trailer park. Plus they are very rude, the monthly fees are way to high for here, too many speed bumps and has shut off water without notice.

Dont park after midnite your car will be towed!!

The lot tent is way to expensive!!! Its out of control. It keeps going up for no reason or explaining!!! Its the most expensive in northern utah and they do no watering, mowing or snow removal to explain the cost!!!
