I ordered several months ago received all but 1 floss. It was on back order. Well I forgot about it but this shop did not. I received it today. Wonderful customer service I will order again.

It makes me super sad she got a one star. She is amazing always bends over backwards to help you find what you are looking for. I am extremely happy that I found her shop. It is a warehouse and if you order fabric that just released it will ship at a later date just like any other pre order things. I hesitated contacting her because of the one star rating but I think it may have been a miscommunication. I am so happy I took a chance this business is awesome!
