Staff were very friendly explained the procedure well. The product is fine. However it took 5 more days to complete that I was told originally and when I suggested to do better at that because I work and prediction costs me if different than predicted... I was told there are many other cars wanting repairs too.That didnt address my concern..it justified hers only.

Friendly staff who did a great job. I appreciated the fact that they even cleaned my car inside and out for when it was ready for pick up. The only complaint I have is that it felt as if I had to call them for updates (the pick up date got pushed back a bit because they found more damage) and it wouldve been nice if I was kept in the loop and wasnt the one always reaching out.

Nice people for sure but the service was not the greatest. Car had to be repainted because the first time they did it was not properly done. I still have to come back to connect the back up cámara because they forgot to connect it and also one of the rear lights has to be replaced again because the “new” one was damaged. Time is very precious to me and going back and forward due to a job not properly done is frustrating for me. Also the estimate went up from about $2500 at the beginning to over $4000 at the end, not sure why. I think they could have done a better job or a properly job to avoid me going back multiple times.

After the rather traumatic experience of having my new car wrecked by someone texting, I was afraid my car wouldn’t be the same. Yes, I know, it’s just a car, but it’s my car and I love it. I decided to take my baby to CarStar Collision Tec for repair. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful as well as professional. I left there feeling good about my repair. Carstar Collision fixed the whole passenger side of my car after a car accident. They had it finished before the week was up they kept me updated and the finished product is beautiful! They cleaned my car it was above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

I secured the cargo of my van, but they still managed to get into my side door and rummaged through my personal belongings, I am not very happy about that, plus where ever they had it parked for the almost 3 weeks they had it, I now have a giant black ant problem.

I had been rear ended and Carstar did the repair and body work. I can’t say enough good things about them. Their responsiveness and efficiency was extraordinary. The repair work is flawless.

Carstar was one of the in-network options for my insurance and had good reviews so thought Id give it a try. Happy I did - a quick turn around time, frequent updates on status, and Joe was very nice to work with throughout. The car looks great again as well, so overall definitely recommend this shop!

I took my car to get repaired there not only were the facilities excellent but I was treated extremely well by all employees there. They gave me frequent updates and were very compatible with my insurance . Nobody enjoys having to get their car repaired but if you need to get your car repaired this is the best place to do it in St. Pete they made what should have been a really bad day for me into an easy breezy day.

With more than 100 years of combined driving between the four members of our family weve had our fair share of needed body work from accidents, etc. And as armed forces retirees weve moved more times than we can remember. So with each move we ve worked with different body shops, a number of outstanding ones among them. Our experience with CARSTAR Collision was in an entirely different league. Joe, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He made everything effortless for us, kept us regularly updated with the progress of the repairs, and delivered an impeccable vehicle. Great repair and paint job

True to their word!! We brought our car there because of an ugly and obvious dent that couldn’t just be popped out. There were a few difficulties with this particular repair. When a group works that hard to get it right rather than throw up their hands and walk away, It’s amazing. These guys stuck it out until the repair was perfect. Rick was great to work with but honestly, everyone we dealt with was totally professional. I hope to never need Carstar again, but if I do this is where I will go.

Worst service ever, avoid this place as much as you can, it happened when someone smashed my car window and stole items from my car so my insurance company sent me this address to fix the problem. Not just they took a day and half to fix the issue but didn’t checked the broken glass particles inside the car. They didn’t even took time to clean the btroken parts inside my car.

I’m an obsessed car guy and I got rear ended in my 3 month old Focus RS. In my search for a quality body shop, I happened upon this one by chance, but I’m glad I did. When I asked to see the shop, Mitch (head shop manager) gladly brought me back to inspect where my car would be repaired. It is a very clean, organized, and modern shop and I felt comfortable leaving my brand new car in their care to be fixed. As far as the bumper was concerned, it had some significant scuffing and paint chipping and a bent support structure which was causing it to stick out from the driver’s side passenger quarter panel. They fixed the bumper and it came out perfect. The paint match was spot on and they ordered a new OEM support structure and fit it perfectly flush with the rear quarter panel like it was before the accident. Customer service was very high quality, they make sure you are 100% happy and will fix any minor issues you find no questions asked. I would definitely recommend them.
