I took my Ceramic Silver Kia Stinger there because when I purchased it from a dealership and didnt realize how badly painted the front and bumper were compared to the body of the car. Shannon got me in quickly and was able to get the team to do a great color match. Im beyond happy with the results and it looks exactly how it should have when I bought it. They did an awesome job with the bumpers.
Recently a raccoon ran into my car while I was going about 60 miles an hour. My car was damaged and I took it to Lokey Nissan. They were amazing .Cindy at the front desk was extremely helpful. I rented another vehicle and was able to leave my rental car at Lokey and someone picked it up from Enterprise. It made the whole thing seamless for me. The work that they did was amazing. I purchased my car there and I have purchased other cars there. A big shout-out to the staff !
Extremely disappointed at this time. I was estimated 7-10 days for repairs which was fine since I was not working for 2 weeks due to getting married. Get a call that they found hidden damage, which wasnt unexpected and that they had to wait for parts. Ok, cool. Get a call that the parts ordered came and now they can finish. Asked new estimated time at that time,.was told Thurs 4-15. Just got off the phone today 4-14, had to call since there wasnt a call to tell me whats going on and next steps a day before estimated completion date and called 5 mins before they closed, that it will be now 4-21 at the earliest. I am most upset at no phone call to update. I was understanding with hidden damage. Understanding that they had to wait for parts. What I cannot understand is the communication failure near my estimated completion date to either come get it or prepare to beg people to borrow a car or rides to not loose my job. No offer for courtesy vehicle for the inconvenience.
I took back a part that I had ordered incorrectly. They took it back no questions asked and with a smile. They had the part I needed in stocks which was less than I thought it would be. Thank you!

Lokey is absolutely the best! Following an accident I brought my Mercedes E350 to Lokey to be repaired. Jeff was great and handled everything for me in a prompt and professional manner - from completing a thorough estimate to communicating with my insurance company and in the end making sure my vehicle was good as new. Accidents are stressful but the entire staff at Lokey made the process less stressful for me. Amidst the pandemic the staff is adhering to social distancing protocol and wearing masks. They even sanitized my keys before handing them to me! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to repair my vehicles!

Online site was easy to use and showed me a detailed estimate for services and progress of repair. I received a warranty for the work and Im extremely happy with the finished product. My Rogue looks just like it did before someone rear ended me. My insurance company wanted me to use other companies, Im so happy I chose to use Nissan Collision Center.
Great service. Repaired our Mercedes C63s flawlessly after a major collision and then a year later saved us over a thousand dollars on repairing our front bumper after it got caught on a parking block, by fabricating a new bracket instead of replacing the entire bumper, as other shops insisted was necessary. A+++
