I came here for oil change and scheduled milage check and worked with Jessica Geneva who was phenomenal. Great and consistent communication, answering all my questions and working with me to resolve all auto issues. Will come back and request to work with her. As a consumer who can go anywhere people like Jessica are why I will continue to go to come to Audi for my service needs. Service department was also awesome and through providing video updates with explanations. My car again drives like a dream.

My very first experience with Audi Clearwater was with Jessica Geneva to schedule a ride with a service technician to determine whether or not the steering noise I was experiencing in my 2017 Audi A8L was within mfg. specifications or was there an issue that required attention. I also had an issue with my inability to lock the glove box. Time was of the essence since my warranty was due to expire within days. It was later determined that the steering was within mfg. specifications and a new glove box would be ordered within my warranty per service technician. My entire experience was very positive thanks to Jessica.

Mandy Walters was my service advisor. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but that’s not what stands out about her. She is genuine and has a servant heart. I was so happy to return to Audi Clearwater after a far less pleasant experience in Tampa. Nathan Valdez was pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. The service manager did an overall inspection of my car and alerted me to a few items of concern I was not aware of, in spite of my car having a regular service just 500 miles ago. I bought my car used, a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI and the previous owner ALWAYS used the dealership when taking care of the vehicle. He raved about Mandy Walters, service tech, and the rest of the staff at Audi Clearwater. So, when my AC and front brakes went I decided to check them out. Mandy went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my service. She put me in a 2021 loaner Q7, 6 years newer than my Q7, and had my car inspected ASAP with parts ordered that same day. My car was in and out of there within just a few days and now it’s running like it’s brand new. I cannot recommend Audi Clearwater enough, especially Mandy Walters.

Mandy Walters went above and beyond helping to repair my A-5 and get it returned to me promptly. I arrived without an appointment when my vehicle had a slowly leaking tire. She had it diagnosed quickly and had me see the problem and speak with the service tech. She was able to figure out a way for me to get a loaner car and have my car returned to me the next day. I do have some issues with the service department, but certainly not with Mandy. She did her job and performed it well.
