My service advisor, John Shaw, always goes above and beyond exceptional service. He is always well prepared for my service visit and knows exactly what needs to be done and clearly explains the necessary services and any repairs. He is always friendly and professional. He keeps me updated as to the progress of the service and almost always delivers my car before the scheduled time its supposed to be ready. I cannot imagine that there is a higher level of professional service that I could expect beyond what John Shaw provides. Highly Recommend!

Sometimes dealerships get a bad rep (too expensive) but I have to admit, Crown Acura and John Shaw have proven time and time again why you shouldnt listen to the naysayers. Their oil change and rotation has a coupon that makes it as cheap as anywhere else and on top of that, I get Acura specialists looking at my car for other things that may need to be addressed (before they are critical). That peace of mind and added friendly and professional attitude of John Shaw keeps me a loyal customer. If you have an Acura, its worth the drive to use Crown Acura for all of your service needs.

Julian Bitar is probably the most personable service advisor I’ve ever worked with. Using text and phone he kept us in the loop for the entire time from parts order to scheduled visit to pickup. By the way, he did all this after we cold called to schedule warranty service after buying an RDX from a third party - the team at Crown Acura Service treated us like family right from the start. The service was completed earlier than expected even with the addition of three other maintenance items and repairs. The pricing was competitive for the service not covered under warranty, and it’s so nice to get a free hand wash and vacuuming! I completely recommended Julian and the team for all of your auto’s needs.

I can sum it up in one word my experience with him: OUTSTANDING!!Julian went over everything he was going to do and set up an account as well. He then escorted me to a 5 star waiting lounge. I used to be a National Customer Service Director and Julian could have given a class to my team on how to treat customers. Bart Bartley exceeded my expectation! Went in thinking we had a problem with the fuel system. Service team found out that there was a Service Bulletin regarding the transmission that effected our issue The transmission software needed to be updated. Once that was done, Bart was somehow able to get the transmission fluid changed under an extended warranty at no cost even though the car was out of warranty. That saved us over $300! Cant say enough Barts dedication to the customer. Hes been our service rep for all most 7 years and we truly enjoy working with him.

John is always on point with his estimates and time frames that he provides up front. Great service advisor that will keep you informed at all times on the status of your car. The dealership is impressive as well with plenty of different things to keep you occupied while you wait.
