Food is good. Need to download a dumb app to order. Also, don’t fall for curbside ordering. Your food will be placed on a shelf inside to get cold & mushy while you wait outside thinking they will bring it to you.

You Lost my business for a large order. Your app doesnt work well for new users. It wouldnt let me create an account. I tried calling and couldnt get through. Far too much information being asked to order some bagels. I put the info in anyways and it told me it couldnt verify me? We went to dunkin doughnuts instead. Most people that go through a frustrating experience like this wont return for a long long time if ever. Might want tis. I notice all of the Ower responses to reviews are generic

Wow. The bagels are incredible. Tastes like something an advanced alien race showed humanity.I didn’t believe in alien conspiracies until I ate here but the way these bagels stimulate my tastebuds is other worldly.On top of that, the 2 people in front of me were being kinda rude to the cashier but even the cashier displayed patience and customer service that I myself wouldn’t have possessed. I didn’t catch her name but the shorter cashier girl slayed the customer service game.

Got first part of my breakfast and then literally waiting 18 minutes for the rest. Meanwhile, what I was given was cold already. When I asked after 12 minutes the girl literally walked away from me like I was invisible. Theres no way you dont hear me when you looked right at me when I said, excuse me.Where is the great manager that was there 6 months ago?At this point Ill drive a few miles for better service.

This place is dirty everytime I go buy the front door has a million hand marks on it so I stopped going due to the lack of cleanliness... shame good bagels

Best location in the Tampa/Pinellas side of Florida. Super cute store. Looks like they had a fireplace at some point but tables are covering it since covid. André, Lisa and Allie took care of me today. All looked to be enjoying themselves at work which was a good sign. Food was delicious. André the manager was a hoot! So funny I loved his personality. Lisa and Allie were a joy. Will definitely come to this location again next time I’m in town.

These folks feature absolute, fantastic bagels. There garlic are phenomenal and are water bagels not egg. Love their rewards program also.You can call ahead and order to pick up.Just excellent!!

This is the best coffeehouse Ive ever been to. The atmosphere is always clean, positive, and inviting. The food is delicious and the espresso is to die for, far better than Starbucks. Staff is friendly and warm. 10 out of 10!

Not my favorite location. Drove over a long way to take part inn the national bagel day. There was no clear instruction or anything around promoting the special day. You have to know before arriving, thanks social media.Anyway, I ordered a toasted nova lox toasted which I paid for separately since this was not part of national bagel day. Wifey got an toasted Asiago Bagel with Cream Cheese shmear. I asked for the same, except I asked for chive shmear.I get charged for the second Asiago toast, which the manager corrected once I pointed out the error. Wifey grabbed the order and waited inn the car before I could check the order.Anyway, we drove back home and my order was off. Lox Bagel wasnt toasted and my toasted asiago bagel didnt have come with a drop of shmear. What a waste of time.

Live close by, so we visit often. Ive never had an unpleasant experience here before and they are overly-generous with their cream cheese. They also have some amazing flavors. Would be nice to see them open a little later, but not worth removing a star over. Their bagels make up all 5 stars.

This place USED to have decaf espresso beans in which I could get a great Decaf Americano. They have now discontinued carrying that. There is ONLY one choice, which is a medium roast decaf drip coffee. That is such a huge let down from the dark, rich decaf espresso bean taste that I love. Just because I need to drink decaf, doesnt mean I want a weaker tasting coffee. I have had to go to the competitor across the street to get my coffee now. Love Einstein Bagels though, but my coffee is top priority, and I dont want to go to two places for food and coffee. Coffee wins out.

I used to visit this location frequently and loved it the staff was on their game. I can’t say that anymore. I visited this location yesterday at 1:00 and when I walked in they barely had any bagels left and the display of cookies muffins was completely empty. I went up to order anyways and asked for a bacon egg and cheese the cashier said we have no bacon and I asked when it would be ready and he pretty much said they were not making anymore. So I told him they really need to plan better and I went to the Einstein’s in Palm Harbor on US19 and that place was well stocked with bagels and muffins. I’m not sure what is going on there at the Safety Harbor location but management needs to step it up and get it together because your not the great bagel place I’ve been coming to the past three years anymore and I will no longer ever stop there again.

Do not go to this establishment unless you want covid 19. They are not following social distancing whatsoever. Place is constantly crowded. They are also constantly out of most of their products, they never prep ahead, and The cashier Doesnt even apologize for not having the product and is actually quite snippy. Go to dunkin donuts, save yourself the unpleasant experience that is this awful excuse of a breakfast place

I came here a few years ago and was disappointed in the service. Countryside as upper its game! The young people on the other side of the counter are courteous, funny, and fast. The bagless are exceptional.

I tried to purchase 25 gift cards today at your McMullen Booth, Clearwater, FL for at risk youth. You only have 9 gift cards in stock. Manager instructed me to drive to different stores to get the rest of the gift cards??? That doesnt make much sense.The worst part is I saw a whole box of gift cards. My guess is they didnt want to deal with the transaction.Should you change your mind about the sale, the Florida Youths Ranch would greatly appreciate your help.

Great coffee

We eat breakfast here every weekend and sometimes even bring our dog. The staff is always great. The bagels are made on site and are always delicious. Recently they made a change to the eggs on the breakfast sandwiches, and they are MUCH improved.

Good folks work here, good folks meet here, good folks eat here. Great place to meet for a coffee, chill out, grab a snack, pop open a laptop. Coffee is delicious and the vibe is excellent.

The bagels are always good but they are getting smaller while the prices keep going up.

Great place to get your morning started

Visited Einsteins for the first time in a while. Turns out they have downsized their product to the point that it no longer meets Websters definition of a bagel. Maybe they could change the name of the store to the Incredible Shrinking Non-Bagel.

My wife and I were not impressed with the coffee or food. When we asked the cashier for a coffee with cream he asked if we wanted whip cream. When we explained that we just wanted a coffee with cream and no sugar he was still confused as to what we meant by cream. The wait to receive our order was longer than expected. The store was nice and clean but I cant say that well ever go back.

Love this place. Especially when there are pretzel bagels available. Every time I go, I dream of how good my bacon egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel is going to be. On the way to pick up my delicious breakfast people are waving to me, birds are chirping, sun is shining, everyone is happy, I catch all the green lights on the way, etc. Life is amazing. When I walk in, the staff greets me with with smiles, we crack jokes. Eventually I order my beloved bacon, egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel. The staff then informs me they are out of pretzel bagels, I look at the bagel selection and I cant believe my eyes, they werent joking around. There are no more pretzel bagels. I settle for an everything bagel. As Im waiting for my food, a rain cloud covers the sun and without warning, a torrential downpour falls out of the sky. I collect my bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and exit the store. I step outside and Im immediately greeted by a wall of water produced by a passing vehicle. I run to my truck only to slip and fall directly into a puddle, my food is still dry, so I get up and continue to my truck. On the way home I catch every red light, people are flipping me the bird, and my truck breaks down in the middle of a busy intersection. My whole world is flipped all because they didnt have my pretzel bagel. For the love of god, please stop running out of pretzel bagels. Although the events i just said are completely false, my point remains the same. You know pretzel bagels are delicious and everyone loves them. Do us all a favor and start putting them in the big bins please! 😁

Country style bagel cant be beat. Nice to sit out on a cool day and enjoy a bagel breakfast with ham, bacon, egg, on a soft onion bagel slightly toasted and crunchy.

How is this place a chain? I dont even understand. Expensive MICROWAVED food. I am in shock. Never go there again. Thats not a real bagel place. New Jersey has bagel places with FRESH bagels, freshly prepared meats and cheeses on a grill with REAL cook for a fraction of the price! Poor quality and taste. I cant believe one of these places are still open.

I am currently addicted to bagels right now, so this is on of my favorite places! Since Karabu merged with Einstein they now serve Karabu coffee. The vanilla hazelnut is good.
