They always seem to know exactly what I am trying to describe, do a thorough proof/draft of the proposed sign and wait for authorization to proceed. Wasnt so fast, but was very high quality work.Yes, I will do business with them again!! However, I now know the proper timeframe and process to complete my signs on time and on budget.Their objective is to have your sign ready 3 days AFTER you approve the final proof. EVEN if you provide the art work. I recommend you plan on a week from your submission to completion.

The magnetic car door signs I ordered are poppin and get the attention I need for my small business. The colors are always so bright, rich and deep. They last a long time in Florida weather. Fast Signs keeps my templates on file so when I need new signs I just call and order. I NEVER have to pay another type setting fee. I LOVE it!! Fast Signs did a great job on outdoor signs for my office at a great price. They were easy to work with and responsive to my revisions. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The quality of work they did for us was good, however the follow up was terrible. We asked for a quote on a sign for our restaurant in December and in March they still have yet to arrive. They also needed two weeks to give us a quote on some patches for our signs.

Two weeks ago I physically walked into this location to get some information on window decals for my business. The girl working told me that someone from their store would have to go assess my storefront so they could better make custom recommendations for my order. She took down all my information, and I was told that someone would reach back out to me in a couple days after the assessment was complete. 11 days later, I called the store to inquire about the status of my storefront assessment, since no one ever called me, and I was told by the girl who answered the phone that her coworker was at lunch, and they would have to call me back once she returned from lunch. She again collected all my contact information, and yet again I never received a phone call. Your customers should not have to hunt you down to try to get some service. Had I known 2 weeks of my time would have been wasted for a project that was time-sensitive to begin with, I would have gone somewhere else from the start.

Ive used this company a couple of times. I found it very easy communicating my vision to the designer. The proofing system allows you to change colors, text ect. But the amazing thing is, the designer got it right on the 1st proof! It was beyond my imagination, Beautiful. We have ordered 3 street signs for our Log Cabin Vacation Rental business. I wish they allowed us to attach images so I could show everybody our new signs!
