Ordered a pick up at 635am for a window of 3-4pm. Order was confirmed. I received a text at 305 stating the order was delayed-no new time or anything. Given the only reason I did this was because it was on the way home, I showed up at 425pm. I sit here now, over an hour later, already checked in and still without my groceries. Countless people have come and gone. Beyond a cluster would describe this pick up scenario. Absolutely horrendous.To add to it, it has been an additional 30 minutes after I’ve checked in and had attendants come to the car to verify who I am…multiple times, yet here I am waiting. The level of frustration that this place can cause is unlike any other. Brooklyn finally decided to come out and address me, yet again. She told me I would have been better off going inside and doing the groceries myself.

Great selection of sneakers, underwear and beef jerky. Who says nothing is free, I see that they are giving away free Covid!

Even though the shelves are bare, and the aisles are hard to get through because the hard-working people are trying their best to put inventory on the shelves for us.... I have no complaints. Plus thank you to all the hard-working people that do their best to give good customer service. I also want to say thank you to the employees that are not that nice. I would imagine that working there could be very difficult so thanks to everyone

Although its under renovations its still one of the best stores around. You can find everything you need and (what you dont). For pretty cheap. And the customer service usually is pretty helpful.

The only register open aside from self-service checkout, was 10 items or less. Please stop with all the self-service checkouts. I already have a job, and you dont pay me to do yours.

Upgraded recently - looks nice. Better inventory in some departments. The store also seems brighter or just more well lit. It feels much more open than before. Layout of the store is also much improved.

This Walmart is not as good as the one in Oldsmar more variety obviously with Walmart you can get about anything but would shop at the Oldsmar one instead.

Walmart is missing the boat by not carrying more Damp Rid products. I use the large tubs in our rv and lakehouse and can never find more than 2 at a time, if that.

Its great to have places like this that are open 24/7. It doesnt matter what time you shop,but we like the early, early morning and late evening shopping. Therere less people and the crowd follow the mandatory to wear your masks. Although there was people without a masks but most of the crowd and employees has their on.

Constantly being remodeled. Items out of stock regularly. The entire store looks like a mob picked it over every week. Started finding other places to shop. Worst Walmart in the county. This location needs better management.

Went to get a few things for dinner, and it was a pleasant trip. Was even complimented by an employee about my hair, that lady made my day even better. So nice that they hire courteous employees that actually associate with customers even when theyre stocking shelves.

Placed a delivery order for things I absolutely needed today like food and something to sleep on. After a 2 hour delay and a phone call to the store prior, I had to chat in to get answers. I was finally told the driver was faced with less than satisfactory circumstances and had to cancel the order leaving my food unfit for consumption. I spent all I had on things I NEEDED and now, Im being told the delivery cannot be made and a refund is the only option. I cannot wait 10 business days to eat.Associates answering the phone refuse to get managers or supervisors on the phone, the pickup line to talk directly to the people handling my order refuse to answer the phone and the manager im speaking with in chat has left me on hold for roughly 20 min now with no responses.... I will no longer be shopping with this Walmart and I will be filing a corporate complaint.

One of the most disgusting stores Ive entered. They were closed for cleaning but youd never know it. Aisles so close to each other you cant even get two carts down. They only had one of the 3 items I went there for. When I lifted the 1 item, laundry detergent, to put in my cart the bottom was soaked with some rust looking liquid that dripped all over my clothes. NEVER AGAIN. Place is filthy and overcrowded.

Decided to go to Walmart to do our weekly (my disabled neighbor) shopping I go to check out cashier said he couldn’t check me out cause I had more than twenty items. I asked if he could call a manager to get a register opened so he yelled at the self service area I proceeded to walk over the self service area and the male front end mgr. said he had no more cashiers. I’d have to use self serve i prefer to shop brick and mortar to save jobs, and I too am disabled. It’s was 8:40 pm sept 18, 2021. They were unprofessional lacking seriously of customer service, apparently customer service doesn’t matter to them so if they don’t care neither do I. I’ll shop elsewhere Publix is better anyway

So theyre redecorating and have taken down all of the price checkers. I looked all over, then I finally asked someone. They said the employees are now the price checkers bc they want shoppers to interact with employees. Sometimes Id rather pluck my own eyes from my head than talk to someone. Meh

Worst Walmart ever... Stock piled in isle ways, over crowded, PA system squeeling and VERY Loud... Items listed online in certain isles are not there. In fact some isles list online dont even exist at this store.

I could not find anything the workers was helpful when I came in the door went to the bike section things was open and all over i got one thing and wanted to leave very quickly got to the front and the line was long and no room to stand things were all over the floor again and not enough cashier frist time in that store I had two workers said hi to me.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Always have a fully stocked supply, even items that are not available at ABC or other local stores. My Go to every time!!

The store seems to be going over some reconstruction of some sort. It was very dark. It had a lot of items and every few things were low or out of stock. This is a pretty decently sized walmart and thankfully they had a lot of registers open. They also had two areas of self checkouts. All in all this is a good walmart and I would return here.

They are currently rearranging EVERYTHING and the store is a mess. But overall its a great place to shop. Cant wait to see what they figure out next.

They already have Valentines day chocolate and teddy bears!!!!!The parking lot was well lit and with security. The store prices and availability of products was outstanding. The bakery, deli and the bathrooms were very clean. The only issue you might find is that the lines are very long and only five registers opened. The self ck-out line was at least fifteen deep.There is a Wendys at the outskirts of the mall.

The updated app is causing problems my friend went to pick up her order and she couldn’t even get into her app I was with her. This needs to be fixed immediately people need to do their orders.

I give this Walmart four stars because they had a nice staff that helped me find what I needed and reason for the fourth star only is because the one thing I needed I have to order online so little inconvenient but overall this Walmart was very good.

Easily the worst walmart that i have ever been in. I have been here multiple times because of the close proximity to my house and i honestly don’t know why i waste my time. They never have anything in stock and spots on the shelves will stay empty for months. This is true across all the departments in the store from the grocery section to the outdoors section. There is a certain jig head i use for fishing and one day i noticed they were sold out so out of curiosity i figured i would stop by and check every time i’m in the store to see how long it would take them to restock it. Its been 2 years now and the slot is still empty. If you have a certain item in mind, go to a different store because this one definitely will not have it. Wish i could give 0 stars

Wal-mart doesnt focus on customer service and focus on whats best for the customer other then having the lowest prices. They sacrifice having any registers open for a family doing a full cart.

Never have the shelves stocked. Ladies are pretty much old and seem to have given up. The customer service line is always through the door. This would be the Clearwater Walmart I speak of. The worst Walmart probably in the state of Florida.

I typically hate Walmart. I think its the devil. Bad customer service etc. But today they were clean and nice and no line back up. When they saw long lines another one opened up. Like they should.

Use to live here but they keep raising the rent! Neighborhood is loud and nearly impossible to get around most days and let’s not get me started on the construction at night.

I shop at this Walmart because its close to my house and they what it seems to be that they have a wide variety of different things I can never find certain things that I need as far as drinks I usually look for the drink squirt in a 12 pack or in a six pack bottle and they never have it and they always tell me its the vendor that does the ordering but yet still to this day 6 months later I never see it and I dont know what is going on between the store manager and the vendors but what I can tell you is Im becoming less and less likely to shop there because also my cat only eats certain foods.i moved my review down to one star. I get they are remodeling and all but what I dont get is Ive been trying to call and reach someone at customer service but the options on the recording does not have one and today Ive called about 10 times and only 2 people answered and one man in the sporting goods department yelled at me when I tried to explain my situation. Oh you can bet Im calling customer service for that but really all these employees that work there and no manager or customer service personally cant answer the phone? Im just as much a customer whether I call or I am in store but the call ins the people that call in never answer the phone and thats not giving exceptional service for the customers

This is about WALMART.COM the website not a store, but Walmart is not allowing me to post on their site or Facebook page, They are very conniving.Walmart allows third-party-sellers to fraud the customers on Walmart.com website.DO NOT ORDER FROM Swell Sales Online LLC. They advertised a pressure washer @ $260 and I bought 2 in two separate orders and my orders were confirmed and WALMART charged my card. Two weeks later I received an Email saying that the items were delivered, but I did not receive anything. I contacted the USPS with the tracking #s but they informed me that the tracking numbers did not even belong to me and the items that were shipped with those tracking # weighed only 9 OZ each. When I contacted Walmart they told me that the seller sent the items to wrong address and they no longer have it and they will not honor the price I paid for it then they changed the pressure washers price on the Walmart site from $260 to $850 each. The seller never really shipped anything to me but instead they sent me someone elses tracking numbers to make it look like they did, then they refused to sell me a replacement and promised a refund instead, which I much rather receive the items that I ordered and paid for through Walmart. It is extremely disappointing to see that Walmart do not screen their third-party-sellers and they allow that to happen to their customers on WALMART.COM and they did not want to get involved in the problem, telling me that it is between me and the seller. I was shopping on “Walmart.com” and Walmart is who charged my credit card and they are the ones who should be responsible for the sellers actions. Walmart should demand that the sellers honor their prices & promises. If sellers try to fraud shoppers, Walmart should step-up and honor the prices by paying for the difference, any decent company would do that. I spent several hours on the phone with Walmart customer service, trying to solve the problem, but all they did is transfer me to several phone extensions of people that did not care to solve the problem.

Busy Walmart. Went early evening and many staff were working to restock shelves. A young gentleman was very helpful and went into the back to get me a gallon of distilled water. Self-checkout was long and there were only a few full-checkout lanes open.

Still remodeling so a bit confusing lol. But found what I needed...in and out with no problems.

Just went here to send money. Their computer was being difficult it took forever, probably almost a half hour. But the cashier was so friendly and helpful throughout the process even though i could tell it wad very frustrating for her. They eventually fixed it and were pleasant the whole time so 5* for customer service.

Bought our grandchildren some short sets for a quick visit. Boys were very happy they got to choose some summer outfits. Best place to purchase Aloe Vera. Relatives visiting from Kentucky were pleased to find this brand of Aloe Vera they cannot get in their location any longer and purchased several bottles to take home. I tried it and am enjoying a glass of Berry flavor with breakfast.
