The service was excellent. All my questions were answered in a very informative and caring way. She took time with me and made sure I understood. I have a muchbetter understanding of my condition and how I will benefit from wearing a hearing aid. I wish I had done it sooner.

My husband just started having a problem with his hearing aid and we stopped in and she was able to change the filter that was bad. He usually comes in to have them checked and cleaned a couple times a year. They definitely are here to help you. Thank you.

Lindsey Seufert was the Hearing Instrument Specialist that did my testing and found wax buildup in my left ear, so she had me use an ear wax kit to remove the wax and return in one week. After the wax removal, my hearing was improved and testing went well. My high pitch hearing had noticeable loss in both ears, which I suspected after working in power plants for 40 years - even though I wore hearing protection on a regular basis. Lindsey did an excellent job of setting me up for hearing aids, which I will be getting in about one week. Needless to say I am quite excited to be able to hear properly again.

Beltone on McMullen Booth in Clearwater Fl. is awesome. I was warmly greeted by Kelly upon arrival. She was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. I appreciated that especially after I put off getting a hearing exam for many years and felt kind of sensitive about it.I waited what seemed like seconds and out comes Lindsey. I could not have had a better hearing tech. She knew all of the hearing quorks of people like me who put off the inevitable. She also knew her job thoroughly. I was impressed with her knowledge and her ability to communicate it in easy to understand terms. She assisted me and will continue to assist me into my new hearing future. Had a really great experience at this Beltone location. I explained to Lindsay my frustration about not having my aids set right, she listened to everything I had to say and did exactly what I requested her to do. I asked her to start from scratch and reset my hearing aids even though it meant taking A LOT of extra time and energy to completely reprogram them. Now they work perfectly fine. Nobody else was willing to take the time to do that, so thank you again Lindsay! I highly recommend Beltone for their commitment to ongoing service and a quality product. They are top notch.
