Ice cream here is always good. The Seminoles store has excellent staff that are quick and precise. They are also very friendly.

Amazing ice cream and shakes

The ice cream is above average for sure. Id need something more plain than the fancy flavors my kids get to give a more thorough impression, but its good for sure.Never heard of this place before so when we discovered it it was quite a treat. They scoop the ice cream and then toss it on a cutting board. They then add the ingredients and fold it to soften it and incorporate the said ingredients.The cones are solid additions ad well, but Ive only had a taste of their sugar cookie and butter finger cones so far.Price is a bit above average as too, but then again its the mall. Worth it in my opinion.

*IT CLOSES AT 9:00, NOT 9:30!*I love Marble Slab but this location is listed as closing at 9:30 pm on Tuesday nights and it was completely closed when I arrived at 9:10 pm. I called and the girl answered and let me know that they actually close at 9:00 pm so I hope they change the times on Google maps so no one else drives 45 mins out of there way like me. Still great ice cream but please UPDATE!

I went here hoping I’d have a decent couple scoops of ice cream. I was wrong. The person (there was only one) serving me, took too long. They didn’t seem like they knew what they doing at all. My mom asked for a specific kind of ice cream that wasn’t even made right. The ice cream was icy, chalky, and soupy. Very disappointed. Either the person needed more staff and was burnt out, or they just didn’t know how to do their job.

The ice cream here is always great and they have all the mix ins for your specific tastes. Heres the reason for 3 stars instead of 5, the service is good bit very slow, and I know it takes a few minutes but Ive been to other locations that moved along much quicker than this one. I think the location is too small and they are short one or two employees.

This place definitely beats Cold Stone...The flavors are fantastic and they do not skimp on the toppings in the slightest!!! They are priced better than Cold Stone too. The service is great and I will be coming back :) The staff are friendly and add to the great experience.

This particular location is really nice! We took our 2yr old here 3 times so far and had a good experience each time. They offer free unlimited toppings and try to fill up the cup/cone as much as possible (I had to say that is enough each time!). Above all, the staff is quite friendly.

This company is a joke. We placed an order 2 weeks in advance for our daughters birthday, spoke with an employees on the phone to confirm, even received an email the day before her birthday that our order was ready to pick up, Then guess what happened? When we went to pick it up, the 2 teenagers there had no idea about our order, they called their manager and we were told we needed to confirm our order, which we did. So they screw up and management blames you. Terrible company, terrible customer service. If you cant run this simple business model, close up and save people the trouble of dealing with you.

Ive gone numerous times and they have not been ready at 11am. I couldnt get a manager to call me back and I had tried for months. I couldnt even get corporate to get back to me with all the problems we had at this location. It used to be our favorite. Im not sure what happened if there was a management change or what. The last time we went the put the candy dipper into the ice cream and didnt wipe it off before putting it back in the candy. They told us the marble slab was broken numerous times we went as well. So sad. We loved this ice cream store.

The two teens working tonight were not very friendly and the ice cream was very soupy. The female employee made negative facial expressions when my wife asked for the ice cream in a bowl instead of the cone it was already in. The ice cream was way to loose to eat from a cone. I dont even think the employee knew I was with my wife but her facial expressions did not reflect a positive customer service policy

Drove here tonight to get Marble Slab and had to call for someone to help us because no one was up front. A young woman with short hair came out saying We are closed (mind you the gate was still up and open. I said oh really, because online is says you close at 9:30? (It was 9:03) she then proceeds to say oh yea, tonight I was told to close at 9:00. For some reason I HIGHLY doubt that was the case. Very disappointed with the staff at this location.

This location is HORRIBLE, a few months ago they made my ice cream cake wrong and even corporate couldnt get ahold of them to fix it for me so corporate had to send me a gift card. I used the gift card for a cake at a different location and not only was my cake perfect but it also made me realize that the cake-base part of the wrong one was stale, so who knows how long they had that before using it on my order! Ew! Definitely go to a different location for cakes at the very least. Also, as others have said, there is never someone at the front. The last time I went there there was a line of 3 people when I got there who had already been waiting a long time and by the time the girl came up front ((probably about 5-8 more minutes)) all 3 people had left so we were first. I had ordered online a week before and my order was not ready even though I arrived an hour After my pickup time and I could see my name was on the white board they have. Not only that, but once she prepared it she didnt know how to pull up my order from online which I had used an online coupon for so she tried to charge me full price! She called her boss and they didnt tell her how to do it even though my cake I got before ((which they made wrong like I said before)) was with an online order with discount and that employee knew how to do it back then. Needless to say, I let them keep their ice cream!

Went there last night before the movie and I felt bad for the guy working cause the girl was very slow and had no customer service experience what so ever.

One word. 😋

Their hours say they are open until 9:30. However, I got there at 9:05 and the teenager working there said they were closed. Very disappointed.
