Twin Lakes great place good maintenance guys and they got their stuff together check them out

The park is kept in great shape and I am proud to call it my winter home.

I came here with my dad and brother to fix a house room and we did the work and I have to say its a quiet community and everyone is friendly if Im old I would live here

Great place to live

This is a community with personal touch and care. The family ownership and management really shows. The tenants are very friendly and active, the park is clean, neat, overall well maintained and cared for. The manager Michelle is friendly and helpful. This park looks like a nice place for seasonal visiting or retirement. Heads up!!

I so enjoy living here. I moved here 2 years ago. The park is beautiful and very well maintained. Our clubhouse is spacious with a beautiful updated kitchen. I have made some great friends here! Our pool is the best place to exercise and get cooled off during these very humid days. I feel its the nicest park in the area!

This is a peaceful, clean, active community. Plenty of things to do around our area. Theres Theaters, shopping, beaches.Our community club house with heated pool is great.A good place to call home

55 plus modular/mobile home park comprising 200+/- homes centrally located in Clearwater Florida close to beaches and within easy driving distances of all major theme parks including Busch Gardens, Disney World, universal etc...Tampa international Airport is only 15 minutes away and St. Petes Clearwater airport even closer.Family owned and operated, Twin Lakes is beautifully maintained. Facilities include newly renovated pool, full service Club House, laundry facilities and Shuffleboard courts. With their golf league, beading classes, exercise classes, Bingo, euchre, street dances and all kinds of social events and dances, this is a wonderful place to stay, either as a full time resident or as a Snowbird.

Twin Lakes retirement community has the nicest and most polite family who own and run the park. They are very helpful and certainly a 5 star organization.J&P McGuire

Great mobile home park for +55 residents, is so quiet that you can hear the birds and is very well maintained.

Well kept manufactured home community in clearwater. Close to malls, restaurants, airport, and Clearwater Beach.
