I purchased a new 5th wheel RV Monday of this week. Paid $58,000 for it. I drove about 160 miles to my home. I discovered my refrigerator was not operating. The refrigerator is apparently made in India. I have relieved a call from an engineer from India but not from the dealer that is 30 miles away. I have yet to have a service representive to return my call from Fun Time.

Overall great experience! Larry Mendez took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He didn’t waste my time showing things out of budget. He was very honest through the whole process. During the walk through I had a few concerns. He had them fixed and then checked to make sure I was happy with the fix. He was very patient and helpful with my kids during this time too. I can’t recommend him enough!

I would definitely recommend purchasing from Fun Town Rv. Justin the internet guy was a very big help. He made sure I got a deal I felt was good and was in contact with me constantly. And after the sale as well. When My RV came in the sales lady Janel arranged time for me to come take delivery. Everything was basically ready when I arrived and the delivery went smoothly. I have dealt with other dealers and non of them came close to Fun Town.

Just bought a 2021 Rockwood MiniLite from Fun Town and it was an amazing experience. Our sales person was Clinton and he was great! He met us at the front of the store and showed us around a bit but there was no pressure and he let us wander the lot just looking but was always around for questions etc. He was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and was looking out for us and giving us solid advice. Just purchased our first ever camper(toy hauler) this past weekend from Fun Town RV in Cleburne. I drove from North of Amarillo, over 6 hours away, for this purchase and I do not regret it for a minute. Worked with William Harris, mostly over email and text, to get the deal done. He was great and very responsive, even texting me back on his days off. Do yourself a favor and give their in house finance department a chance. Connor was fantastic in finance and didnt give me the pressure feeling that I normally get in finance offices. He presented my options and left it up to me. I shopped rates all over the place and they were still able to beat the other deals I found. There were some small issues with my unit and the service guy, Mike, at the sales location is extremely knowledgeable and helpful getting those resolved and getting me going. This was my first experience with a weight distribution hitch and anti-sway bar and he explained it all to me. Made towing it home(in a 30 mph cross wind) with my 1/2 ton Ford F-150 so much easier. Cannot say enough good things about the Fun Town sales experience. They have earned my business and when Im ready to upgrade, they will be my first stop.

Bought a 2021 cruiser 5th wheel from them. First I’ll say I helped the sales rep move the trailer off the lot (end of the month) to get his bonus when it wasn’t ready for me to take. Then I show up to pick it up and the floor is cut up from a screw through the slide out.. I go back after it’s repaired (cheaply) to pick it up again. I have it for an hour slide the slides in again and the bedroom floor is ripped out. All floors had to be replaced then. The deal was I bought a washer and dryer they had to put in. First trip to Denver from Texas I notice the washer and dryer where never secured to the floor or walls so the travel then broke the washer. Now I’m at the point the manufacturer warranty won’t cover the damage and the extended warranty I purchased just pushes me back to the manufacturer. At this point good luck trying to get any one that can help at fun town to call back. Now we get back to the trailer today in 30* weather and the whole front of the trailer lost power. No heat no electric ect: this is also after the holding tanks have leaked, trim came off the walls. Propane doors don’t stay closed nor do storage doors and the awning doesn’t work….

Our family had a positive experience working with Colt Brown. He helped educate us about the process and products ahead of time to maximize our time on the lot. We purchased a new toy hauler from Fun Town after searching and talking to a few different dealers based on price point. We do not live in Texas or close by so I was a bit hesitant as we previously had a bad experience with another dealer and working with them completely remotely. To my surprise our experience was truly exceptional. Anthony Embry was our salesperson and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly available to answer questions. Since we were going to look at RVs, I figured we would be outside sweating our tails off outside. It was a well-welcomed surprise to see the beautifully air-conditioned warehouse full of RVs on display. That alone convinced me we would be back for future purchases. There is no other way I want to look at RVs from now on. Lol.Our sales guy was Colt, and he was terrific. We sat down, told him what we wanted, and he took us around to look at everything. He was attentive, kind, and never made us feel rushed. He answered all of our questions, and he worked hard for us. He made sure we had the best financing and kept us informed every step of the way. Very satisfied with my experience.

We bought a new 5th wheel from here in July 2021.Sales: Tanner Wallace was very helpful throughout the whole process. He helped me find a truck to pull the 5th wheel since I was new to rving.Walk through: Ethan we very nice. I personally could have used a bit more explanation on certain things but I think thats just because Im new to rving. Otherwise he was super nice.Financing: My issues came during the financing. We had no issues qualifying or putting down a good downpayment. The problem is that the financing guys try to slip in massive fees in their services packages. We bought a $50,0000 brand new 5th wheel and they wanted to tack on an $8,000 service package for a brand new trailer and just hoped I wouldnt notice a 15% increase in financing pricing. I knew going in that our payment would be around 400 bucks so when they told me 500 I asked to see the numbers. They repeated lied about my actual base cost which is just the cost of financing the unit with no dealer addons. I told them I dont want any service package and they sent in 2 different people to try and sell me on it. So just be aware that they are dishonest about the slipping in those costs. I ended up getting a half point off my rate by playing hard to get. And still didnt take the package.Updated to 1 star. When we bought the RV they couldnt find the keys... no one from the customer satisfaction faction hotline called me back and I still dont have keys. They said they would overnight them Tuesday and now Im being told Thursday.

I give people chances to make something right after all we are all human. However enough is enough! If I could give no stars at all I would! We attended an RV event end of April of this year. At the event we gave $1,000 and signed basic forms and advised to wait for finance. After being there several hours we had to find someone who then said oops sorry finance is behind and someone will call you on Sunday. We did not hear from anyone. I reached out and was told they would get to us but that they were very busy. Again days past and nothing, then we get an email saying they were lowering what they were giving us for our RV. I reach out again and ask for a manager then an appointment was made for us to sign the documents. That day came and we met with finance our payment was doubled what we were told, after a few hours they made the payment what we were originally told. We were then promised vouchers for our trouble but didn’t get those until 3 months later.Next we take the camper out and have several issues from a leak to a hole in the ceiling, plus some. Mind you we only had the camper a week! We take it to service and they said no worries we will have this back to you in two weeks. That was in May it’s now August and we still do not have our camper back. Love paying for something we can’t use!Communication is a joke!

Our salesman was Clinton and he was awesome. He had lots of information but was not trying to push us into making a purchase. When we finally decided on the trailer that we wanted, he walked us through the process and really made sure everything was good. His calm demeanor and helpfulness told us that we were at the right spot to make our purchase.

Pay attention to the details. Appliances, fixtures, doors/windows, etc.. we bought our camper 2 yrs ago and I’m looking at the video from my initial walk through and realizing they changed out all the facets and sound bar under the living room tv mount. Small details, but super sketchy and annoying. However salesman was amazing. Made everything so easy no complaints there.

Our month long deal with a different salesman was just on the verge of going south when Brent Wickliffe stepped up to make us believers again. He went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy campers (customers) with reliable communication and genuine concern. He, along with Brittney, and JP in finance salvaged our transaction. A few weekends ago we called about a used 2016 trailer. No call back. The next day we repeatedly tried to get a hold of someone. We filled out our credit info online hoping that would speed the process along. We finally decided to look elsewhere. We ended up at United RV. After 3 hours we walked out with a SOLD sign on a brand new 2021 Travel trailer. If Fun Town had called back we wouldve explained we were planning on paying with cash. So thank you Fun Town for completely blowing us off. Ill be sure to let everyone I know to do business elsewhere.

We had been looking for a Freedom Express and found one at the Cleburne store online. Tanner Wallace on the internet team helped us get everything set up at the Wharton location so we didn’t have to drive 5 hours. Everything went smoothly. It was ok. The only issue really was with our salesman. Only saw him for a few minutes and he never offered to help us. He pretty much acted like I got my commission, Im gone. You are on your own.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FUN TOWN! My wife and I purchased a 2017 Spartan Toy Hauler in 2018. So far black water tank has broke, said they would fix it, nope. Have lament peeling off the side, have a freezer that has gone out, fuel pump is out, oh and we cant forget, the furnace wont light. They want us to drop it off and leave it with them. Was told it would take about six months. My wife and I live in the RV so, ya what are we to do for 6 months while it sits in their yard. FUN TOWN RV Cleburne does not stand behind the products they sell!!! Im giving one star just because you have to give a star in order to post. Save your money shop some place else.When we did take the RV in for them to fix a leak, A- they said they couldnt find the leak that has saturated the wood that holds up the hot main plumbing area, and B- the shower handles were still off access panels werent put back on.Buyer be ware! Sales department nice guys and would be able to sell ice to eskimos, but once you sign the papers; you are on your own!!! Again, weve barely had this Spartan 11412 years!

Ill be honest Im not too happy with my recent purchase of my 2022 Sunset Trail from this place.After having jumped through hoops for nearly 3 days trying to get everything straightened out with my new camper, I arrived to see it all set up and looking great.Upon attempting to hook up my Ram 1500 to this camper, it was brought to my attention that the 7-pin harness that connects from the camper to the truck was in fact, two feet too short. A staff member offered to give me an extension which is 6 feet in length... I now have an extension cord that runs between my truck and camper whenever it is hooked up. Unfortunately, theres 4 feet of excess wiring harness which isnt much of a problem as it is a headache trying to pack everything up.Now, after driving the 4+ hour drive back home, I get home to see theres a mis-matched tire on the right rear and the spare tire has rocks embedded in the tread, indicating that it has possibly been previously used on the road. This mis-matched tire is on one of the trailer axles and actually looks more like an all-terrain type tire. However, the other tires on the remaining axles are more of a highway type tire, including the spare... My question is why is there a different tire on one axle? And why is the spare the other matching tire and why is the remaining matching tire not on the trailer axle? Doesnt make much sense to me...Next, I was informed the Furrion backup camera that I also purchased with the camper would be super easy or really simple to install. (This backup camera was recommended by a staff member to be installed at home due to ease) didnt turn out to be quite so easy after all. After testing the camera inside my truck, I was able to confirm that the camera itself is NOT the issue, rather the lead where the backup camera is supposed to plug in, at the rear of the camper, is not receiving power at all. After several attempts to contact technical support, I was left with no answers and not much help.The main entrance to the camper (the main door) was very difficult to close from inside.The front left electric leveling jack on this camper is also not functioning.The awning light is also not functioning whatsoever.I was honestly disappointed at the fact that all of this was overlooked/NOT mentioned to me at the time of purchase. The fact that none of this was brought to my attention at the time of purchase is kind of unsettling, making me wonder what to expect next... Id also like to get all of this resolved... Im not looking for attention, I just want to have a functioning camper so I can happily camp in it!

Recently bought our first travel trailer from funtown RV has not been a good experience at all. The first two weeks the salesman seem to be very lazy hard to get him to return messages or phone calls answer any questions. He finally got our paperwork into the finance department then we didnt hear anything for several more days when I called they said he had been fired but no one let us know that so we have to start all over again. Finally got everything complete picked up my camper. We bought a bumper to bumper warranty it is a used camper 3 years old. Weve had it a week, we are being told the hot water heater thermostat is going out, no remotes for the TV we were told to buy a universal remote. The wall in the bedroom is bowed out you cant open the closet. Didnt notice this when we bought it. And now the toilet is leaking. There are no wires from the back of the radio to the antenna so the radio does. Just all around bad experiencebecause its used

Bubba made the trip memorable. He did an excellent job explaining the RV to us, helping us connect it to our truck. I would go there just for him. The rest of the staff was very customer friendly. Would reccomend going there for your next RV purchase.

The way this place runs business is very unprofessional. There is a major lack of communication between departments. I could not tell you how many times I was told, I am not in my office or I am away from my desk, let me get that information and I will call you right back; I was NEVER called back and had to follow up on my own each time. It has been a hassle from the beginning, starting at the financing process, and continues to be a problem at delivery. I started this journey July 1st, it is July 13th and it is still not completed. They sent the wrong documentation three times. My bank lady was even frustrated with them, they would not send the buyers order when asked because they wanted me to go with them for financing, HELLO, not paying 9.99% interest or increasing the amount I have to put down because you want me to go with you. Now that I have encountered all of this trouble, I read some reviews on YELP, and yep, I agree. Their other google reviews are not true. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE. No one at this place deserves commission. Fun Town CAN NOT get anything done in a timely manner, and there is an excuse for everything. THE WORST PURCHASING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!

Tanner Wallace was very helpful and informative. Great salesman!Carrie that did our walkthrough was amazing and corrected some errors like ensuring we receive our second air conditioner that was missing from our trailer.Brenden was an excellent accountant. He even walked us back to our pick up area after completing our paperwork. Great guy!With that said the rest of our experience has been frustrating as the communication between departments is terrible. Recieving our missing part has put us out driving 2 hours one way each time. We were given the run around about our missing part and then finally told to bring it in for repair yesterday. We dropped our trailer off in the parking lot at 9:00 that morning per directions, completed paperwork and left. Around 8:15 that night our sales representative, Tanner, called to ask why our trailer was sitting in the parking lot. Service department left our trailer unlocked in their parking lot. Tanner drove out of his way to move it to a secure location.Hopefully all repairs and the missing part will be handled appropriately from here on out. We have been patient and understanding, but this is irritating.

Fun Town RV Cleburne gave us a tremendous buying experience. It was above and beyond our expectations from beginning to end. We found our travel trailer online and worked with Christian in sales to get everything ready. We drove up from Houston and Kevin had our paperwork ready to go. Friendly and professional all the way. Our Flex pulled our new trailer down to Webster without any problem. It was actually a smoother ride than I expected, being so close to our max towing capacity. The install and adjustments that their hitch department made were perfect. The overnight camp site at Funtowns Rv Park was just a pleasure to stay at. Christian and a tech ( Sorry, I cant remember his name at the moment) actually came to the campsite to fix a small problem we had. We will enthusiastically recommend Fun Town RV Cleburne to our friends and family. They are worth the drive!

Very disappointed with this company. They want to make the sale but they do not stand behind their word or service after the sale. They owe us new leveling jacks and no one wants to return my phone call. I have called numerous times to talk to parts and can never get thru. I have even reached out to my salesman who refused to email me back on the matter. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

Bob pointed out an in-stock trailer with even more features and saved me $$ to make it work! Could not be happier with the new rig. My wife Seana was looking to purchase a travel trailer. She shopped at several stores in the Tyler, TX area. Then I accompanied her to the Alvarado and Cleburne area. Robert Flippin at the Fun Town RV center in Cleburne assisted us. Robert was professional, caring, listened to what we were after, and showed us a number of options that fit our preferences. My wife found the model she wanted, a Coleman 337BH. To be fair, we also looked at Camping World in Alvarado. They had the exact same model and offered the better price by $300, but due to bizarre policies involving outside financing, and after days of time to make the deal, they simply could not get their deal put together. After canceling Everything with Camping World due their very unprofessional behavior, Seana reached out to Robert Flippin again. Lets just say that Fun Town RV in Cleburne can make things happen - and happen Fast!!! Our story ends with us picking up a 2021 Coleman travel trailer right at 24 hours after Seana reached out to Robert. There were no issues, no excuses, no delays, Nothing negative. Robert Flippin walked us through every step and we drove off with our new travel trailer. SO... I had a great experience purchasing my new RV from Fun Town. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Mike Hartley was the sales representative we dealt with, he was exceedingly helpful. He took the time to show us many camper models that would meet our requirements. Upon setting on an unit, Mike worked to get us the best deal possible. We are to pick up our new camper Thursday 25 February 2021. To date, all staff have been courteous and professional. The store was clean and well lit inside and out.

We bought our little trailer from this location a year ago, and they’ve always been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We’ve had many great memories in the camper since then.

Buying from Funtown was a pleasant experience. I initially went in a little reluctantly because we had a horrible experience with McClaines RV. Funtown was nothing like them. I did not experience high pressure sales or next level up sales people to try to sell additional things. Marty was our salesman and he was wonderful. He is a very kind and patient man and treated my elderly parents with respect. We did not realize our hitch was not the right size and they threw in a new hitch with the deal. I highly recommend Funtown RV. They are client centered and actually care about others.

I would like to say that I had a good experience with FunTown in Cleburne, but that would not be true. We found an RV we wanted to buy after searching for months. We had been working on a deal for over two weeks, trying to agree on numbers. The main source of communication was by email and some text, which I dont mind to some extent. I never did get a clear answer on numbers. So I called today to try and get this done, only to be told they just sold the RV(which they had two of). Like I told another salesman I was transferred to(not original salesman), how did I know that would be the case. Could it be because we were quoted a price and a week later the price increased and now they didnt want to honor the quoted price? That is exactly what it sounds like to me. I will be going elsewhere to do my business. They just lost a huge sale. I really hate it because we originally bought from FunTown two years ago and had the most pleasant experience. I am not sure what has changed and why businesses are not personable anymore. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

We were shopping for a new RV and had heard bad things about Funtown, but they were the only dealer in the area that had the model we were interested in - so we reluctantly made a trip over to check them out. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience! Our salesman, Kris, was fantastic and walked us through several models they had on the lot. He took the time to show us all the features and give some friendly advice. Kris was very patient throughout our lengthy negotiations and time it took to get funding from our lender. If you are in the market for a new RV..I highly recommend you stop by and ask for Kris Menden!

After seeing the trailers at the RV show we chose the 31. My wife went down to Cleburne to see the 28 which we felt was a better fit for us. Decided on that trailer. When we went to pick it up we purchased about $1K worth of extras from the store. I was given a walk thru by a young man who did not seem to know a great deal. The walk thru was not completed to my satisfaction but I was rushed into signing all the papers as it was getting late. (My fault I should have demanded better). They attached the hitch to my truck and we took the trailer home. We get home, late on a Saturday and discover they gave us the wrong keys so we could not get into the trailer. Our sales person was now on vacation. After much angst and trips to the Denton store they located them and my son drove to Cleburne to get them. Unfortunately, they only gave the door key. I could not get into the storage. We finally found a place to order that key. To make a very long story short, here is a list of our issues:- The dealer left fresh, black and gray tanks full- They installed a Fusion backup camera which has never worked- One window shade had a hole in it. (We have received a new one in the mail for us to install)- Gave us no keys forcing several trips to Denton and Cleburne- Poor walk thru considering we are first time owners- Door between bathroom and bedroom installed backwards- No extension handle to lower the stabilizers by hand if necessary- Sink in kitchen has come unglued and has fallenWhere the trailer is located the Rockwall store is the closest, we have tried repeatedly to contact the Rockwall store for service. This has proved to be totally futile as they do not return calls. All in all we are disappointed in FunTown RV in their make ready as many of these issues are very obvious and should have been fixed before we picked up the trailer. We feel like we have spent a lot of money and have been left on our own. If we use the out of warranty service company for repairs that warranty defects then we have to pay out of pocket.There are many dealers in Texas for RVs. FunTown I feel like was happy to take our money and get the unit off the lot but once you roll out the gate they seem to lose interest in you as a customer. Some of the events of the purchase were just inexcusable, i.e. no keys?! I would strongly suggest that you research other dealers before buying your RV.

A couple of months ago I was told to fill out a application to be hired on with this company all was good they pulled background took drugscreen and on later review did not hire me due to a pending misdemeanor that couldn’t even be seen on my record from the public or threw a background check then certain staff that was aloud to see my background continued to tell other employees about what was on my background aswell. Doesn’t stop there my wife also started working here. After a month with her having problems with other employees regarding bullying and hate speech she reported this to the same manager numerous times to the same manager that would have “little talks” with his employees he oversees. To wrap this up the manager eventually fired my wife and when she asked why she was being fired and nothing being done with the problem employees she was told “ma’am your still in your 90day probation period it’s easier to just let you go rather than pay the others unemployment” I will never recommend this company to anyone nor have I ever seen a company treat their employees like this one does.

As an obsessive compulsive disorder spec-guy I often get overwhelmed with details, big and insignificant. Fun Town RVs Don E. provided exactly what I needed to make the purchase. He listened, we laughed, and most important to me he understood my internal effort to buy the right RV for my family. He was genuine. I ultimately drove from an Austin suburb to Cleburne. Don and his teammate Craig nailed it for me and my family. Our first RV memory was three flawless nights at the Renfest.

Clinton was amazing. He literally has waited on me to make a decision to purchase for almost 6 months .My life was turned upside down a little over a year ago and I could not have been happier with the kindness and patience he gave to me as well as the entire staff .I am a newbie to the RV world and all my questions were answered over and over lolClinton always made time for me.. if I called or texted or dropped by, he was genuinely concerned and attentive!I felt like a friend from the first time we met . I still do .The check out / day I purchased was smooth and I was even allowed to practice driving and backing some on the lot .All around great service ..Thank you Clinton!!

You go here for good price not good service. I traded an rv in for a new one. Long story short.... Salesman tried to make sure I knew he was in charge.... After 3 hours of looking and negotiating.. my wife and I said thanks for your time and walked out... Salesman and sales manager chased us out to truck begged us not to leave.. and gave me what I wanted..finance dept. Made very clear that they do warranty work but any issues was my problem to get manufacturer to cover it not thiers....salesman forgot what day we was picking up he called so I could remind him..he also did not give my banks paperwork to finance dept. So bank had to resend at last minute

Over the last three decades Ive purchased, if memory serves me correctly, eight RVs, and I have to say, Clinton Melerin in sales shares the top spot with only one other! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Cherokee Wolfpup that I was considering in order to rally with ladies from the Sisters on the Fly organization. He was not pushy at all, very courteous, and worked with me every step of the way through the purchase and beyond!Everything about this experience was top notch, including Blake and Mark who helped with the delivery and training today. (I apologize for not remembering their last names.)After driving a 40 diesel pusher for 11 years, I was very nervous about going back to a truck and trailer rig. Clinton led me to the back lot and let me drive around until I was comfortable getting on the highway for the trip home. Customer service at its finest!! Thank you Clinton!!

Wow what can I say!! They have been beyond helpful and up front from the beginning! Anthony Embry deserves 10 stars. He answered every question we had. If your from out of state don’t buy from them. Told several times by sales rep, sales manager, and other personal working there the trailer was only there for a month or two.After walking out and upon arrive after driving 22 hrs saw that the trailer was finished in August in 2020 . Got taken the same price for a year older. That’s just the start of the troubles. To everyone wanting to purchases over the phone DONT....THEY DONT TELL THE TRUTH!

Only thing I like about them is the pricing. My sales rep. was Dexter and he has 0 communication skills. Next time I will just pay the extra at another dealership. The price of the unit is the only reason it is 2 stars.

Had a good experience buying our first travel trailer with Colton Brown. We got what we wanted with no pressure.

I was helped by Todd and Logan and they were wonderful. The price was good and the service from beginning to end from Logan as above and beyond, specially since i was not local. Would highly recommend.I have to update and left 2 stars because the sales team did great but do not buy here because if you are one of the unlucky that will need a warranty fix, prepare to be without your RV for months. Mine had a bad axel and it has been two months already and no RV. The communication is terrible, and Fun Town only care about the sale.

Let me start out by saying that Fun Town RV is the best place I have ever shopped for an RV. Especially the Cleburne site where we bought our first RV. It only took me and my wife 10 years to finally buy one. That being said we pulled the trigger this month and WOW what a ride. At first Kris in Cleburne spent 6hours with us one Saturday, we closed the place down. We stayed in a hotel and then decided the next morning that we were not in love with any of the units. We continued to look at different Fun Town sites and found one in Oklahoma Win Star location. We had that one for a week when we started having issues and inevitably we had to get a new RV. Now this is where the Vice President of Fun Town got involved and let me just say he was wonderful to work with under these circumstances. I got in touch with my previous sales guy Kris and we started chatting and at this point he had no real idea about my ordeal. I told the VP that I wanted to deal with Kris and I had picked out another unit. My wife and I went up on a Friday and we were in the unit swapping out our things Saturday evening. Also their Maintenance technician that came out to make a few minor repairs before we left was AWESOME, thank Mark McKeever. Fun Town put us up in their RV park and really treated us great. I can say without any remorse that Fun Town had the best price, the BEST sales people, and the BEST customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. THANKS FUN TOWN you have a buyer for life.

I am not deleting my post of what really had happened but i am changing it from 1 star to 3 star. The reason is, on monday i tried to talk to someone and they tried to resolve our problem. I think it is a matter of talking to the right person. Junior Santos did a very good job in fixing our problem with the help of Cross Blakely(from finance) if i am correct. We have to drive back again to cleburne to settle our payment and they have accepted the check.. and everything went well.. the process went smoothly..this is suppose to be the process we expected since day 1..so they end up delivering our rv to us the same day we signed the paperworks.. thanks God! ----We are decided to buy an rv.. as we are filing the paperworks we voice out the problems we found with the rv.. our salesperson said they will fix it by the time we pick it up the next week..my husband signed the purchase agreement and as an excited couple we did not notice that the price in the purchase agreement was different from the copy they gave us..so i called them to ask..their reason is different computer pulled different prices but we need to pay the amount in our copy which is more expensive than what we signed for..but still okay coz we really like the rv..but my trust is already broken there.. so we informed them we will pick up the rv Saturday and they gave us the time when to pick it up,knowing everything is fixed and ready to go..my husband went there actually he is late(but we informed them that we will be late and they said its okay) thinking its fine at least they will have more time to fix the rv and we will not wait longer..but we are wrong,all the problem we saw and voiced to them werent fix..and the rv is just not ready for pick up and they just told my husband its not ready..i wish they would have told us because we are paying someone to get our rv and the travel time was a little far..then they said come back tomorrow and so we have to find another truck to pick our rv and pay them to move it..and i am not sure if this is gonna be ready as they promise..we have moved our old rv to get ready for the new one now we have to put it back so we have a place to sleep tonight.. we came back sunday 1230 because thats when they txted that rv is ready.. We are about to pay and the finance deoartment will not accept the certified cashiers check as our payment so another day wasted. We are not allowed to get the rv.

We absolutely loved buying our travel trailer at Fun Town. Pete was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to answer any and all of our questions and we never felt pressured. Being our first RV he was patient and explained everything we needed to know to make our trips a success. We will definitely recommend to our friends and be back when were needing anything.

We upgraded our old vintage camper to a new modern camper this past weekend. Billy helped us and he was so awesome. Billy was extremely patient explaining all the new upgrades our new camper has to offer. We are super excited to go camping and are extremely grateful to Billy and Fun Town!

The day we took delivery Kris stayed with us the entire time and showed us everything on the trailer that we needed to know and Mark the tech was very knowledgeable as well. Im writing this on the day of delivery so I cant say anything else I just hope service after the sell is as good as the service was before the sell. I feel confident that it will be!
