I traded stuff for a switch oled, I traded two things and I ended up trading more than the value of the switch, I got 48 something back and I used it at the store, then they pulled a box out with stuff for free and I got cool stuff, idk it was just a great time.

GameStop. Its a store where you buy video games and constantly get asked if you want to join their rewards program. Nothing against the employees. Theyre just people doing their job.

They completely revamped everything they even have PC gaming accessories now!this new/old game stop is exactly what I wanted especially with Ke’Kera answering literally the millions of question I had.

I absolutely love the workers here. They actually stock product related to what I like. I am not sure if it is a coincidence or just great positioning of merchandise, but every time I go in I cant help but to buy a little something extra. If there are no customers and they arent swamped with desk work, theyll even chat you up!

I gave three stars because the staff was helpful and friendly. Brandon seemed to know exactly what he was talking about with every single thing that I was looking for, there honestly couldnt be anyone more knowledgeable about their product than him. Two more stars could be added but GameStop will always be overpriced and unfair on their trade system.

Oh my goodness!!!! This GameStop is the BEST! Alex is the manager and he is completely on top of EVERYTHING!!! Its like he was reading my mind as I shopped the store!!! He made sure everything I needed was taken care of and even helped me remember all 6 of the games coming out I needed to reserve. Best GameStop ever!!!

Great customer service every time I take my son there

So yesterday I went to trade in 4 games and they gave me a total of 81 store credit and I wanted to put 5 dollars on Dragonball Z kakarot so I can get the extra 30%. From 81 it went up to 91. That’s not even. 20%. And when I asked, the lady seemed annoyed and said “I don’t do the math the machine does everything”. It should’ve been 105 in store credit.This company is just greedy never going to gamestop ever again.

This being my local GameStop, this is where I go for all my pre-order needs, and the employees are always super friendly and several of them remember me every time I visit. A very clean, well-stocked and exceptionally-staffed store.

Generally a good store with a great staff all around. Gets a four star instead of a five due to an issue where my grandmother played courier and the employee sent her home with the wrong product despite it being preordered and specified on the receipt.
