Always have a great experience here. Tons of styles and frames to choose from. Brooklyn is always so helpful and explains the difference in the lenses. She was even able to identify that the glasses I had gotten at another lab, didn’t have the blue light coating that I had paid for. Highly recommend the practice, and definitely recommend Brooklyn as your optician!

I have been going to the Cleburne TSO for around 27 or 28 years. I have always been pleased with how not only professional, but how nice and truly caring all of the staff and doctors have been. That has not changed one bit with their new doctors. I saw Dr. Hassett. He asked many questions about my eyes and lifestyle to fit me with the best contacts for me. He changed the type of lens (the curvature) and I was amazed at how comfortable they are. The technician who ran all my tests was also extremely professional and nice. That was Celi (l hope I spelled your name right). Jonathan, who has also been at TSO since it started always remembers me and is very nice too, He Worked to find the best deal on my contacts and solved a problem with a pair of glasses. I really appreciated his concern and help.I was also very happy with the safety procedures that TSO has in place. They are explained well and thoughtfully carried out. I hope to be able to use The Cleburne TSO for 20 more years!

I called ahead of time to double check my appointment and when I went they told me they only did “special test”. They did not respected the appointment that I had. This is so disappointing.

Everyone is a pleasure to talk to that works there. They will work with you to get to get what you need not try and suggest things that you dont need to squeeze every dime possible to make a buck. I was given an appointment almost immediately. The receptionist had to work hard to find my insurance for vision as I had not used it in many years. I had corrective eye surgery and then had cataract surgery both of which corrected my vision for several years. The young man who assisted with finding new frames was patient even though every frame i picked up had to be placed aside and sanitized.

Super fantastic staff, VERY CLEAN, very affordable. Great quality products!! Won’t ever use anyone else! Also very nice red head lady works there.. great customer service.thanks TSO!

Went to get new glasses. And they have a mask nazis policy. So I had to go some place else because of the mask nazis policy

My eye exam was very efficient. I thought it would take longer, but they got my contact and glasses prescription really quick! The only suggestion I have is for other customers. If you want to purchase new glasses there, go ahead and pick out the frames you like best before your eye exam appointment. I had my pupils dilated by the optometrist, and my eyes started losing the ability to focus on new frames when I was out looking at the frames.The optometrist was also passing out nice chocolates when I arrived. 🤤

My recent visit to TSO, Cleburne, has to be the most pleasant experience I have had in any doctors office. The waiting area is open and comfortable, the staff are all very professional, efficient and very friendly. The technicians explain every step of the examination and answer any questions you might have. Dr. Hassett is very thorough and is also very cheerful during his examination. He answers all your questions and makes sure you understands the procedure and results. I recommend this office to anyone.

Great staff. They were booked up for a month, but got me in early due to a cancellation. Glasses were ready in two weeks. Great selection of frames.

The workers there are amazing. They were great with my kiddos. For my son having autism they were so patient with him and calm.

I took my son a few years ago and Im very pleased with the results of the visit. they are very good with kids and the rest of the people that go and see them for eye exams. I would refer any one to them. Im going to set up another appointment for my son with them. please make sure if you visit and you decide to get stuff taken care of through them make sure you thank them for their time and patience. they are their to serve you as fast as they can.

After getting rushed through an exam at Target, and getting two prescriptions that gave me serious eye pain, I drove down to see Dr. Hassett. After a methodical, thorough exam, he determined the doc at Target had given me lenses that were way too strong- two times what I needed. He got me the proper prescription, and now I have the 20/15 vision without the migraine and eye strain. Folks in Fort Worth, it’s worth the extra little drive to get a solid exam by a solid eye physician. Highly recommended.

Had glasses made here. Have worn glasses since I was 18yr. now 67yr. Worst pair of glasses I have ever had. After 3 months the lens looked like they had a fog on the lens and tiny tiney scratches on lens. Took them back in. They agreed there was an issue with lens. New lens put in. Now 4 months later same issue. Stopped by TSO yesterday. They tell me they only warrant them one time. I believe the issue is the coating that they put on to darken them also had scratch rest coating is not up to quality. Point is even with medcare still cost me 235.00. Cannot afford another pair. My review

I love these guys. So much more user friendly and down to earth than the competitors in the area. Kid friendly as well and the waits not bad either.

I placed a special order sandwich that really confused the new girl on the register and a Manager came up to help. A surprising order of two whatachickens with Monterey Jack on each with a ton of pickles turned into a fun order! The manager on the make up table did an awesome job making the sandwich. As it turns out the Manager who assisted with taking the order also seems to.be a chicken and pickles junkie like me and you could hear her on the floor getting excited as the other manager built the sandwich. It was a great sandwich that turned into a lot of fun! Even the new girl who got what I wanted but did not know how to key it in had fun with the order. What a great team....

My glasses broke while on my face. Cheaply made and then they say they can fix or replace them. Horrible. I’d rather go without my site then every wear another pair of glasses from this place.

My daughter and I visited TSO optical a few months ago. Austin helped her find several pairs of glasses she loved. We purchased Ray-Bans and she is still getting complements! Thanks Austin!!

Spent many times waiting 30 to 45 mins with an appointment. Over 15 mins late and was denied appointment and asked to reschedule. Good Dr but people running the office should not be.

I have been going to TSO since 2011. Their customer service is awesome. They go out of their way to make sure your visit is pleasant and less stressful as possible. Even helping take selfies when you cant see trying out new frames. Lol

I just came from TSO, I needed to get my glasses fixed, they were a mess, lenses poped out, frame bent and out of shape, I went to Walmart first they wouldnt even try to fix the problem, so I went across the street to TSO, a guy greeted me with a smile as I showed him my nightmare, he says give me a moment, when he returned, my glasses were perfectly repaired, lenses reattached, frame straighten out, I said ok, whats the damage? He said no cost. I said are you sure? He said yes, I am writing this long review, because in these times, there is not a lot of good cheer out there. I want to thank this gentleman again for his kindness, I did not know if I had enough to pay for the repair, but these were the only glasses I had and I had to get them fixed. Again thank you and Merry Christmas.

Brought my sons here the staff was great and the wait wasnt bad for as many ppl that they had, it definitely beats walmart and the cleburne eye clinic

I started going to TSO about 18 months ago when my health insurance changed. I switched from a very well known eye clinic in Cleburne and I was dissapointed that I had to change to a different eye doctor. However the disappointment wore off quickly when I had my first appointment. The staff is quick and efficient but also thorough. The wait time is minimal (I used to wait 30-45 minutes at the last place just to pick up a pair of glasses or contacts and for an exam Id have to devote half a day to it.) The lady who helped me pick out my glasses helped tremendously (I think her name was Amanda) Dr Gacey has a great chair side manner and actually switched me to a cheaper brand of contacts that I had never been offered before. He did dilate my eyes though which Im not used to but it wasnt bad at all. They even gave me a free pair of contacts today because I havent had time to schedule another contacts exam. I recommend TSO to anyone. Give them a chance, you will be glad you did!
