We called at 4pm due to a noisy motor & diatomaceous earth spilling back into our pool. Don came out the next day & was able to assess & quote us for the replacement of the motor & manifold. He was back the next day to replace both & completely cleaned the filter grid for less than $400 total. The motor alone was around that on amazon. Great customer service! We highly recommend!!

First of all Don was 2 hours late, then he came only with 2 of his boys and himself, which really wasnt enough helpto put in a liner, he took so long, he had to come back the next day, left tons of wrinkles in my liner. Would not recommend!

I have been a customer of Pool and Spa Etc. Since August of 2016 and Ive always had great service and excellent customer service. Don did a great job of cleaning my pool and continues to clean it monthly with no issues. Also, if I ever have a problem I can call him and know my concern will be addressed quickly and efficiently. Have always had excellent service from Don for both regular/emergency repairs and regular maintenance. Plus they are one of the few retailers of the best brand of pool chemicals - BioGuard Silk Guard chlorine tablets (your water actually will sparkle) and Smart Shock. The chemicals may cost a little more but you wont use as much. Ive had four pools over 40 years experience and Pool & Spa is the best Ive ever dealt with.

In response to Ms Silva. She was made aware of our service call policy prior to us coming to her home. A licensed, insured technician came to her home. Yes, a switch was turned on and the pump worked. Sometimes its something simple. Costs to come out were incurred. Employee, fuel etc. We did send Ms Silva a partial rebate of 36$ the same day of the service call, in an effort towards good will.

Charge for service,soon as get check you never see them again and still try to send you a bill for work not done ir complete

I have been buying my supplies here for years. Very knowledgeable staff and they always test my water for me and know right what to get. Prices dont seem higher than anywhere else.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I had an appt between 8-9 AM. At 9:30 I called and they told me the owner would not be there until 2 PM. I had problems with my waterfall feature in my pool not working. John, the owner shows up and presses the on button and my waterfall feature works. He charged me $85.00. If you do not want to be taken advantage of, call another company.

Never use this company. Plumbed in a back wash device that causes filters to blow out. So after finding a new pool service provider and $1000. In new filters and labor...yeah...I cant recommend
