I want to thank the staff at the pharmacy who are so helpful and kind. My husband and I are an older couple and they helped us get our flu shot last month and COVID booster this month without any difficulty.

Love this store. Workers are very helpful and friendly. Produce is nice and fresh. Prices may be slightly higher than other stores, but you can always count on good quality. Its worth the price. Excellent pharmacy too.

The pharmacy is always fast. Efficient and kind. Thankful I found them. I also use Good Rx and they are so good at doing it even before asking.

As always one of the best super market in town. Its super clean,products are well categorized, always well stocked,frozen section amazing, employees are super friendly and kind who are always there to help and guide you. They even would readily walk with you if you are looking to find a product on many occassions which in itself is a very big thing to appreciate. A true picture of what an amazing shopping experience should really be like.

Traveled out from Utah for a work trip and stopped here to grab some frozen meals. A little more pricey than the Walmart I had visited previously, but the selection was far better. There was plenty of fresh produce, good wine selection, and I was able to get everything I needed to save that sweet, sweet per-diem pay

Really enjoyed the beautiful ride from Winston Salem. A nice ride. Got some candies, Pumpkin and Sourdough Bread. It was all fantastic.

Their ready made dinners are awesome 👌 and their soups too! Great for when you dont wanna cook but still want great homemade meals!

This food market is a joy to visit. The site is well maintained with spacious aisles. The bakery and deli sections offer a great variety of foods. All weve tried have been delicious. Ive frequented Publix in Florida and was very happy to get one in Clemmons.

Always so clean and organized. Friendly people and i love there meals in a bag all ready for you to cook!

My favorite local grocery store! Very friendly staff and great customer service. I love their produce, fresh flowers and the food court is the best. You can buy fresh suchi, cooked meals and salads of all kinds. The bakery has delicious cakes, pastries and breads.

Katherine in the deli should not be working there. 2 times my sandwich order has been messed up when ordering online. I got there early today so I could watch. She had stuff on our sandwiches that we did not order. She had to remake them. So much for ordering online and having it ready.

There is a reason that Publix is one of the largest supermarket chains in the US. I used to use them regularly when in Miami. This location is almost brand new. Well lit. Nice workers. Convenient location in a nice area. The store has lots of specialty items, especially if you are Hispanic. Something for everyone. Easy parking.

I went to pick up some chicken and some sliced cake and the lady there was really nice and helpful with suggestions for the best type of chicken for me as well as any additional things I needed over in the deli area but I appreciated the overall good customer service.

It is just always pleasant. The staff, the whole lay out of store. The prices are good.

The cakes are fresh and good.They dedicate their work.They give fresh fruits and vegetables.Publix gives free cookies to you when you are close to the bakery.There is different options to choose.

A great store to visit, a bit more expensive on most items I couldnt afford to do all my shopping there.

Always love this Publix. Wish they had their protein salads with quinoa in stock all the time but thats just being nitpicky.

Poor, if any, mask enforcement. The staff was wearing masks, but there were many customers that werent. Combine that with the open food/salad/soup bar right by the entrance, its a recipe for spreading sickness.I dont recommend going inside this location at all, nor do I suggest getting anything that isnt prepackaged if you do shop here.

Love this place, I come here mainly for the produce because they usually have the hard to find items that I am looking for. Always clean, the people are great and I wish I could shop here more often but its a little out of my way. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

The store was well stocked and overall a clean facility. All employees were inviting and welcoming. I would drive the distance to come back to this location. Worth the stop if you are in the area. I frequent the downtown Winston-Salem location.

Every time I go to this store the employees are exceptionally nice and the store itself is always clean and inviting! With the Covid-19 stuff going on there is always someone at the door cleaning your cart and giving you a friendly greeting! The folks at the Publix Corporate offices could use this store as an example of how a store should be run!

I dont buy ALL of my groceries here, but they have a great selection of foods and products I cant find anywhere else. Produce is always super fresh. Their regular shelf prices are on the high end, but their sale prices and digital coupons help keep costs down on the small number of items I do purchase.

Bravo for the young man who was working the front entrance when a very rude person who has chosen not to obey the law tried to enter without a mask. Even though he yelled at the young man, he (the employee) calmly told him that masks were available inside. The customer shouted an obscenity as he left the building.

Several reasons. Love the layout better than ours. The young man in produce was so terrific. Showed us cotton candy grapes. Even Washed Them 4 us 1st to try. Same with deli and check out everyone was so friendly and helpful. Excellent store

Overall I like Publix, good selection, decent customer service, the sales are good but the tagging and the way sales are done is terrible. Ive worked in a grocery store before and its clear Publix formats sales in a way that people are buying items not on sale. An example might be Tyson frozen chicken. No, not those nuggets, but everything else. See it says right here in tiny print on the tag, breast strips and patties. Its not deceptive per se, but I have to work hard to figure out if what I want is really on sale. The meat case is just as problematic with no tagging for BOGO items. Then if you return something because its not on sale they make you feel less than intelligent for not reading the tags in depth. While all other grocery stores just put all similar items on sale. Just remember to check your receipt.

I just love this Publix. The lady at the cooking demo table always has something yummy to offer as well as tips and a laugh or two. Every employee says hello and offers to help, then actually was you to what youre looking for. The specials and the Publix-branded items are a decent buy and they take Harris teeter coupons. Plus its never crowded, especially at 8:30 a.m.

Service is GREAT!

The store is so clean and well maintained! The employees are all very friendly and helpful if you cant find something! They have BOGO sales and you dont even need a loyalty card! All the shelves are well stocked and orderly. The outer departments (bakery, deli, meat) have SO MANY yummy offerings! I will for sure be back!!
