Ordered online to have groceries delivered between 8pm and 9pm tonight. At almost 9pm, we got an email (no phone call or anything, just an email that we easily could have missed) telling us our order was delayed and we would be updated soon.It is now after 10pm and Im on the phone with them and being told they were short staffed but the order is ready now... Theyll try to get a driver to get it out to us tonight or make a note to try to get it out to us tomorrow. Couple problems with that... We are out of town tomorrow, which is why we paid to have this stuff delivered today. And we have perishables so, youre going to, what... Leave them sitting overnight and then expect us to sit at home waiting for you to TRY to deliver tomorrow what we paid to have delivered today?And NOBODY was going to contact us to tell us that your plan was to deliver our groceries the day AFTER we paid to have them delivered? So, had we not called to check on this, our groceries would have been delivered while we were gone and left to sit out in the sun all day until we got home?!People pay to have their groceries delivered at a certain time FOR A REASON.

We found out Clemmons Neighborhood Market Pharmacy was offering the Pfizer vaccine. We were able to easily schedule an appointment online. The pharmacist was particularly upbeat and kind. The entire process was under 30 minutes including the 15 minute reaction wait post dose. Then strolled through and picked up some treats (liked the wide isles) and finished with an uncrowded self check out. Worked out great!

I would have given 3 stars for the wait..but pharmacist was apologetic and grateful for wait..i cannot blame him for being under staffed..I received my 2nd vaccination and he asked me to stick around to make sure I was ok..very caring

I have a hard time with the delivery department here. Never get all of my items.My last order I ordered yesterday and pick same day delivery. I just received my order 30 mins ago. Smh. I will not be using this store ever again. To much of a headache.Now, on 8/31/21 I get a notice from my bank where they took it upon themselves to take out a tip on an order that had already been delivered. Wow, I live on a fixed incomeee. Because of arthritis in both my knees doesnt allow me to walk well Im on a walker means I cant work hence why Im on disability. I only had $10 in my account. So, I guess needed to take the money from instead of asking me. I would have been glad to have been glad to give them more later when I had more money. But, all I got was an email saying that for the tip that I did not authorized.

They carry what I needed, not only vegetables but non-dairy ice cream, specifically Talenti sorbetto, which is an amazing breakthrough, wonderful dessert.Since I was new to the store, I asked for directions to different products, more than once. I received courteous, accurate instructions, right to my requested destination.Later, when I attempted to negotiate the wrong card from my insurance company, two different associates tried to make it work, then called a supervisor, who explained I wasnt using the correct card, apologizing for not being able to help me.Im a 79 year old man whose expectations of Wally World Neighborhood Market were not high, yet I was treated with patience and respect, receiving excellent customer service. Yes, I recommend this place.

I placed an order using the Walmart delivery for the first time because my car is right on empty during this crazy oil crisis (and signed up for Walmart+ to try it out). I forgot diapers, which is the main reason I ordered but got distracted by my kids. I missed the edit order by 10 minutes, I called the store and they said there was no way for them to add the item. I’ve worked in management and customer service and I’ve catered to customers based off of different circumstances and would think most places would do the same. I guess this is what you get when shopping with Walmart. I should have stuck with Harris Teeter, I know for a fact they would have catered to my needs. I can say for a fact I’m going to be cancelling my Walmart+ service as well.

Have taken out all regular check out registers! No belts to unload groceries! No cashiers! One line going in to get to all scan and go type registers. Ultra long line. Wait time unbelievable. No convenience at all!

Stopped in here while I was with the family visiting Clemmons and we all loved this store. Located in a very well maintained shopping center. Very clean and organized market with a great selection of everything and low prices that your wallet will love. The employees here were nice and helpful in helping us locate a few things. I highly recommend this market to anybody.

First time going there and it was different. There was only self service. I do like to have my choice if I want someone to check my groceries. It was a clean store.

For the love of all things holy DO NOT go to this Walmart unless you are prepared to do self checkout. The said they have done away with registers. So today I had to self checkout over 200 dollars worth of groceries with 2 young kids trying to watch them and scan groceries and bag them and get them into the buggy. They volunteered to help after I got upset at the fact that I had just spent an hour and a half shopping only to realize they don’t even have any register. I wanted to just leave but then I would have had to go somewhere else and redo all my shopping. There should be a sign on the door that says self checkout only so people aren’t forced into it. Anywho Harris teeter will be getting all of my business.

Huge store with large selection of foods. Clean isles, self check out, was kind of crowded and busy. Overall very nice.

Worst of the worst called a prescription in the day before they said it would be ready that day after 6 PM drove 22 miles to pick it up and they said sorry its out of stock be here in a couple of days?? Besides that there are no cashiers all scan yourself I have no problems with that its just that it cost people there jobs and no customer and employee communication.

They are all self service checkout for buying your own groceries. Other Walmarts in Forsyth county have some cashiers to help you check out.Totally unacceptable!

We all waited so long for this place and, for the most part, it was worth it. It was originally open 24 hours, which was a tremendous convenience and then began closing at midnight (even before Covid). Only flaws that I can see is the fact that this location adds to the traffic in the busiest part of Clemmons and that I am a little tired of not being able to see the person whom I am speaking to at the drive through pharmacy window, lol. They have some kind of sun proofing on it and, I am not kidding, you cant see anything. Otherwise, I am happy with everything else to do with the store and glad to have them in the neighborhood. Sure beats the old Rite Aid, Southern Markets store, Furniture Warehouse, Hollywood video, and Sherwin Williams.

All checkout stations have been funneled into one line. I wanted a couple items and expected to use the self-checkout stations.I found myself in line behind 8 others - not obvious efficiency at work.I was in a rush to get to a medical appointment, so I bailed out.One more reason not to use this store

Walmart has taken grocery shopping to a new level: Profits first, employees and customers last! Unbelievable: No cashiers only; self check-outs, creating chaos & long lines to wait for to do it yourself..Employees indicated neither they nor the store manager were consulted or advised of this MAJOR change in advance. And how about the cashier jobs: GONE. Several employees indicated they plan to quit and find a store that cares about their employees.Why shop @ Walmart, which is the lowest rated grocery store of all chains? Just go to Harris-Teeter, Publix, Food Lion, Lowes, etc. and get far better quality and almost as good prices.

Grocery pickup is always a wonderful experience, over the years weve used it have experienced very few problems and the few small issues weve had (missing items or something not quite right from the vendor) have always been resolved immediately and to my satisfaction - and nothing ever the fault of the store. Food choices for pickup are fresh produce, accurate items and fast and friendly pickup. These days we dont go inside the store very often but when we have been in, weve found everything to be very clean, well organized and efficient. And of course prices cant be beat. Even got a text message from the manager on our last order with a survey link and personal thanks for our order.

I have had to tighten my belt on groceries, and family I talked to said Walmart to go was the best way to save money. It was a quick and easy process like shopping online at other local grocery stores. But if they dont have an item, they dont call or text you for a substitute they just find something similar or leave it off. I will drop a suggestion on their website. And the truth is I was able to afford almost double the amount of groceries for the money I used to spend at a local chain store.

Used to be a nice store with pick up order product accuracy and helpful employees.I have stopped going because pick up orders are wrong and the staff is horrible now as they are completely apathetic and have forgotten what customer service is.

Ive been shopping here for a long time. Today though, did feel very uncomfortable. I went to the self check out and this employee followed me and stood right next to me staring the whole time I was scanning my products. As soon as I was getting ready to use my credit card, she left. Walmart, if you are going to be profiling customers, dont make it so obvious.

I guess a new worker that was working in the pharmacy named ceaser told me that my medication couldnt get filled until Saturday when Justin had told me that it could get filled on Friday I asked ceaser why it was that my medication couldnt get filled on Friday he responded back that the doctor would have to call them if my medication was going to get filled on Friday he was very snotty in how he spoke with me I have been going here for a while for my medication & have never been told that cant get my medication filled when its due to be filled by law they can fill you medication at least 3 days ahead of the date that they are due but I have a sore taste in my mouth now due to this ceaser employee he needs to be better educated in the pharmacy area.

They have made some changes, so there is a little confusion but the prices are great and the service is good.

Wal Mart neighborhood stores are removing cashiers and replacing them with all self check outs. 1 live cashier watching 14 registers. There were probably 80 customers in line, no social distancing, put my items back and left. If I wanted to check out groceries at Wal mart, I would have gotten a job there. Wait, I couldnt, you didcaway with your cashiers. Terrible decision. What little buisness I gave you, you lost!!

I do a lot of shopping here because I can order it online and they bring it out to my car, which is great in bad weather and saves me tons of time. If they don’t have an item, they’ll give me a good substitute and often a larger size for the lower price. Prices can’t be beat by any grocery store. Friendly people.

This is the first time Ive used the pharmacy. Due to the holiday all other pharmacy locations had closed. They were friendly, and completed my order very quickly ! Easy, no hassle process ! Cheaper than my normal pharmacy. Great experience !

This Walmart has the best grocery pickup service Ive used so far. Ive used it many times and they are always super fast and get the order correct every time.

The Clemmons location is probably my favorite Neighborhood Market in the area. Its at an easily accessible location, despite the fact that its at a busier intersection. Parking is good as well.Its never overly crowded either. I typically shop in the morning or early afternoon though so I cant attest much to other times of day. The employees are always pleasant and helpful should you need it. They also have a full deli and bakery, unlike the Lexington neighborhood market.Prices are on par for Walmart and typically cheaper than the grocery store. The produce section is good and they even offer a small organic section. There have been very few times when I have been unable to find anything so shopping is always easy.Safety is always a key factor for me anywhere I go and Clemmons is a relatively safe area. Ive never felt uneasy here. Overall its a generally pleasant to shop here.

I go here just about every day and never had any problems here. Over all good place with nice people. Wouldnt recommend but, its not a horrible place to get grocery shopping done.

So I went here a lot of times and the selection is pretty good. The only pitfall is that there is no lanes open for you to check out and the self checkout service is bad. I had this one lady that didn’t know what she was doing and looked over my shoulder throughout the whole process.

The Walmart Neighborhood Market off Country Club Road is nice. The greeter was friendly. He explained where Customer Service was at. The Customer Service Department was professional and the young man with dark brown hair was kind enough to explain what money services Walmart offered and even explained what each one was to me. If I ever need money services again, I’ll definitely go back to the Walmart off Country Club Road in Winston-Salem, NC.

The store is typical of most of the Wal-Mart neighborhood markets. Prices are reasonable on most things but there always seems to an item or two that I cant find here. Makes this a good pit stop for common staples, but when we do a large grocery shopping, chances are we shop at one of large grocery chains that also have some very nice stores in Clemmons.

Everything is self checkout now. It really sucks.

Hats off to super helpful and kindly compassionate Pharmacist - John & team. Went out of his way to ensure my new prescription was covered by insurance and that I fully understood administration instructions. Acted like he had all the time in the world for me when he obviously did not. Acknowledged my dye allergy (i.e., colored medications) instead of challenging me about it like everywhere else. Significantly better prices too. My 2nd visit but will be switching all future prescriptions to this location.

This neighborhood Walmart has been a place my fiancé and I regularly get our groceries. However it will be a while before we return! Today we were pulled aside and accused of stealing, without informing us of the issue. After they realized we in fact, did NOT steal anything, the staff was unfriendly, rude, and had the personality of a brick wall. Be aware, you may be their next victim!!
