Excellent service. Where to begin? Over the past several years we have had many contacts with Andy Glass from Liberty Safe of Clemmons. He has treated us very well and we are glad we know him. We helped a couple of family members pick out a safe from Andy and they are very happy and pleased with their safe. In addition, we recently down-sized and moved from a home where we had lived for 34 years. We needed to have our safe moved. Andy helped us get this accomplished. In addition to Andy, there was a young woman named Christine, who is called a Logistics Coordinator. From my perspective, she organizes and manages deliveries with the crews and trucks that make the pick-ups and deliveries. Christine was very friendly, flexible and extremely helpful and a pure pleasure to talk with over phone. Last, but far from least; the two men who moved the safe were Adam and Josh. They were kind, friendly, professional and competent. I was also impressed with their skill and efficiency, definitely a rare combination - no pun intended. Im extraordinarily happy with how this all turned-out and will use this company for any future safe purchases and/or moves we make. I highly recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a safe.

I went with a Colonial 50 in the Bronze finish, beautiful safe and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Liberty safes are made in the USA!

I dislike writing bad reviews but here it goes. I ordered my safe January 5th and got a fair deal on the price but Andy said that my particular safe was in Kernersville and I would have to pick it up. On the scheduled day I picked up my safe but the young lady working that Saturday said that the safe did not have the included dehumidifier with the safe and that I would have to call Andy to take care of that, which I did. Andy said he would call back with me which he did not. I call Andy again February 13th and again explained what happened, he said he would look into it and call me back, which he did not. I call again March 25th and spoke with Andy, he said that he was told that the dehumidifier was in the safe, which it was not. Andy did say however that I could come by his store, 3 hr. away, and get a dehumidifier because he had plenty in stock. I am sorry but I am not going to drive 3 hrs. to buy a dehumidifier that I already paid for with my original purchase. Very disappointing.Would I buy from them again, NO, and now I am waiting for my dehumidifier from Amazon.
