Its a great place to work if youre with a temp service but once you get hired be prepared for a decrease in your pay.. not to mention theres no communication with management or supervisors

Very poor service. They don’t care about the truck drivers only one word answer they will give “don’t know”.

YOU WERE NOT ONLY KIND ENOUGH, BUT WENT OUT OF YOUR WAY TO DONATE A NEW MOTOR TO ME FREE OF CHARGE.IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO ABSORB YOUR GENEROUS OFFER AND I HOPE YOU KNEW THEN HOW DEEPLY GRATEFUL I WAS - AND STILL AM. I AM 77 YEARS OF AGE, LIVING SPARSELY AND THIS WAS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN FOR ME. Hayward makes chlorinators for commercial and residential pools. They are made with cheap plastic. I have replaced my chlorinator every year for the last three years. They don’t hold up to freezing temperatures in Winter. The plastic cracks and they leak. Even the Hayward warranty specifically states warranty does not cover chlorinators damaged by freezing. How many residential homes have a heated pool shed to house the chlorinator? Anyone want to guess ?? What a joke. Another piece of sh?t sold in America with designed obsolescence. So many products are sold and engineered to fail immediately after warranty expiration. Bend over America here it comes again.

12 calls to service manager, left messages never returned call, local pool service company called Hayward for me, Hayward said its two weeks out of warranty, tuff luck you are on your on.
