My experience at this Bee Safe Storage location has been excellent. Both Tim and Leigh have promptly addressed and questions or concerns that I had when I first rented in April, 2021. Most recently, I decided to downsize my storage unit and Leigh was very helpful in finding and reserving the new unit. I also appreciate that the facility is very clean.

Wonderful storage facility. We had our whole house contents in storage for over a year while our house was being built. I always felt safe and always felt like our stuff was safe at this facility. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone needing storage. They have an easy to navigate website to set up auto-pay as well as a quick and painless sign up process to get started with a lease. They have cameras all around the inside and outside of the building as extra added security.

I recommend Bee Safe Storage. A big thank you to Lee Gwynn. She was an absolute joy to work with. Very helpful, informative and addressed all my concerns about storage unit. The facility is amazing. I highly recommend this business and Lee if you are in need of storage!

The manager (Lee) was phenomenal. First time we’ve ever used a storage company so we were apprehensive. Lee put our minds at ease and navigated us through the process without hitch!

Angie and Amber are the best! They totally have their customers backs. We showed up day of reserving and they took great care of us. Even suggested a less expensive unit with a better layout than we reserved. Best storage facility ever!!!

Prices too high, rent goes up without notifying customers. Clemmons location staff are very rude to Black people. Everything is a joke and Lee believes the pandemic is fake news and stated I needed to go work at a gas station or grocery store. Since I came out of work due to not wanting to put my new baby at risk. I couldn’t afford to pay the full amount this month and all I asked was my rent to be prorated, NOT free.

Tim made everything seemless.

Rude manager. 3rd floor is too hot for climate control. We complained multiple times. When we moved out the manager tried to charge us anyway. I do not recommend this location. We had the Greensboro location before and it was great so it’s definitely the management that’s an issue.

We recently rented a storage unit to place some personal belongings while we sell our home. We chose Bee Safe in Clemmons as it is convenient to our home. Two years ago we rented a storage unit from Public Storage on Country Club Road and the Bee Safe facility is a much nicer, cleaner facility. The lighting in the storage units is very bright and access to the storage units is extremely convenient.Angie in the front office was very helpful and pleasant when I arrived to fill out the paperwork. One of the nice things I discovered is when you first rent a unit you can rent their moving truck for $10 for 1/2 day which is a big money saver if you are thinking of renting a van/truck as we were.All-in-all we are very pleased with our decision to rent a storage unit from Bee Safe.Paul C. My husband and I stopped in to rent a storage unit here. Angie was very personable and professional . She answered all of our questions and was great to work with! I feel very secure storing items at this facility. The cameras are very good and there are a lot of them around the building.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. And huge shout out to Angie and Amber at the Clemmons location. I live in Clemmons but work about an hour out of town. I found myself in an emergency situation where I needed an immediate space to store something but could not take off of work or leave early. These two ladies stayed late for me on a Friday afternoon to make sure I was taken care of.Great service. Awesome folks. 100% would recommend this place to anyone in need of a little extra space.

My mother and I enjoyed exceptional service provided by Angie Fatehnia. We rented two storage units on the first floor, we were so fortunate as we both have trouble walking and the units aren’t far apart! Angie was very professional and friendly explaining the terms and conditions of this great facility. It didn’t take long to sign the documents and see the units, as well as sign the documents and pay for the insurance and keys. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a unit (s) with value, quality, and exceptional customer service. Management is very friendly, the facility is very clean and bright. Music playing over the speakers on all floors helps pass the time while moving in or out. Ive used other storage facilities in the past. This one is the nicest weve used so far.

I called for PRICING that was all...gave my first and last name and a call back number in case we get disconnected (their reason for my phone number). Two hours after said phone call, my HUSBAND gets a call from this storage unit and doesnt leave a VM so we ignore it. Today, he gets an email confirming our reservation and move in date and the total amount owed. WE LITERALLY CALLED FOR PRICING AND MADE NO RESERVATION OR COMMITMENT TO THIS! After speaking to them they claim they have no idea how this happened. Yall are on another level of some BS and need to get your horrible service under control. We will never use this storage unit or any of their sister units. Go ELSEWHERE!!
