First time visit! The cookies were warm, soft, and gooey. The ice cream was cold and perfect. So good.

So when i heard we had a place like this i thought it was the coolest. I finally got to go. I was surprised that the great american cookies has more of a selection. They do make cookie cakes but what i was expecting was specialty cookies. They have classic cookies them big cookies and cookie cakes. They also surve ice cream with basic topics. Im not complaining bc i was going soley for the experience. Pricing...ok so for cookies it was expensive but this location was in the heart of Clemson university filled with students and higher class folks...so it didnt surprised me. I got 2 regular ice creams, a pet chocolate milk, a huge funfetti cookie, and 12 cookies. My bill was around 53 bucks. The only other thing they may push people away is they only accept cards at this location. I pay with a card generally so it was of no inconvenience for me. Overall its a nice place. Cookies are warm and really yummy. They have vegan and keto friendly cookies. The 4 stars were only given to the fact that they only accept cards and for some thats an issue. Over all. I enjoyed it and ill return.

Oh my Goodness! The oatmeal chocolate walnut is so worth the up charge. The cookies are warm when you get them and the chocolate just runs out. They do have seasonal cookies that are not on the regular menu. Summer cookies are strawberry cheesecake, cookies and cream, and creamcicle. We bought the super six which is 5 classic and 1 deluxe for $11.50. The deluxe 6 is $16.50 and the classics 6 is $10.

Cookies are delicious. Taste very similar to the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies often served in the afternoons at hotels like Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, etc. However, $20/dozen for their basic cookies is excessive, especially when you are picking them up in the store! I spent almost $50 total on 20 cookies! They are not THAT good! And the young lady at the counter was less than helpful and clearly in a bad mood. Not sure I would return!

I made an online order and called the # to get curbside. The feller wanted me to come in (the line was almost out the door....VERY busy!) but I told him I was parked in the handicapped spot and he actually said nvm and brought it out to me without me having to ask. I wasnt going to be able to stand in that line without being in alot of pain. Thats pretty good customer service even though it was insanely busy in there. The cookies were good as always and pleased my old lady that was on the rag so it worked out great. Will definitely not have an issue making the 30 min drive again! Thanks!

I have ordered multiple times from this location and they definitely shouldnt have deliveries because the delivery time is absolutely ridiculous. A ten minute away delivery should not take over an hour. The delivery people lie and say they didnt receive tips even though they have online. They always have the order messed up and they do not know how to follow instructions. I will NEVER order at any Insomnia ever again. They are an absolute waste of time and money.

Going inside of the store was not a great experience. The girls there were petty and not nice at all, but what can you ask for in Clemson, SC? Definitely will just get delivery from now on. The dude working was cool but he was just short and didn’t make eye contact with us.

Delicious cookies, and they have a great National Cookie deal. Not only will you get one free traditional cookie for the holiday, but they have a pick up or delivery of 12 traditional cookies for $12+tax. My first visit of definitely more!

The ice cream was pretty good. I don’t know if it was worth the cost but over all ok. Friendly and fast service. I would come again but maybe just for cookies. Ice cream again when I’m drunk and don’t care about prices lol.

These are really just average store bought cookies that they put in a microwave before giving them to you. Not horrible just kinda overpriced for what they are. With covid they only allow two people in the shop which can be very annoying.

Besides my order being wrong and it being overpriced it was decent. My wife loved the chocolate pint.My brownie with scoop of ice cream was lacking my topping.

Warm gooey cookies and just firm ice-cream made for a sinful treat. I could see why college students would love these. If you are in town and like this type of treat, then give them a try.

We had an amazing experience at Insomnia Cookies tonight! Our server, Frankie, was simply just a light to be around. She was so easy to talk to and we were getting cookies so of course we were super happy. Frankie was amazing and we look forward to coming back to say hello again soon!

I sent cookies from here to my brother-in-law who just lost his father. They arrived promptly and they were warm! He loved them. I dont know if they normally arrive warm, but the little touches matter. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. (oh, and he said they were delicious too!)

Good cookies but terrible customer service. I got my cookies delivered they didn’t deliver my entire order and took another two hours to get the rest of my delivery to me.

I ordered $40 worth of cookies to get delivered to my job for my coworkers and I. And when the cookies for delivered, half the box was smashed. Wont be ordering from them again, and I wouldnt suggest you do it either

I love insomnia but they literally delivered my order to the wrong house even when i told them the color of the house and the door... after waiting for 2 hours... and didn’t say sorry or offer to compensate anything... :(

A great place to enjoy an all-time sweet classic, COOKIES! To even sweeten the deal they also have various flavors of ice cream to accompany. The prices are good and the employees are helpful and nice. The are combinations to choose from to satisfy your cravings such as ice cream cookie sandwiches and cookies and milk duo. An added plus is the extended hours everyday till 3am! Definitely a must try place!

My family of 4 2 adults 2 kids came by after eating next door at the pizza place. This is our tradition for a sunday drive to Clemson. Pizza then cookies. Upon entering we were told only 2 at a time. My children dont know what new cookies they have have and it would be ridiculous to rotate in and out or to stand at the door talking back and fourth on what they might want since there was newer selections. Mind you theres no sign on the door for this. Yes its a small inconvenience. The worst part was after spending 10 mins trying to get the order right bc deluxe is more and all that awesomeness. I go to pay and they dont take cash. Which is all I have at this time. I literally just paid cash across the street. Not everyone has cards at all times. The young lady working was super nice and very helpful. I know its not her fault but there should be signs stating these things. I wouldnt have wasted mine or her time. And yes the other reviews are correct the cookies cost way too much for their size and taste.

Delicious cookies at a great price! All the staff are courteous and quick to give you the munchies you need. They even have milk and various other drinks stocked in their fridge for you to enjoy the whole experience immediately, from soup to nuts. Ive stopped by this location numerous times for a cookie fix and Ive never been disappointed. Parking can be had if youre a stealthy ninja and can navigate the ridiculous cobble stone road right outside the place.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!The staff is absolutely amazing. I was terribly problematic last night because I was balancing on the line between inebriated and annihilated and I couldnt figure out how to reconnect with my cousin and get home and they went out of their way to help me out. I was trying not to be disruptive but the fact that I was so drunk alone would have lead many businesses to kick me out. But they helped me out! A helping hand when I needed one. I am so thankful and they definitely just gained a new super shopper.Oh by the way the sweets are amazing of coarse. I feel like a mom writing this review.

Cookies are alright but not worth the price. $3.25 for a cookie is ridiculous. Even the classic cookie for $1.75 is overpriced for what you get.

Website doesnt allow delivery during certain times, called to inquire about delivery and was hung up on.

Went here for some cookies and ordered a snickerdoodle and a white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie. Unfortunately, neither cookie had any flavor whatsoever and I ended up throwing away half of the snickerdoodle, my favorite cookie, because it was unbearable.

Open until 3am for a great late night treat.
