I have used Clermont Kitchen & Bath Design on 2 different houses, three times. My designer, Ivy, was amazing. I mean if she wasnt, I wouldnt have continued using them! Each design was a base and as the process went on, I was able to add and subtract what I wanted with ease, even when I was in the middle of my second kitchen remodel. We highly recommend Clermont Kitchen & Bath. We are delighted with our updated bathrooms and how well Beatrice and the staff from Clermont Kitchen & Bath worked with us. They listened to what we wanted, what our budget was, and then provided an itemized cost list and estimated labor cost list. They used a computer program to give us a picture of what our bathrooms would look like. They were always available when we had questions along the way. The workmanship was all pro.The crew was considerate and took care to protect areas not worked on. Tho the timing was not as fast as we thought, it was well worth the extra time. Their estimate was within our budget, clear and transparent. The final payment came just as we expected. Beatrice helped us select our tile, our sinks and guided us in color choice and decor. Every remodeling project has a few bumps in the road and Jessica at Clermont Kitchen & Bath was very professional working with us to resolve them. She was also very knowledgeable about how to take our initial bathroom design and make it workable and within our budget. They were also flexible about our providing the shower system and faucets for them to install for us. We were 100% satisfied with working with the team at Clermont Kitchen & Bath and can recommend them to anyone want to do a complete bathroom remodel project.

We did a major remodel of our kitchen and dinning room to create a kitchen great room. We moved tore down walls, moved plumbing, moved electrical, added pot lights, as well installed cabinets and an island. We couldnt be happier with the results. We worked closely with the designer, owner and contractor. The staff is informative, helpful, and friendly. The workmanship is high quality. The workers were clean, hard working, and timely. The job was completed days ahead of schedule and within budget. We even had a few adjustments along the way. We will use them again.

Beatriz was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She was always available during the whole process of remodeling our kitchen. She understood we had a tight budget and worked with us to keep our costs in line while still providing us a great kitchen. Some items were even delivered a few days ahead of schedule. Follow up for a few minor adjustments was done in a very timely manner. All the installers were very professional and friendly. Full payment was not required until we were totally satisfied.We were pleasantly surprised by the great service we received.

Clermont Kitchen and Bath remodeled our kitchen island. Ivy helped us design a better more useful island that is so much more functional and full of storage. ***GET A SECOND ESTIMATE*** I stopped into CK&B for a cabinet estimate for my house remodel. After an excessive ~3 week wait period, I returned to the store to preview design with incorrect measurements and no pricing on the material. Furthermore, they quoted $150,000 in LABOR ONLY for drywall/framing, electric, and plumbing for a 2,000 sq ft renovation (this price EXCLUDED cabinet/trim install, floors, HVAC, and ALL materials) I was dumfounded at their pricing and requested an itemized quote because this could not be taken seriously or considered. Beatriz herself told me the lump sum was derived so I could not subtract components of the project to less expensive contractors and their pricing is firm for their customers. When I received the emailed quote, is was already $62K less than the verbal quote, while still being 2-4x more expensive than other reliable contractor estimates I had accumulated. By not using this company, I am saving ~$100,000 in labor alone, ~$17,000 on cabinets by purchasing from a better quality online dealer with superb customer service, and ~$6,000 by purchasing Florida Tile from another local store. This is price gouging at its finest and an unethical business practice that will not withstand the test of time.Additionally, the owner was constantly pushing to know my overall project budget which isnt relevant to her in the least considering I worked on that with my architect during design and scoping. Maggi told me Beatriz didnt take me as a serious buyer, insinuating I couldnt afford the renovation, which is why my estimate and design were delayed for 3 weeks. I have never been so personally insulted by a seemingly professional company.Do yourself a favor and stay away. Should you consider this company, at least get a 2nd estimate because better pricing, quality, and service awaits you elsewhere. In good conscience, I cannot stand idle and allow others who may not dedicate as much time to due diligence be taken advantage of so I am reporting this company to the Florida Attorney General. Ill leave it to the experts to investigate unethical price gouging and decide if their pricing was marginally fair or unlawfully exorbitant... though I can quickly and confidently compare to make the decision for myself.The 1 star was earned by Diane who is a talented designer and a delight to work with outside of the other circumstances.

We are currently renovating our house and I had heard this place was very good so I went in... I was not aware that I needed an appointment.. went in the first day to look at cabinets and countertops and backsplash... went back the second day when Omar and Maggie were there and both seemed too busy to answer questions.. I found a backsplash I was interested in and spoke with Maggie and Omar about sizes of vanities we wanted to replace and have mirrors removed and countertops put in.. was told to write down all the information as Maggie had an appointment coming in but she would talk to Omar and get back to me on estimate...3 days later I returned to return the backsplash and ask if they had estimate of renovation... they looked at me like no one knew what I was talking about...after repeating again what I was looking for was told that again Maggie had an appointment but she would get back to me with estimate... They never called me so I called them, and again was told Maggie was busy but the receptionist would give her my number and have her call me right back... that was at 1030am and it is now 5:30pm..I called store ONCE again only to find out they were closed for the day... no one returned my call. I now am going to look elsewhere for my renovation as I really shouldn’t have to beg to get someone to take my business.. will find someone who cares

Beatriz and her staff were dedicated to make my dream kitchen and two bathrooms a reality. They took their time to work on the designs and their expertise helped us arrive to an awesome looking kitchen and baths. The cabinets and materials are of great quality and the workmanship during construction was excellent. My contractor “JJ” was great to work with. He provided advice on decisions that most of the time. He paid attention to details that we were not even aware, but turned out to be very important.The biggest compliment I have is the ability for Beatriz to manage the project, to keep it moving and to attain the schedule I wanted which was super aggressive. I had an entire ceramic tile floors removed, put new porcelain, destroyed walls, added ceiling lighting and install brand new (all wood) cabinets. The bathrooms were also gutted and both were converted from tubs to just showers with beautiful glass doors. All of this completed in less than 5 weeks.I know I made the best choice and totally recommend Clermont Kitchen and Tile for all of your remodeling needs!

When we were remodeling our new house we hired Clermont Kitchen & Bath Design to design the kitchen and bathrooms. The cabinets, counters and tiles for the floors were beautiful. However, the installation of these products was horrible. The installer showed up for work when he felt like it or he would come to work and after a short time he would turn around and leave. When the installer did stay here he did a terrible job. Before we moved in we saw that the refrigerator would not fit into the spot left by the installer. He had measured incorrectly. Mind you the refrigerator was sitting in the kitchen so there was no way he should have measured the space incorrectly. We had to make several calls to Clermont Kitchen & Bath Design before they would return our phone calls and fix the problem. Yesterday, when looking at the cabinets we found another example of the installers shoddy workmanship. I could go on and on about this mans shoddy work. We began to find water on one of the bathroom floors and we could not figure out where it was coming from and noticed that when sitting on the toilet, the toilet rocked. We called Clermont Kitchen & Bath Design in reference to the problem. They told us that our warranty had run out and they would not be able to help us. We had to hire a plumber who told us that the toilet had not been set and sealed correctly. While we love the quality of the materials we bought butwe would never use Clermont Kitchen & Bath Design again. Nor would we recommend them to our friends. No matter how many times we complained about their installer they continued to send him to do the work. And in the end they would not return our phone calls. The buck stopped with Clermont Kitchen & Bath Design and they dropped the ball.

Wouldve been a 5 star review since I have literally covered my whole house in flooring they supplied, however, after attempting to return 2 boxes of unused and unopened wood/laminate flooring, I was told that there would be a 30% restocking fee AND I have to pay return shipping. I understand it takes time to “restock/return” something... but 30% and shipping is absolutely ridiculous. I would’ve had no issues paying return shipping and maybe a 10% restocking fee.... kinda bummed out about it.

They do quality work and their craftsmanship is excellent. Also very easy to work with and reasonably priced. Better than other quotes I was given.

I worked with Jessica at Clermont Kitchen and Bath. I cant say enough good things about her and the work that they did remodeling my kitchen. I can assure you I wasnt their easiest client to please but every time I questioned them they had an answer. I am very happy with my new Kitchen cabinets and quartz counter tops. - JJ and JC were great too. Very patient.

Love CLERMONT Kitchen and Bath!!!! They have done several projects for me - kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry room at my house and kitchenette & office at my work. They are very professional, friendly and I am super happy with all of their work. I have since recommended them to my friends and they are just as happy as me.

Amazing staff. The kitchen design was exactly what I was looking for. Outstanding from start to finish! I will definitely work with them again when I upgrade my bathroom.

The design aspect and customer service were good, but the subcontractors did not seem to know what they were doing. Our backsplash was uneven and had to be completely removed and put back in, resulting in further delays. Luckily, when we sent pictures, it was addressed immediately. We had to hire a handyman to come fix the poor job they did in patching our ceiling where they had to remove previous built in cabinets, because the did not know how to patch and spackle. The sink in the bathroom was put in crooked. Overall, it was a great design, but a sloppy work. The price was great, though, so I guess you get what you pay for. The kitchen and bathroom look great now, and we get tons of compliments, but it did take a longer time than it should and lots of headaches to get there. So if you dont mind that to save money, then this is the place to go.

Eytan and his team do a tremendous job on pretty much any part of your house. You wont be disappointed if you hire these guys.

Our company needed quality cabinets at a good price - and a very large quantity - Eytan and Eve really took care of us and saved the day. Their crew was also extremely helpful.

Unfortunately this is a case of, you get what you pay for. The company itself advertises very competitive pricing compared to the area and had a selection of some cabinetry not offered elsewhere without extra expense. This may seem appealing to some, but from the shoddy work, to the inconvenient `scheduling` and delays leads the price to not necessarily be worth it.The contracted employees leave much to desire. They showed no interest and/or dedications/care to their work and practically came in and attempted to do the most minimalistic work they could without regard for the customer. The contractor who installed our cabinets not only ripped the paper on our drywall in quite a few areas, but also drilled holes with the incorrect tools causing nicks and blemishes in quite a few areas of the cabinetry due to being un prepared. On numerous occasions, we had to have the contractor come back to correct bad alignments that werent checked, properly covering separations on the bottom of the cabinets, questionable setups with the cabinets and so on. The contractor would not communicate with us for days to weeks at a time and spontaneously reach out and request to come over the day of (which is absurd).Other issues arose as well, such as mis measurements from the start, and even wrong parts being ordered (such as the sink). The overall process of installing the cabinets and sink tool well over 3 months.... just to install and setup the cabinets.....Overall, I cannot recommend this company in any way. I will give kudos to Eytan as he has attempted to work with us on many of the issues in a professional manner, but that doesnt make up for lack of communication and the contractors who actually do the work.
