I have been to a lot of different Publix stores and I never found one as nice and homey as the one I grew up going to in Hudson, FL until today! This was one of the BEST Publix locations Ive visited! Very clean and AMAZING staff! I will drive past the one I live next to to shop here from now on! My dad has worked for Publix Refridgeration for 20+ years and it was hard to support Publix because I dont like the ones I live next to. FANTASTIC job Publix! Thank you for your amazing staff and service!

The staff at this Publix location is always great. Last night Lauren in the deli had so much patience making sure my sons sandwich was prepared just how he wanted it. She was so sweet and even went to go pick out another bread from the bakery that was softer for him because he has a loose tooth. Keep up the great work!

We had a really nice experience there this weekend where we went in not expecting it to be as crowded as it was, our bad *totally* for underestimating how early Clermont dinner rush starts lol. We were about to leave and order online from our car, but the manager saw we looked distressed and wanted to know what he could do to help us. The manager himself took our order, ran it back to get rushed through the kitchen, got us drinks to enjoy while we waited, and personally handled our payment as well. ABOVE AND BEYOND!! This is one of my favorite Publix places to go to. There is often staff around to help customers, its clean, and Ive seen several employees cleaning different surfaces throughout the store. Friendly and helpful staff are a big plus for me.

This time I am very disappointed, the staff at deli was very careless and unhelpful, it wasnt busy, so there is no excuse.

The customer service at this Publix at Kings Ridge has fallen to below average. I have been shopping at this publix since 2005 about 15 years and for the first 10 years the service was always exceptional. I’m not sure what changed, if it’s the change in staff or because the store has gotten busier but I know for sure the customer service has went from excellent to poor to an almost don’t care attitude.Trying to reach the pharmacy department is like trying to reach the president in the White House. I was on the phone for 30 mins no exaggeration and and when someone finally answered I was hung up on. I called customer service and inquired as to why no one was answering the phone in the pharmacy and I was told “ I can only see the light is on over there, all I can do is transfer you” and for the third time I was transferred and the phone just rang out. I called again and this time asked to speak with a manager who quickly answered the phone but same results transferred over to an endless ringing phone that gets disconnected after a while.Even though I explained to the manager and one of the customers staff that it was very Important that I find out if the Pharmacy filled my prescription for my nebulizer machine as my son and I are asthmatic and needed it ASAP. No one took the time to walk over to the pharmacy to see what was going on. The nebulizer machine is sitting right on the shelf all they had to do is put it in a bag and tell me it’s ready.I stayed on the phone for probably another 15 mins waiting for someone to answer then I decided to call Eagle Ridge pharmacy which was about the same distance from my house in the opposite direction and immediately the pharmacist answered the phone and engaged in assisting me by pulling my prescription from the Kings Ridge pharmacy and filling. Now this is what I call SERVICE! Guess where I’m going to be shopping moving forward. Thank you Adrian at Eagle Ridge pharmacy I appreciate your diligence and Care your ability to take ownership of the problem and resolve it immediately is what customer service is all about at least that what I was thought. So 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 for Eagle Ridge Publix and pharmacy and Adrian and a SHAME ON YOU for the Kings Ridge Publix and Pharmacy Staff; you all need to be retrained on customer service and be reminded with out customers there is no jobs for you.

Went to Publix today to pick up a few things. I had no problems with any Staff or finding products but had issues with the shoppers.It seems like old inconsiderate habits are coming back since the aisle arrows have been removed. People were Definitively not social distancing and some crowding in aisles.

I have been served at numerous pharmacy through Publix but never have I had such poor quality service not only have I but my wife have hade similar experiences here also text say medication is ready get there and still have to wait. The service here is not up par with the Publix name brand that I’m use to. As a Vet I will have to take my business elsewhere in order to get the service I deserve.

This is by far the best Publix in Clermont! I live about halfway between this store and the Citrus Tower Publix, I prefer this location. The sub sandwiches are amazing! I needed extra fresh kale and the guy in produce was awesome, went to the back and brought me up more and even went back to get me a box. My only complaint is the customers! Some people are just rude! Ignoring the social distancing and the arrows on the floor. I mean i can tell that some of these customers are probably so rude and demanding to the employees. Its just sad, I Just read some of the not so favorable reviews and absolutely dumbfounded! I have never had a bad experience or any unresolved issues at all with this Publix. Any issues I have had were camly and rationally addressed and Publix has taken care of any problems and kept me satisfied. I have been going here for years and I appreciate the great food and service! Thank each and every one of you for coming in and risking your health in this scary time so we can enjoy our meals and feed our families! Thank you very much Publix at Kings Ridge!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am once again absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and maturity exhibited by the employees of this Publix. I never have these issues when I visit any other Publix, but each time I come to this location, I am reminded why I keep saying I will not visit anymore. Yesterday (3/30) was the last straw. I walked up to the deli, there was only one other customer in front of me, Darline was making sandwiches for online orders, after the other customer and I stood there for a few minutes she finally gets someone else to come over and make a sandwich for the person in front of me. Meanwhile, Darline finishes the online orders she was working on and instead of taking the 2 minutes it would have taken to make my sandwich, she goes on to start making another online order. The customer in front of me finished & I go up to order my sandwich. I asked why Darline could not have stopped to make my sandwich since I (and at this point there was another customer behind me) and the person behind me had been waiting a while. She begins to argue with me and complaining about how she has ALL OF THE THINGS to do. Then she walks away (and at this point so did the person who had taken my sandwich) to go and talk and laugh about me and what I had said, right in front of me to the assistant deli manager, and as Darline is speaking her the assistant deli manager turns around, looks at us, and starts to laugh. After they were all finished with their conversation, Darline walks back over mumbling under her breath and laughing and the girl who was making my sandwich (who had rudely walked off in the middle of making it to go listen to Darline) returns as well. In the middle of all of this, she had left the bread for my sandwich sitting out because she was more interested in gossiping. I finally leave after another unpleasant experience and go to speak to a manager at customer service. I spoke with Cassandra and explained what had happened and she said she would follow up with Ron (the store manager). When I spoke to her, I did not realize this meant she was going to discuss what I had said with other associates who were not involved. This is not the first time something like this has happened, but this will be our last visit to this store. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and even just down right politeness that is displayed here is worse than anywhere I have shopped and makes for an unpleasant experience.

Once again, a Publix team member made our shopping experience exceedingly pleasurable. His name is Adam who works in Produce. There was only one organic kale on display. Adam was stocking other items and sensed we needed help. He consulted the inventory and went to the stockroom looking for more kale. Then hunted us down at a different section of the store to bring us a box of fresh kale. Adam is the reason why my wife and I chose Kings Ridge Publix over any other market . Thanks Adam.

This is a large, well-stocked and very well-managed store. The meat, bakery, deli and produce departments are especially well-run.Today, I was shopping with my sister to restock the refrigerator before my Mom arrives tomorrow. The Deli Department features high quality deli meats and cheeses and excellent​, friendly service.Although we didnt but anything from the meat department, past experience suggests the butchers are well-trained and extremely customer oriented.Good Prices, Excellent, friendly service and a wide variety of food items in every category makes this Publix my go-to local grocer in Central Florida.

It’s a great publix, they really care about their customers

I received a text saying my prescription would be available the next day at 3 PM. I went over to pick it up and was told they didn’t have a current prescription on hand so they were trying to contact my doctor but the prescription was not ready. I asked why they didn’t contact me since my doctor gives me all my scripts. I was told that is not their policy and they have no way to do that. Today I went looking for that script and realized I had taken it to Publix a couple of months ago. So I called and was told they had the script and would fill it the next day.The last time I ordered a prescription I was also told that they didn’t have the script and they were trying to reach my doctor. The only difference in this story is that I did have the script at home. I was told to bring the scripts in when I received them so there would be no problem. Obviously this didn’t work.The time before this I also had a problem with this same Publix Pharmacy.I asked that they deliver the medicine to me this time since there have now been 3 consecutive errors. I was told they couldn’t do that.

I was a customer at the guest service counter tonight around 7:45. There were min cashiers on the floor but that’s was to be expected at this time of night with very few customers in the store. There was a gentle man complaining to the sweet people behind the counter (Jordan and Mariam) about not enough cashiers because he had to wait a few extra minutes to be cashed out for his purchases. The people apologized to the man and reassured him they were doing their best however apparently that wasn’t the answer he was looking for. I just wanted to rave about how efficient and patient Jordon and Mariam were while listening to this guy complain over something they obviously had no control over. Jordon and Mariam if you read this you both Rock as far as I am concerned... Keep up the good work. It’s employees like these two that keep me being a faithful Publix customer! :)

This is my favorite Publix in Clermont. The employees are always super friendly and the store is kept clean and well stocked. They also have the best cuts of meat and great fresh seafood. Its my go to place if I want awesome produce with great variety. Kings Ridge Publix rocks !!

My favorite Publix location. The layout isn’t confusing, the lines aren’t too long, and they always have nigiri and the Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches.

Very friendly staff and clean nicely organized store. Bought everything there from sushi to dog food. My wife always enjoys going there with the kids.

Everyone who works in the store are so helpful. The deli could use some improvement but overall the store is great to shop. Wish they would stock Snyder Potato Chips!
