We purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon from Central Florida Hyundai on 10/29/21 and the buying experience was wonderful. Our salesman, Saul is a great guy and there was no pressure. We called from another dealerships parking lot and they had a car we were interested in. We drove an hour and a hand Saul had the vehicle waiting for us to test drive. We would definitely buy from here again in the future. They also don’t have a huge added fee and the small fee they do have is in the price of the car, that was awesome.

Great Dealership! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had no appointment and Barry was very helpful. We told Barry that we were not familiar with Hyundai cars and he showed different models and explained the great warranty that Hyundai offers. After doing research, we decided on Tucson Hybrid. Unfortunately, they did not have any in. Due to chip shortage and challenges with transporting vehicles, there has been a very limited supply. Jill worked with us on when a Tucson Hybrid may come in and we left a deposit. As soon as car came in she texted me with pictures. We were able to go through process of buying car in record time, working with Jill and Mike in Finance. Car was cleaned and prepped and Jill went through all the features of vehicle. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences that we have ever had. We highly recommend Hyundai of Central Florida.

First of all, the sales experience was amazing but that’s it, my car is a Hyundai Elantra 2021, doesn’t even have 7 thousand miles on it and it showed this really bad problem with the traction control, it goes off and on while I’m driving and it tries to stop the car (I’ll put a video here), so since this happen I was trying to call my dealership where I bought my car which is this one, Hyundai of Central Florida ( and bought a 3000$ warranty that I see now was not worth it) I called this dealership and tried to talk with service, they never picked it up, I was trying to call for almost 3 days and they never answered the phone, so I had to call SALES to get someone from service on the phone, after this, they told me they couldn’t get my car checked until next week and they couldn’t get me a rental car until they get my car checked, so when they put the information in the system, my car showed 2 RECALLS, even with that they didn’t gave me a rental car, so I’m without a car for a week, thanks to Hyundai, BECAUSE THEYRE TO GOOD TO SELL BUT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give you 0 I would.

I am not sure how valid all the 5 star reviews are but I came in to purchase one of the many 2022 Santa FE SEL on their website to find they are all in transit. I was offer one once in at $800 over Sticker with deposit. I deside not to buy. I understand their is a shortage of new cars but this dealership wanting $800 over sticker price turned me off to buy from them now and in the future. This is an honest review of what happen.

Our battery defaulted after two years usage. Your dealership graciously honored the 3 year warranty on the battery. Your technician replaced the battery within an hour. Your warranty programs are the best. Other than the battery, the vehicle has been excellent. The Hyundai product is the best buy for the money.

I am conflicted in not giving a better review but these are things that should not have happened. I was not informed that the car I had already committed to buy, paperwork was in process had been involved in an accident. It was in the CarFax but that was not shared with me. (I am not sure it would have made a difference in my decision to buy the car since it was a fender bender, airbags did not deploy, but still, it should have been disclosed.) I was told that the car had the lane alerts, it doesnt. Again, I do not know if it would have made a difference in the purchase but I was given incorrect information.I waited 2 hours for my car because it was being detailed- got the car and it was very dirty, I pointed it out and the sales person (Wendy) had me drive back to the detail bay and she was trying to fix it. The car should have been delivered in pristine condition, it is 2019- should have been perfect and it was not. I had to take it back, drop it off, and go back and get it.Dan, the manager, was very nice- seemed unhappy with the condition that the car was given to me, and when I did pick it up (same day) it was as it should have been the day before. It looked GREAT.Although there were a few things that were not perfect, I would be more likely than not to do business with them again. I really do wish the Car Fax info had been shared- it feels shady that it wasnt and she knew the car had been in an accident as that is why I got such a good deal on it.Either way, overall a good experience. I have a new to me car that is nice, with a great warranty and the price point, APR, and payment I needed.

I purchased a 2020 Santa FE from Central last year but when I called to have it serviced, I was told the earliest appointment was 31 days out. I had to go to their nearest competition for service who was able to fit me right in. Centrals sales department is good and would rate 4 stars but only 1 star for service. It took me several calls and messages to finally get through to the service department only to find a 31 day wait for an appointment. If you plan on purchasing from Central, you will need to call 30 days in advance of your service needs. I will be trading my wifes 2017 Sonata early next year but it will not be at Central. This dealership needs to understand that customers that come in for service sometimes purchase or trade their vehicles, so they need to make it easy for them to A, set up an appointment and B, get an appointment within the next 7 days.

David G was so amazing!! 100% recommend… been to this place a few times wanting my dream car and Jade helped me the first time and was amazing and the second time David G helped me out!!! They both will truly not let you leave unless you have what you came in for 😍 no bs!!!!

I would avoid this place to purchase cars or if you do, DO NOT buy any protection plans or anything as they do not fully disclose the information to you, so you buy it thinking it’s a good deal when in reality if you just purchase the work done when the vehicle needs it you will pay wayyyy less. I have been trying for over a year to get a refund on a maintenance plan and this dealership doesn’t call you back, lies and says they are doing it and/ or just will not answer your calls. This is by far the worse dealership I have ever been too and I will never do it again. I had to call Hyundai directly and go around them to get my cancellation form put in because they didn’t do it and I have been going through this for over a year. If you have an issue with them call Hyundai directly and you can report the dealership as that is what I had to do.

My husband and I stopped by the Hyundai dealership interested in test driving a Tucson SUV. Upon arriving we were graciously greeted at the entrance by your sales representative DAVE GONZALEZ Sr.: To be transparent we informed him I was interested in the Tucson N Line and we’re looking to test drive a Tucson to determine if it was the right fit for me.However: We we’re informed Tucson’s were not available at this time but were asked if we considered looking at a Hyundai Santa Fe since it has similar features to the once I was interested in. *Reclining back-seats *Leg room on the back seats *Wireless charger *Extra compartment in the trunk *Expandable trunk* Sleek design *Numerous safe features and more. Traded in my 2006 Sonata for a 2020 Elantra from Andre Harris in February. It had been 15 yrs ago since I bought a car, so I had lots of reservations. Andre was able to answer my questions and made me feel at ease. So far, everything he said had come true. My first oil change is coming up. I hope they have just as good people working in service department.

The worst communication Ive ever had at a dealership. Never received one phone call after test driving and doing a credit check paperwork. I was told that we would know on Monday for the approval as we went on a Friday. Called on Monday (4:00pm) and our salesman wasnt at work yet. Never received a call back. Went to dealership on Wednesday to find out the situation with paperwork in hand and a trade in only to be told our salesman was gone delivering a car and that the car we came to get had been sold. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY HEADACHES AND UNPROFESSIONAL SALESMAN.

Our sales agent Jose Figueroa did an outstanding job of helping us find the perfect car. He is knowledgeable about each car and its features, patient (I ask a lot of questions), and he made us feel important. We had looked at cars at other dealerships (non Hyundai) and we felt as if all they wanted was our money and were in a rush to sell. We did not feel this way at Hyundai of Central Florida. It was a great experience and we didnt have to deal with the car sharks. Not having to deal with dealer fees and all of the haggling was great! The gentleman in the finance department was also very helpful and informative. He helped us in deciding which maintenance plan to get for our car. Jose is a great asset to the company!

Yesterday we went to another hyundai dealership and the service was truly horrible.... Today we were super happy about the service Jil provided here. As soon as well walked in she greeted us and took us to view some vehicles explained everything. Made sure we had our questions asked. When we got the car we wanted and went to financing his honest feedback and care of what we were looking for budget wise was so appreciated. We even got a better deal than we expected. Truly happy to have stopped by and this one and highly recommend it for sure.

This was a car buying experience unlike any other Ive had. Jill Burks was great to work with in purchasing a Palisade. Frank Nero was also great to work with in purchasing our GV80. The prices were the best in the area despite the no negotiating policy. I loved not having dealer fees and add-ons show up last minute on the bill. The Finance team didnt apply pressure to buy extended warranties.The owner stopped by to say hello.The process took a little longer than I expected but the team was really great to work with. Id highly recommend the dealership to anyone considering a Hyundai or Genesis.

I love my 2019 Kona so much that I decided to buy it at the end of my 3-year lease. Hyundai requires lease-end purchases in Florida to be handled by a Hyundai dealership, so I went to my original leasing dealer who quoted unconscionably high dealer and transaction fees to handle the purchase. Shocked at the costs I shopped four additional dealers who had similar to even higher fees. I saved Hyundai of Central Florida for last because I was aware of their online advertising, so I stopped in for a quote. I was quickly and professionally greeted by Wendy Kane, at what is clearly the most beautiful and modern facility of all I had visited. Wendy confirmed the dealership stands by its advertising and also volunteered that Hyundai of CFL does not tack on +/- $2,800 of paint sealant and other products and services of questionable value as does every other dealer in the area. I decided right on the spot to have Wendy handle the purchase for me. She is also well versed and trained in the area of finance so I didnt have to be handed off to a finance manager. The entire process from start to finish was absolutely a pleasure. Wendy even gave me some dealership swag and a few snacks for the ride home. I only have one regret. That I didnt originally lease my Kona from Hyundai of Central Florida, but Wendy earned a new very happy customer and I look forward to future visits for service and replacement vehicles.

I look forward to maintaining a long term relationship with Central Florida Hyundai.Overall, so far the service department has met my needs with installing some Hyundai mud flaps and doing a first class car wash once that work was completed. Cesar, the service manager, is on the job and does his best to insure that staff is following guidelines and procedures for getting the customers work done in a reasonable time frame.
