I had a paid for a full head color foil but in fact I got 2/3 colored and 1/3 as it was dark hair and gray. and Alex who did my hair stopped after rinsed out the color and made me wait so she could cut blow dry and style for someone thats been there before.. So IU went home with gray hair and dark hair after I had asked for a full head colored and frosted. I asked her are you putting the color all the way to my head she said yes which was a lie, sad thing I went there because in a few days was my 50 Wedding Anniversary very un happy this is my 2 reply because no one contacted me about it. I waited a hour for her do someone else hair. why would they make a old lady wait a hour when I was there first ...why would I want 1/3 of my hair not colored for a special day
Sephora is always so nice, even though its a small shop they have a nice selection of make-up, skin care, perfumes, nail polishes, and a good assortment of brands that everyone likes. Plus the gals are really helpful.
Love shopping at SEPHORA the quality of their products are great I bought make up for my wife and she loves it, and their perfume is not watered down you get the real deal.

I came to the reviews to see if it was just me. I thought the manager couldve been more helpful. Clearly I dont need to say much; it has all already been said. They didnt want/need my business, so I left.
Just visited the store. The manager was very helpful and nice! Its a Saturday so maybe all the snobby customer service reps are off. Lol! It is true that the store has an inventory issue. Most items are sold out or have very low inventory. They need to get some experienced retail managers in there, but I understand the Clermont market lacks talent.

The employees act like you’re asking them for a kidney transplant when you ask for a sample. This location is so late to getting new products. The display/sample makeup is always either put away, stolen or broken. They have small color range in products such as powder, concealer and foundation if they actually even have the product at all. The employees stare at you while you shop and look down on you if you don’t come in there with a full face of drag makeup.
The blonde woman working there is very rude. Will not go back to this Sephora. It is dirty.
Would give zero stars if possible. The area is always dirty. The makeup is never sanitized. I always see kids dig there fingers in the makeup and teens putting the eyeliner straight on there eyeballs. They never have anything in stock. And the people working there are rude and dont seem to want to help. I rather waste the gas and go to the Sephora at Disney Springs.
I had a good experience. I was offered help right away. I waited just a couple minutes for the clerk to grab what I was looking for, paid and left. There were other customers and everyone was being helped. What I needed was in stock.
The manager, Carla, was so rude. Just horrible experience. I dont normally take things personally, as we can all have a bad day. This woman was clearly not needing the manager title as she told me that I needed to blend my own makeup to find my match because I am of darker complexion ...arent they makeup artists? To help? Well I didnt know where to begin and I started using the Rihanna fenty collection as she suggested because of my complexion but arent there many brands in the store that cater to my complexion? Seems she just wanted to hurry me out the store and didnt help me as I stated that I was new to this. She never checked on me or offered any suggestions. She being a makeup manager, should be FIRED!
Ive been waiting to purchase the Modern Renaissance Palette for 3 weeks now, theyve always just run out even though the display has clearly not been touched. Several other products are never in stock when I go either, I usually have to resort to ordering online. The samples are either missing or smashed and dirty, and the shelves are very dusty. The staff is nice but its almost not worth even going in anymore, I know what I want wont be in stock.

I will first say I’m beauty insider rouge..so I spent a lot of money in my Sephora inside jc penny clearmont fl...all of the girls are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful...Morgan, katlyn,steph,Carla...and really the whole group have repeatedly helped me on a regular basis...I know people complain about product deficiencies on the shelves..but this is a corporate issue if they provided more product people would buy it! And I have to say..it has come a loooooong way with product. I love the changes and new releases they have added..so i just love my Sephora in clearmont..and I love my jc penny in general..it the prettiest and the most clean one I’ve ever been to....so remember people like to complain and be negative.in this day and age..but being positive goes a long way...thank you Angela Boucher.
Unless your white, I wouldnt go here. Very bad service. One of their employees (white female with blonde hair) very distastefully let my fiance know that they didnt have anything for her skin color which is darker than white for sure. ULTA is way way way more helpful and professional. The girl might as well have said we dont carry anything for you blacks the way the message was delivered as per her tone, facial look and body mannerisms. They can keep their racist undertones and service!
I want to make you all aware about the illegal return policy at Sephora. I went to return a blush that I bought on 09/10/18 a day after. I had paid cash and had my receipt. The manager said that they could not accept my return and that I had to call a certain number because they could not say why my return was declined. NO where in the return policy states that you can not return something in fact the receipt states that if you are not fully satisfied you have 60 days to return with original receipt. I then called this numbers they advise me to call and no body was able to help me. Manager was not helpful and neither were the two numbers given. DON’T Waste your money or this might happen to you. I have spend much money to this money hungry company of Sephora and they don’t care about consumers apparently. I will make a complaint to better business bureau about return practice as well as Sephora.
I went in looking for a specific product because I didnt have time to drive all the way to Millenia and was greeted immediately. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for because they dont stock that particular brand. The sales girl insisted I try two like products and happily gave me samples to take home to try. Ended up going back a few days later to buy one of the products I fell in love with. The sales girl I originally dealt with wasnt there but the second girl that helped me was super nice as well. Way nicer and more knowledgable then the girls that worked there before. What a difference a year makes. Thank goodness I dont have to drive into Orlando anymore.
My friend & I were just stalked throughout the whole store. Not even discrete by the least. The manager literally watched me & my friend who were just shopping. We had a lot of things we both wanted to buy and the workers were not helpful at all. I asked the manager multiple times to help me but instead she was stalking me just a few feet behind & made me & my friend so uncomfortable that we had to leave the store. Extremely unprofessional. Never coming here again.
I honestly feel like those existing 5 star reviews are fake or an inside job haha. I’ve been to THIS Sephora AT LEAST six times (it’s the closest to home) and every single time, it never fails, that the customer service is horrible. Unless you know what you want and it’s a in & out shopping trip, you’re S.O.L. It’s always just ONE person working and when you voice that you need help or that you’ve been waiting; all you get in response is “I’m the only one here so I have to be at the register.” Rarely has products restocked. I rather drive the extra 25mins to the Mall At Millenia’s Sephora.
