These guys are just trying to RIP YOU OFF. They told me i needed a new set of front and rear rotors and pads even tho I have DRUM BREAKS in my rear tires. The drums also hadnt been opened at all and thats after I paid for a break inspection. Its a disgrace. On top, they told me to replace the entire compressor for the AC until I checked and saw that just the clutch wasnt engaging. Honestly appalled at this service.

WOW! Drove in from TX with a major front end failure and showed up Sunday morning for help and AJ greeted me and was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to inspect our car ...we had two leaking CV axels damaged...he immediately ordered and reviewed parts and got us back on the road in a few hours...incredible person taking care of us from out of town...a must place to have your car serviced...a loyal customer for life!

Both Brian and Duke addressed my concerns thoroughly. My car broke down while I was an hour from home on a Saturday. Duke was kind enough to recommend a tow company with wonderful service and great prices. Brian made me feel at ease while providing an honest assessment of the trucks problem. The team at Firestone fixed the issue promptly and maintained excellent communication. The price for the repair was fair, and they turned the truck out quickly. I plan to return in the future for tires and any other maintenance issues.It may be an hour away, but this shop provides the top of the line service and attention to detail I havent found anywhere else. Its well worth the drive.

I had a light on my tire pressure, filled it myself a couple times and the light kept coming on so I took my car into firestone to replace the tire. That was about a month ago. a few days after that first trip the tire pressure light was on again. so i took it back again. a few days after this, same thing. I took it back again, this is the third time. I just checked and the tire pressure is low again. Each time I drop it off and spend about 50 dollars to take uber to work and back while i am waiting for them to work on it. And by work on it i mean put air in the tire.a few months later I have checked my trunk and my spare is gone

I found that once you got in there and scoped the situation and talked to the gentlemen involved, things were real good. Duke was an A1 fellow with me. Be sure you know something about what you need done. Dont go in blind. I found that when I talked to the guys, all was great

Cannot say enough about this place. We picked up a screw in our tire before a procedure at the Cleveland clinic. We only had 45 minutes and they got us back on the road. Fast and great service.

I went in for a standard alignment which they did fine. I assume the car is actually aligned well now. They told me I need a new battery, 4 new tires, and exhaust work (true). Then I went to start my car and it wouldnt start...Ive had this car for more than 2 years and its never not started. They literally left the key in the ignition for the entire alignment and said they had to because its a manual (what?). And no Im not paying $150 for a battery plus god knows how much to have it installed when I could just get one from Walmart for half the price and install it myself.

A night and day difference from the Firestone Complete Auto Care shop I usually go to in Avon.I stopped at the Cedar Rd. location when I was on the eastside and found myself with a flat tire. When I was told the tire wasnt reparable I said that I had a new tire at home and would call my husband to have him bring it over so it could be installed but was told that they wouldnt install a tire I hadnt purchased there. I was shocked as I order tires on-line and always take them to Firestone in Avon and pay for them to put on the tires. I asked the service person to clarify (thinking maybe I misunderstood) and he re-iterated that they would not install a tire that hadnt been purchased there.In addition to that, the shop was dirty and worn and there was a technician in the shop yelling No more Queers over and over.Stay away.

I got a flat tire while I was out on my lunch break, and luckily was two doors down from the Firestone on Cedar, so I stopped in there to see if they would be able to replace it for me. AJ was calm, kind, and efficient in letting me know that it may take a while, but if I wanted to Uber back to my job, he would call me when it was done.By the time I walked back and drove my car up, AJ had already talked to the guys in the back and said he would be able to get me in and out in 30-40 minutes. They were so quick, kind, and extremely helpful with pricing and expedited service. I will be going back here every single time I need tires rotated, etc. now. Thank you, AJ!!!

I had a flat tire that needed fix very quickly. The manager told me I could bring the car in immediately. They pulled a guy off another job and had my car taken care of in an hour. Fair price as well. Will gladly do business with them again.

I had a nice experience getting a simple oil change and tire patched. The sales staff were very friendly and unimposing, and the mechanics took their work seriously. I simply had a very pleasant experience and the the prices were very fair. I will be getting my next service here.

Do not come here!!!Brought my car in thinking it needed an alternator replacement because my battery had died. They called me back telling my battery was completely dead and attempted to sell me a new battery. However, because I was under warranty with my AAA battery I declined.After that they told me that labor time for replacing a battery would be 1.5 hours and labor costs would total 170 dollars. It does not take an hour and a half to replace a car battery.When I went in to ask the guy AJ about it he said that it’s just in the system and these are standard prices. The fact that as a mechanic he had the audacity to lie to me about it and saying that this is standard along with a few other weak excuses in order to make money off of me.Any one who knows even the most basic things about car would know that replacing a battery takes less than 15 min. I later also found out that they had completely drained my battery in an attempt to sell me a new one from their on warehouse. The things that go on behind the scenes are completely dishonest and I would not recommend any one to come here unless they’re willing to unnecessarily deflate their bank account.

Ive been coming to this store for the past 6 years and have recommended it to several of my friends. Even after i left the east side of Cleveland, I make a point to return to this store even with other Firestones closer to me. They always keep me informed of my cars status and never have me surprised.

LOL!!!!!!!! LAST TIME I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THIS PLACE. MY WHOLE CAR ENDED UP DROPPING TO THE GROUND BECAUSE THE MECHANICS DIDNT SCREW ON THE LUG NUTS TIGHT! HOWEVER FIRESTONE DID PAY FOR MY RENTAL AND CAR REPAIRS. I HAVENT BEEN BACK HERE! HAHA

As one other said here, front desk staff very cordial. The problem is they arent honest behind the scenes. Just one example: we brought an awd crossover in for a tire plug. They said they couldnt plug, wed need to replace the tire, and wed need to replace all 4 tires or totally break the awd system. Tires were slow-wearing tires with maybe 15k on them. We asked for car and faulty wheel/tire back (spare was on at the time). After resisting, they gave it back, it had a plug in the tire, and held air for the next year just fine. This was after I had paid for their lifetime alignments for our other car. I brought it in for only its second free alignment. Im sorry, sir. Your vehicle isnt in our system. I held their own receipt up in front of his face proving I had bought the service the previous year. Go there at your own risk.

I made an appointment for a diagnosis at 8am,was notified at 5 that my car needed more time due to under staffing......forget all the details very poor service and I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

We live out of state and our truck broke down while driving on I-90. It was the Saturday evening before Christmas and pretty much every other shop was closed except this Firestone. Their diagnostic technician had already left for the day; however, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem on Christmas Eve. Brian was our contact throughout the process and gave us updates. We stayed with family out of town while waiting for the truck to be fixed and Brian stayed late at the store on Christmas Eve so we could pick up our truck and get home for Christmas. I think the employees at this Firestone did the fastest turn-around possible for us, particularly considering that our truck broke down on the weekend before a holiday. Overall, it was the best possible outcome for a difficult situation.

In Cleveland from out-of-town, going to get lunch before we headed back home and ran into some car troubles. It was a Sunday so our options were limited and we thought nobody would be open and/or willing to help us. Talked to Chris at this Firestone location and gave a vague description of what the problem was and by the time we got there, he had already ordered and received the parts that were needed. The repair was fast and inexpensive considering the issue.Not only did we get the car work done, but also we learned some of the history of the building. Chris was more than happy to explain what was going on with the car to us in laymans terms multiple times to ensure we understood.Truly the best service scenario imaginable for being a Sunday when the odds were against us.

On multiple occasions I have made appointments with these people and when I go in they tell me I have to drop off the car for hours. What is the point of making an appointment? The guy named Brian will be very nice over the phone to bring you to the shop but once you are there he will tell you he has no time to service your car and you have to drop it off.

The service people at this Firestone have been great with our Volvo. Its an old car thats needed a lot of different little things done on it. Theyve been very fair in their pricing and patient with us.Thanks guys!

Took my vehicle there needing 2 Calipers and a Brake line hose. I was told i needed 4 Calipers, ALL brake lines, Pads & Rotors. I was $1,200 and they would knock off $90.00. I said i couldnt afford that. I was Steered (no pun) to get a Credit Card . When i said no thanks, it was PUSHED. If you take your vehicle there and you have another Option, YOU DESERVE to be taken advantage of.

Fair pricing, and respectful staff. Open on Sundays is a bonus. Chris was the mechanic who helped me out. Smart, courteous, and very helpful.

Beware! They recommended unneeded repairs, which I declined, then proceeded to do the work anyway. They claimed that I never said several things that I was very clear about, then yelled at me because I told them to remove the tires that I didnt want. They gave me a pick-up time, and when my husband went in, and the car wasnt ready, claimed theyd never specified that time.

They refused to repair my tire, they said tread was too low, said i needed to buy a new one. I took it elsewhere, and they repaired it straight away, said tread was fine, and didnt know why Firestone would have said that. Clearly Firestone dont care about the customer, just want your money. Guess what, my next set of new tires will come from the place that repaired my tire and not Firestone.

Good people and know their stuff

The staff is professional and one young guy in particular has very good manners. However, the way they work is really wrong. I give 2 stars based on my personal experience. First time I brought my car for an oil change and they identified a phantom oil leakage, they recommended to perform an inspection for detecting the problem, I refused because I knew from previous reviews that they always try to inflate the bill. I brought the car from a dealer and no oil leakage was detected whatsoever. Additionally, last week I brought the car to another mechanic for a general inspection and no oil leakage was detected. Absolutely no signs.Second time I brought my car for an oil change, tyre rotation and problem with the fuel gauge sensor. they charged me $100 as a diagnosis fee and they failed to find the problem. However, they recommended work for a value of $1700 for brake and suspensions. I refused the additional work and I brought my car to another mechanic. He told me that the car does not need a work of $1700 and that the only problem was with a brake and that he can easily fix the problem for $190.In summary, I strongly recommend to find a mechanic you can trust. I would not recommend Firestone to my family and friends. If more than one people reported the issues of them recommending additional work not needed to the car then we can not be all crazy, I believe it is pretty obvious they try.......I personally do not like the Firestone work ethic in general. They will inflate your bill, charging you for labor much more than what actually costs to fix that problem. For one hour of work they charge much more than a professional with 3 degrees and this is quite ridiculous I think.

I scheduled a wheel alignment the night before, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Great service.

GTFO... first firestone guy AJ- yes sir, well do balance & alignment and check to make sure the tie-rod you replaced has proper toe, I put it in the notes. Next day, second guy- oh sir I apologize for not checking on toe, bring your car back on Monday and well fix at no charge. Third guy, manager- we inspected the car and it will be a $772.00 extra charge after the $200 basically we will need to replace... the entire car. Please a**holes close your firestone, stop hooking people and stealing from us get out of my town. btw I work at snap-on and replaced tie-rod on my own but do not have the equipment to check for toe. Updated a photo to show the rt tie rod was never touched, more than likely the left one (the one I changed) wasnt either.

Speedy quick tire repair

Took them an hour to check a flat tire, after the hour, they told me they cant fix but I got it fixed somewhere else, the guy never checked it from the inside. Overpriced, they were going to charge me 30 dollars for a flat tire which cost me 10 at another place. The threw some stuff I had from the trunk which broke and never apologized, they charged me 10 dollars to put on the spare tire. Horrible experience.

Went in to get an oil change -- they called me back saying I needed brakes, alignment, and an oil change, and it would cost $1200. Called my regular mechanic who told me brakes on a Lamborghini dont cost that much. Went to pick it up and they tried to charge me $300 for oil change and alignment. Dont go here. Total rip-off.
