I was pretty nice but they need to get stock in with a papers plates at all the family dollar store

They have the basics you need for the house slot of items are out of stock or sold out store could be a little more organized and poor customer service

Plenty parking in front off Taylor rd but store seems disorganized inside. Store not well stocked but could have been between shipments. Check out was a slow process, too many blocked walkways also.

The white cashier was very nice and pleasant but the black lady who I presume was the manager was walking through the store using profanity and ghetto. Please pick professionals for these positions but she was at least nice....please fix it

Had the worst experience in this store yesterday, the cashier Marty was rude and disrespectful! Assistant manager didnt have a mask on the entire time I was in the store, there was no manager there to give me my money back, had to wait over an hour for her to come, she arrived with an attitude! Just terrible customer service

This store never opens on time, and it always closing early. You can walk down the aisle, to much stuff thats not put up. Nice workers. They just need more help, but wont hire anyone!

The best Family Dollar I ever been to :). Very organize and friendly, informative staff.. My only con is theres no cashier name on the receipt lol.. I want Family Dollar to know that the guy that work the register on 4/10/17 @ 10:57am is totally awesome! Awesome customer Service is not dead!!! Its not a myth and It still exist.. You go Family Dollar located on S Taylor Rd..

I would suggest going down the street to the one on S.Taylor & Cedar. There was one cashier working with about 8 people in line, very slow service and when we finally got up to the register we werent greeted at all just given the total of our purchases. And then when he packed our things we had to grab our own receipt off of the printer. It wasnt just us the person in front of us also had to do the same. The associate was too busy telling his coworkers how tired he was.

I dont shop here anymore. Very slow and some rude customer service employees - only 1 cashier line open, with long lines. Very big store - although it can be messy. Cedar & Taylor is much better

I was waiting in line at the Family Dollar on Cedar and Taylor Rds. in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, when I saw two of your employees talking with an elderly woman who is apparently hearing impaired. The female employee, Saraya (not sure I spelled that right) looked up and politely let me know that she and the cashier, Rodney, would be with me in one moment. I then watched Saraya lovingly help the woman count her money, communicating with her using rudimentary signs and lip reading. She and Rodney patiently waited on this woman who also appeared to be intellectually disabled. The time and care that they took with this woman while also acknowledging me was incredible. I will be shopping at this store- which is in my neighborhood- from now on. Thank you to management for hiring such lovely people.

This store is horrible. Horrible employees, horrbile customer service, and it always has a sour smell to it when i come in. I love it though 

The workers actually close the store at 9:45 so don’t waste your time or gas. The lock the doors and have a worker sending customers away

Went there at 913 pm and the doors were locked. This site n their doors say they r open til 10... The people inside were just standing there.... They r very ghetto any how and no one seems to care about u while u r there....

I have to change my review because on Sunday Nov. 7th, 2021 around 2pm, I had a very unacceptable experience. I returned cookies that had a September 3oth expiration date. The cashier recognized me and I also requested that my receipt be pulled from the register because I didnt receive it with my purchase. She called manager and explained the situation. He refused to come up front and said well nothing he could do about it because he wasnt there and hung up on the cashier. My problem is that Im a very regular customer and spent an average of $80 each visit. This manager was very unprofessional and refused to address me face to face. Additionally I spent $64 on that Thursday and he wouldnt allow a $3 exchange. Needless to say I wont be spending my money there anymore.
