Not horrible. Concrete needs cleaning.

On Saturday February 6 around1015pm the female cashier was so slow, tired to tell her she game me too much money back. Definitely appeared to be very high smh! The guy employee was nice he helped out because the girl couldnt get it together.

I shop in the store regularly. There is quite a turnover of help, but for the most part, I have found them to be courteous and helpful. Only one bad experience a couple of years ago.

Supposed to be 24 hours but they decide that they want to close from 12a-4a(EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT). MOST of the cashiers are more focused on how they look than the actual customer service that they provide.

If it’s 24 hours why do you have associates closing the store to do stock work/ clean? It’s really an inconvenience, especially when you have to drive all the way to the opposite direction to get what you’re needing, well for me at least. There’s no sign put up when they do this and it’s always at random times. I could see if it was shift change (even then the store should be open because it usually is at other 7/11 / BPS) but they are not doing count it’s usually them cleaning or doing something else. The store also is not clean more times than often. So if they are closing the store to clean it they should keep this standard 24/7. The one thing I will compliment on is that the fridges seem to be stocked most of the time and they have my favorite items in stock when I come.

The young lady working this morning was not happy. Maybe because she had a line of customers, idk. She was nicer yesterday when I came into the store. Maybe when I see her and see that she has a line in the store, I will go somewhere else for service without an attitude.

No receipt printed for the car wash. Had to go in to get the receipt from the cashier. The car wash was extremely slow!!!! It literally took 10 minutes per car, which the attendant said was normal. They claimed they were unable to offer a refund since i paid at the pump. Do not waste your time and money here!!!

Staff are usually pleasant & helpful. I can get in and out quickly.

The instructions for Car Wash is: Drive slowly until the red stop sign displays.If you do that, you will not drive over the small bump (no mention of this) where your tires will settle. So when you see the light turn red, which is before you drive over the bump, and you stop, your car will roll back enough to turn the light green again and the wash cycle will end and you are out of luck.Actually getting a wash from there is only slightly less unlucky, as your car will look like someone sprayed it with a garden hose, washing some of the dirt off, but leaving quite a bit.Thats what the Deluxe Car Wash choice gives you. So, enjoy.

Got a car wash, paid with my credit card and the receipt did not print and stated that receipt printer was inoperative and to see the clerk, so i go through the car wash, and it stopped working not even halfway through. Go inside and they say they cant provide me a receipt nor provide me a refund since i couldnt get a receipt and that i would need proof om my bank statement, which I had, but since they said their manager wasnt there, there wasnt anything that they could do and to come back another time. Poor customer service no help, people are rude will not be coming back again.

The guy working on Saturday morning between 8:30-8:45 a.m. was very rude. I wanted to play pick 3 they cant punch in the numbers there youve got to have it on a board or your old tickets Im not a player I was doing it for a friend The attendant was so nasty when I asked him 1 only 1 question he was aggrivated that I didnt understand. I wouldnt go there again for anything! Plus the store is dirty thats the first thing I noticed

Stopped by to put air in my tire and the machine took my money with no air in return. I reported it to the clerk and with an attitude she told me I needed to call to get it serviced. She didnt offer to give me my money back or anything. Ill never return, avoid this place if possible.

They are horrible the worst I hate going there. The worst service ever will never go again. That store need to be close terrible service

Tore my van up the first time i tried so i thought it was because the van was old so i tried my newer car tore it up as well and didnt work when it was supposed to the attendant had a nasty attitude about it saying they get alot of complaints but nothing like mine and on top of that the car wash sucked with what was supposed to be deluxe.
