Love the ice cream. Its fun 2 watch them make it in front of you. They have a good variety of flavors.

The flavor and selection of ice cream is very good. Need to work on customer service. I came with a group of friends...they all got their order...I got mine when they were done eating...I understand they are busy and the queue was long. Have the decency to let me know at least.

Very unique way of doing ice cream. The ingredients are fresh and very tasty. The only slightly knock is it does take a little while especially when they are busy plan on being there a good 20-30 min. I took my daughter and a group of friends here after a school event. Everyone gave their orders and proceeded to wait. The cashier took the next order after them, and made their order first. The trouble with that is my daughter and her group of friends are African American and the group of friends the cashier decided to serve first even though they came in later were white. We were QUITE offended and the cashier said nothing to us. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. I gave it a 2 because the ice cream was tasty.

Workers are very friendly. Its perfect for a unique dessert and for kids. They love it! Its trendy and hip right now. The banana split roll was amazing with fresh fruit added for the sides. I will be back! It was so much fun to watch the ice cream rolls get made!

I enjoyed delicious rolls made with the match-tea ice cream, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and drizzled honey. The 2 young women (teenagers?) were outgoing and happy to be working. I loved watching the rolls being made. The atmosphere is like an old-fashioned ice-cream parlor. I sat near the window and people watched.

Absolutely delicious!!!!! We visited on a Wednesday evening and the two girls were so sweet and absolute craftsman for rolling ice cream. The entire ice cream dish was made fresh in front of us as they poured the cream in the cold plate and started churning and chopping with their spatulas, this is an art. I was very impressed, we will definitely be returning❣️ Thank you girls, my buckeye madness with Carmel drizzle and chocolate chip cookies was amazing and my husband loved his monkey madness with honey😋 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED POEPLE GET YOUR ICE CREAM ONNNNN & tip these chicks good they deserve it!

Oh where do I start. First of all rude service the lady that works the cashier has no attitude her attitude is horrible she looks like she hates her job and is very unprofessional she is rude and obviously doesn’t want to be there and this guy every time I come in there it’s apparently one of the workers boyfriend very obnoxious and annoying first time I was there he opened the door and screamed YES THATS MT BABY rude you don’t bother someone on there job first that’s disrespectful and rude he is trying to get attention which is annoying he kept doing it repeatedly and no one said anything about it he’s in there every day with his girlfriend or who ever the next thing is that the workers are slow to every other ice cream place they don’t take 15-30 minutes to make a dam ice cream i don’t care if u have 2 workers that’s unnecessary it should take at least 5-7 min to every other place I have been that has rolled ice cream is fast and super polite and less prices than this place don’t let this place fool you over price $5 just for one cup !!! The rolled ice cream concept is pretty cool (no pun intended) but the process takes a while and the store is pretty popular, resulting in long lines and wait times. The store is always crowded and very noisy. If it werent for these things, Id be here a lot more often. I suggest ordering ahead for pickup if you can.The ice cream itself is just basic ice cream, and then you can add your own topings.

The ice cream was delicious, but the service was TERRIBLE. The person who took our order at the register was interrupting me and not answering my questions, and then just walked away in the middle of our transaction to hang out with the other employees. Five minutes later, another employee asked if we had been helped, and I explained that we had tried to order and were in the middle of trying to pay. That employee finally helped us while the original cashier looked over his shoulder, annoyed.Eventually, we got our ice cream and it was delicious, but Im not so sure its worth going into a toxic atmosphere to get it- ice cream is supposed to be happy!

Maybe rolled ice cream isnt my thing. I just couldnt get into this place. The service was really slow and the product that I waited for really left me wondering why I had bought it in the first place. Its a unique and trendy way to do ice cream, but the flavor isnt very good and the toppings arent mixed in. I left just wanting a regular cone that was hand-dipped.

Customer service is lacking and the ice cream just isnt good. It costs $5.50 for a small bowl of ice cream. The product is rock hard and the toppings are thrown in the middle, not even mixed in or broken up (I got two whole vanilla wafers and marshmallow on a stick?). We had never been there, but wanted to see what the rolled ice cream craze was about. The menu was so confusing and we clearly didnt understand, but the employees never offered to help. I felt like I was ruining their evening. Will not go back. Better choice to spend $4.75 at Piccadilly in University Circle!

Me and my family stopped there after seeing their window display, caught our attention and we tried it for the first time, let me tell you it was very good. The staff was friendly on Sunday. And I will be taking my family back there.

One word - Delicious! Very unique ice cream concept. The menu is simple with 8 options to start with, and then you can add up to 3 toppings (Oreos, Nilla wafers, strawberries, sprinkles, etc.). The Cookie Monster was excellent. Will definitely be back!

I love the concept of rolled ice cream and its interesting to watch them make the rolls from scratch - it starts as a liquid and they mash in fresh ingredients for the flavors. It obviously takes longer than a regular ice cream shop, but its worth the wait if the queue isnt too long.

Went here to take my mom for Mother’s Day. We were so excited to try it but boy was this a mistake! I agree with some previous reviews that the ice cream is cool rolled up but isn’t anything I would write home about. It was horrible! The women serving looked absolutely miserable and had THE WORST attitudes. I mean I legit thought that one the workers (she must have been newer) and one that might have been “training” her was going to punch each other in the faces. The place decor didn’t make any sense and everything was sticky and grimy. But I really can’t say enough how horrible the whole experience was from the horrible service to the even worse ice cream which definitely didn’t taste anything like a S’Mores....

A very unique place to go to for ice cream! They have added red adzuki beans as a topping and now have adzuki beans flavored ice cream. The place itself is a bit small and could pose a struggle for larger groups, but the food is a must-try!

Ice cream is good, but for some reason the tables spin around like a lazy susan and now my girlfriend hates me because I spun her ice cream onto the floor. 4/5 because now I have to sleep on the couch.

Wish they could clean the tables a bit more but the icecream is good and the staff is not bad.

I ordered vanilla ice cream wit oreo, caramel, and whipped cream..she jus rolled the vanilla then put sum caramel drizzle whipped cream and 1 oreo on top..i thought the oreo and/or caramel was spose to be mixed in..i didnt even like the taste til i mixed all the ingredients together myself and it was bomb..
