I had a great experience! It was very different than your typical pushy dealership. I felt ZERO pressure from our salesperson, Manny. They know they have a good product. They don’t need to convince you of that. The process was fast and simple and I feel I got a very good deal on my ILX A Spec Premium. The finance guy was great and fixed a little snag we had with no problems. Manny showed me how to work everything in my car, hooked up my Apple Play and explained all the benefits of owning an Acura. Matthew, the sales person, was very friendly and informative. I would have given 5 stars, but I repeatedly told them what time I needed to leave & they guaranteed I would. Instead, I was out 40 minutes late because they made me do another credit application even though I was pre- approved, they tried to sell products Id already declined, and they just didnt have a sense of urgency even though I was a guaranteed sell.

By far the easiest, nicest dealer experience Ive had to date. Vince was very open, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. None of the typical used car dealership trying to screw you over, none of the four-square chart, none of the pressure to trade in a car. It was nice of them to detail the car before I picked it up. BAD EXPERIENCE! recently leased an 2022 Acura MDX. The guy who sold me the car was helpful friendly and fun to work with I had no problem with him. But every other aspect of the experience has been bad. The upper management is very cold, no greetings or introductions and I walked past them multiple times and they knew I got a new car. The Service team is also sub par. My MDX has been squealing like a pig and they tried to tell me it’s the weather. I felt like they tried to insult my intelligence. The salesman was our front with me and told me they have been experiencing this problem. I called two weeks later to see if my brakes came in and Adam on the phone told me they came in 4 days ago and told me I was only in on the 30th when in fact I was there in the 24th. I will never buy a car from these guys again.

My husband and I have been purchasing vehicles every few years for each of us for 42 years and this is by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. I truly appreciate that there was no high pressure tactics, not even annoying pop ups from salesmen when you surf their website!! Our salesmen was Sean who went above and beyond. The manager and finance dept. were also amazing. I had time left on a leased vehicle and I was able to work out a deal to get out of the lease early. I traveled an hour and a half to purchase a used certified Acura that I was told was in good clean condition and upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was in excellent condition! Another salesmen even threw in the liner mats from a different trade in when he heard me inquire about purchasing a pair. This will definitely be my go to dealership for my future purchases. Kuddos to the owner for running a great dealership!

Bought my car from here and got a great price on it and an overall good experience. Took it in for service whenever needed and never had any issues. Suddenly, my car began making a terrible noise that I could not diagnose. Took it up to crown acura and they figured out in 10 minutes it was my CATALYTIC CONVERTER. Now I know cars can have freak incidents, but Acura is a rather reliable brand. I told them to throw it back up on the lift and both the service manager and technician were trying to tell me it was the catalytic converter. Fortunately, I know enough about cars to know it was utter BS. Service manager was quick to tell me it would cost $1200 to fix and since it looked like I caused the damage (woohoo! No warranty claim now), I can just file an insurance claim. I took it to Serra Acura in Akron and they spent an entire day figuring out the issue, even contacting Acura to see if they could figure it out. Sure enough, they did. It was the high pressure fuel pump and it was covered under warranty. Funny enough, without warranty, it would have been $1200. I spent well over $1000 at the service department just to have the SERVICE MANAGER and a technician try and screw me over. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to Serra Acura in Akron if you ever need service done on your car.Even with the good sales experience, it justifies one star. You expect honesty when having your car taken car of, especially when it is at the same place you bought it at. Either the service manager and technician were incompetent (probably shouldnt be working there) or they tried screwing me over. I cant really say whats worse but odds are, theyve done it to other people. Its common knowledge dealerships hate dealing with warranty work but its the way the world works. Now you just lost a good paying customer who has zero interest in buying a car from your dealer ever again, let alone ever letting a technician or service employee touch it.

I bought a 2016 Honda Civic with 56000 Miles back in April. The next day the instrument cluster went crazy and had the car there three tlmes in the first week. They ended up having to replace all the fuel injectors on the car to fix it. Now the AC dont work and the brakes are bad wifhin 90 days. I emailed the GM and he said he would only do a diagnostic check for free on the car while crown honda told me the car should of never been put on the lot in this condition to be sold.I would not buy any used car from a dealership thats puts them on there lot to be sold like the one we purchased. They got over on us for sure. I purchased this car for my son to travel back and forth to college, to be reliable and this has been nothing but a constant problem. Do yourself a favor and dont go there.

UPDATE: Crown Acura is covering the repair of sensor and wiring for Beetle. Although it is not full reimbursement, I do appreciate that they admit the sense and wiring should have been caught during inspection. For that I five them 4 stars.Purchased Used 2016 VW Beetle On May 13, 2019. Although vehicle was sold “As is” was assured it went through a 180 point inspection. Not even 30 days off the lot and I have to take to VW dealership for “Oil Sensor” error. VW dealership informed me that Oil sensor wiring bad ($314.00) and had to be replaced and that the radiator bracket was also broken in half ($1300.00). Contacted Crown for help; was told car was sold “As Is”. So basically, tough luck. Have left message with manager inquiring whether this so called 180 point inspection would have picked up these two problems or not. If inspection would not have, buyer beware; not a good inspection. If yes, then we have an issue. Still waiting to hear back from dealership. Either way, have lost all confidence.

We own a 2019 Acura RDX. Crown is, quite simply, the best around... why? The car is sharp looking and drives like a dream. It was reasonably priced. The buying experience was comfortable and we were treated with respect. We never felt like we were getting screwed. Recently we had brake problems, and the service department brought us out a loaner (another like new rdx) and most of the repairs were still under warranty. I live on the Far East side and will drive happily to the west side to buy my next Acura! That’s why.

Honest Dealership. Bought used Mercedes Benz from Vince at this dealership. Second set of keys turned out missing. they called the prior owner after i bought the car and got second set after a month of having the car although i was not expecting them and agreed to purchase car with only one set. keys cost around $500 to remake. I appreciated the little extra those guys went through to make the deal whole again when they werent even expected to do so.

Initially inquired on-line. Sean P. responded. I wasnt in a hurry, but looking for a CPO w/specific features/color. Sean was excellent in checking in, providing info, follow-up. Extremely polite & knowledgeable. Sean accommodated my scheduled, drove to to me to have papers signed. ASK FOR SEAN. After a less than ideal flight Friday evening, I stayed overnight by the airport. Saturday am, I awoke to a very low tire which then turned into a flat tire. I was lucky enough to be towed to Crown Acura, but arrived 15 min after the service department closed. I was met by four employees willing to find a technician and assist in my dilemma, as I reside almost 2 hours away. The customer service, friendliness and willing to accommodate here at Crown Acura was nothing short of amazing. It was so amazing that I will drive here when I’m ready to purchase my next Acura.
