When i started my job here at PCC, I thought it was the greatest job. After 3 yrs of being a hard working employee, they want to treat me like a robot qnd has no compassion when it comes to call offs due to family issues. I would not recommend this place for a job.

Im not Kamil but I was sent to this so called job on the 8th of February thru an employment agency. By the 18th I was told by Ryan plant manager that I was way behind I was supposed to learn the computer in 2 days and the rest in a week. Had only received 1 check from them not even a full one. If u want someone to learn something at a fast speed u need to keep them on that one thing until they know it like the back of their hand. Not move them all around to different things all thru the shift. I am not a robotThey rush u to learn, u will be working on a real order not scrap seems like its more of them trying to get work out of u rather than train you. Oh yeah and since yall want rapid learning get a better trainer or build a robot. Smh

Unorganized they dont even have a third shift supervisor just got a first shift supervisor the only good thing about the place is the pay. Im surprised they are still open all they do is produce scrap just to get high numbers on parts im surprised that place is still open
