I absolutely love the quality and customer service of this Cleveland based business.If I have a problem at 9:30 at night, I know I can text Terry and he is going to walk me through and trouble shoot and help me find tools to do what I need to do.(Usually you don’t need tools)He was even empathetic when I broke my freaking nail.There is no other alarm service I would use to protect my home and more importantly my family.

I have been a long time customer! I have moved homes several times and I always have Assured Alarms to install our new equipment and monitoring.
