I have been going to Clark Auto Parts for yrs. Why? Well first of all they are knowledgeable about the products that they are selling. Also they are priced cheaper than all of the other auto part stores. The staff there are friendly. A fuse burnt out in my car. I didnt know where my fuses are located. So I called and told them. They told me to come to the store and one of the employees would come outside and locate it for me which they did do. I would recommend this auto part store over all of the other auto parts places in Cleveland.

The folks that work here are always very helpful! Its great to have a neighborhood business like this!

On two consecutive occasions, I called to see if they had a part. I was told yes, only to go into the store and be told, We dont have that in stock. Although the store is rarely crowded, expect to wait for five or more minutes. They seem to believe the customers (who may come in) on the phones are more important than the customers who have already come into the store. They will stop assisting a live person to talk to someone on the phone. I mean they will handle a complete call in the middle of getting your part. Instead of putting the caller on hold, the live customer gets put on hold.

Found this place and always shoped here. everyone knows what they are talking about and when the average person comes in (or on the phone) and explains a part the workers, they do there best and almost always fine the part and know what you are talking about. Very knowledgeable! And if theyre not they look to other resources to help you out and not just leave you in the dust like half of these other places do. If thwy dont have a part they get it very fast whish is a 100% plus.even though it can get very busy and hectic there at times there are very good at giving everybody good service so its worth the wait.
