I dealt with Mr. Jeff twice. He was straight forward and didnt sugar coat nothing. He didnt try to make you purchase a service or tell you, you must do it today. Mr. Jeff is very layed back and professional all at the same time. Im so glad I got him for my 2011 Cadillac Escalade. He is a great asset to the team. We need more Mr. Jeffs in customer service. Kudos to Mr. Jeff!
