On September 2nd, I visited the store at 9.40-9.45 which is not closing time. They close at 10 PM.When I went at the door at sharply 9.45 to grab quick couple stuff which wont even take 2-5 minutes . When i was at door(9.45) she was closing the door and i was right there, she said we are closed with her hand gesture. I requested her with hand gesture it will be 1-2 mins. She ignored and show her back and went away some where in back .I stayed there for 5-7 minutes and knock in case she changes her mind .As i had to grab that before my flight. There was only two customers in store. One of the worst experience i had when i just wanted grab some thing real quick. I understand people might be understaffed currently but the store was not at all busy to close down at 9.45. I am beyond disappointed and furious with the girls attitude. The girl with purple hair to be precise. The other workers are good with the customer service and helpful .The store is also well maintained. Its the customer service of some worker thats beyond ridiculous.

To the management, if you close the store at 9:40 r 9:45, then change the timings in google, *** if you lock your doors by 9:40 then what’s the purpose of showing that you close at 10pm . Hope you guys change ur time or else change google’s time, thank you

I dont know where the heck all these reviews came from but the people working in this store is simply pathetic. They never answer the phone, and if it rings they immediately take it off the hook. They are rude and ignorant to say the least.

For the most part, better than competitive prices come into play, to make this business a shoppers choice for a wide variety of popular, practical,brands c/or products, often times, with just the right mix of specialty or seasonal items in a convenient setting, especially when time is of the essence!

Fancy Smancy!! Great location with lots of cool items. I lost in the sauce when I saw The Great Wall of Candy! They have plenty of household items that can be used every day. Super clean location with plenty of bright lighting. You should check them out.

Good to go for items you forgot at the grocery store. Good for cleaning supplies....paper products too and i always get their slushies.

If a Dollar General and a 711 had a baby it would be DGX. It has a fountain machine with pop and sports drinks and a cooler selection with your normal selections of Coke, Diet Coke, Smart Water etc. But they also have staple groceries like raw whole red and yellow onions, bananas, eggs, carrots, lemons, and limes and every other small item youd forget at the store and not feel like running and waiting in a grocery store line for. It also has those random items like faux gold hoop earrings and dark chocolate single drink almond milk in a juice box with a straw, which is delicious. They have hot dogs and gas station prepared foods like nachos too. I actually really liked this place and wish that there was one closer to me. Especially for those grocery staples!

What a boon for downtown. The store has absolutely everything. Very good prices. I purchased a $3 southwest salad and a $.75 Arizona Green Tea and had a very nice $4.00 lunch. There is a green space with picnic tables across the street.

This place is shockingly great. The location is convenient for walkers and professionals in that work nearby. The good quality produce and grab/go options make DGX an ok alternative to more expensive shopping options in the area. Dont let the brand or businesses next door make you think twice about going in. Stop by and see what I mean.

Good store for convenience. I do not think it is fair that they lock their doors a half hour before closing, though. I know what I want and it takes two minutes to buy it. If doors lock at 9:30, change your hours on the sign.

The layout is efficient to locate items I need quickly, they have great customer service, and they also have pop and coffee machines, and ready made cold food. Kind of a cool concept for a Dollar General

Its nice to have something like this downtown with dollar store pricing. However, the employees always seem to be bothered by having to do their jobs.

THEY NEED TO GET HEAT IN THIS PLACE! Its December in Cleveland, bitter cold outside, and the cashier was wearing a winter hat and his hood up. I said something like they keep it cold in here and he said that they didnt have heat and hadnt ever had heat! Whatttttt is this nonsense?? G o o d n e s s.... Anywho, the store itself is a sort of weird attempt to make a dollar store slick. The two people I interacted with who were working were nice and polite. There is a kind of bare bones grab&go with cut fruit and Turkey wraps. Pretty much a normal dollar store, just without heat.
